We visit this restaurant once a week. Last week, something cool happened; the two people working there went above and beyond to male sure my pickup order was to perfect. Mr Victor and Ms Dulce were fantastic !!
This place is great. The food was amazing. And the service was great had a hard time choosing and a girl named Alejandra really helped me with my choices. Amazing service. Recommend!
Ordered the sweet and spicy chicken bowl with white rice and loved it. Chicken was so soft and moist. The sauce they topped it with had a good flavor as well. We also ordered dumplings and wish we had ordered more! Can't wait to come back.

9/16/2019: 1 star rating - I have a limited lunch time, so I ordered this online at 1120am. The order said it would be ready at 1132am. No problem, the place is close and I could get there and eat and make it back to work in time. I got there at 1130, a few minutes early and my order wasnt ready. I then started to notice that people that ordered at the register were getting their items within minutes. What got me worried was when one staff member came to me to ask what I ordered. I showed them my phone. Well at 1150 I got my order, had 0 time to eat it and was a few minutes late getting back to work. Thank you Wabba! To add insult to injury, the avocado I paid extra for was not on the salad. So now the salad I will be eating for dinner, instead of lunch wasn't even right. 9/17/2019: Ordered online again. Food was ready when I got there and the order was right. Bumped up rating from 1 to 3 stars. They definitely corrected the previous issues. 12/13/2019: Service and food has been pretty consistent since my last review. Bumped up to 4 stars.

Got drive thru end of the day. Ordered value meal with 5 more dumplings. I only got 1 order of dumplings but paid for all 10. Please double check the bag before you hand it to your customer.
Food is good, only issue that I have is why is it the consumers problem when they dont want to pick up change from the bank? Or why do you have to round up to the 5 cents instead off not charging me the penny, they stop making the penny but there still alot off penny in circulation they just need to be pick up from the bank

Food was plain. No taste. Felt like employees unhappy they had no personality and didn't seem to care about how place is being run. Drive thru is decent, and they have plenty of parking only positive part.

Went here twice. I first time I ordered a half and half bowl and a Pepsi. She said they only had Pepsi in bottles. I changed it to Mountain Dew. She still gave me a Pepsi bottle, so whatever. The beef was chewy and cold, and not in a good way. Decided to give them a second chance. Ordered a chicken bowl and a Mt. Dew to avoid the Pepsi bottle fiasco. She repeated my order so wrong that I was stunned into silence for a few seconds. I repeated it again. Still got it wrong. Third time repeating was the charm. Pulled up to the window and she was texting. That explains it.
Twice in one month I drove through the drive-thru one hour before closing and the place was closed. Lights inside are on but drive thrill signs turned off. The signs say it closes M-F at 9pm. Does the franchise owner know this? If the sign is wrong then it should state the correct hours.

Only giving 1star based on service. It's awful. The food is good, however inconsistent. I've been to this location multiple times in between classes and while the food I get is usually good, the service is consistently poor. Today was my last straw I won't be coming back here. I don't expect perfection but when you don't even say sorry for the wait when you obviously are the one who made the mistake or sneer at your customers when they order or get tired of waiting.
Idiots had me waiting for 20 minutes and when asked for my order, my food was sitting there for who knows how long. Definitely do not recommend this place. Your better off at Mom's touch or Carl's Jr
When I order at counter, I order chicken bowl and drink, and the employee didn’t ring it up. I thought she didn’t hearing, but after seating and eating; not listening was a constant problem. I would rather drive a little extra to another location where order is heard or correct.
If you want to wait 45 minutes just to get a simple Bowl come to this place. Mind you there was no line one car in front. Really convinced that they really don't want anyone to buy food from there. And no I didn't stay to get my food. Also the car in front of me did I get their food as well and left. Haven't had Waba Grill in like 5 years and I'm okay with not having it anymore not missing much.In my opinion

I just took my reheated still cold food, with no condiments (yes they forgot those also) and left
Awful. Spent over forty minutes trying to cancel my online order and wasn't able to. I was redirected, than told to call back. The line kept getting disconnected. I suspect they were annoyed I was calling so picked it up but didn't respond hoping I would just hang up. I could hear the employees in the background. I stayed on the line and called with a different phone and didn't hear any ringing in the background. I just wanted to cancel my order.
Make sure to be “spacefic” on your order . They forgot to add veggies to mines and they charged me extra because apparently I didn’t ask for them .
Food had Metal shavings in it. I complained, they said they would refund me but never did! I called 3 times and they are supposedly working on it. If you like food out of a microwave this is your place.
