Five Guys Inglewood Reviews
From the times I've been in it has a great atmosphere and staff is nice. The fries are made at order, and they dump the extra in the bag.
I like coming to this store when I’m in Inglewood because it’s near Jamba Juice and I can get my Jamba Juice (Peanut Butter Moo’d without chocolate) and little cheese hamburger at the same time. Every time I come here the staff is friendly and the store is clean!! I never feel ignored like I have visiting other five guys locations.

Great place for a burger and imo far better than shake shack. Why? Better fries. Better burger flavor with loads of customizations and the milkshakes taste better. Great for bringing kids since they OD on the fries in your bag and have hot dogs.
This is the 1st time I went to a Five Guys and was 100% pleased. 1st, the customer service was great. 2nd, the food was hot and fresh. You know I got my share of hot Cajun seasoned fries. 3rd, my entire oder was CORRECT and we didn't have to wait long. I am ready for a good happy nap. 10/10. My family was well pleased.
My daughter and I came to this Location on a Thursday afternoon for lunch. There was no line, but they did have a lot of pick up orders. Alexis, Tati and Gio are the literal dream team. The restaurant was spotless and they were still cleaning despite. Food was hot, fresh and served with a pleasant and professional approach and a smile. I was so pleased leaving the location that I had to go ask all of their names. Thank you for hiring customer service oriented people that care about the quality of service they are offering.

I was hungry and decided to head to Five Guys in Inglewood off Crenshaw Blvd on Imperial Blvd. I hadn't been to Five Guys in over 5 years. Boy, a lot has changed in their menu prices. I remember the first Five Guys I went to in Culver City at the Westfield Mall. The double burger was only $8.50, now it's $17.00. What a price change since I been back to enjoy some homemade fresh burger. I usually enjoy some free peanuts while they are cooking my burger, I was looking around for the help yourself peanut section and couldn't find it, but saw the big bags in the middle of the eating area. I then preceded to the counter to ask where is the help yourself to peanuts, and the cook just handed me a brown bag with maybe one scoop of peanuts in the bag taped up. I asked why they didn't have a help yourself to free peanuts like all the other Five Guys restaurant. The cook just told me that's how they do it at that location. Well, I guess I won't be going back to that location, barely anyone in the restaurant, and my meal was around $35. What a price jump from the last time I was at a Five Guys restaurant. I love the cook to order burgers, homemade cut fries with seasonings, and free help yourself peanuts. But at that price for one person, I would rather buy my own peanuts, cut my own fries and make my own burgers at home for under $20. Sorry, Five Guys, but this will be my last trip to your restaurant. Appreciate the free peanuts, but when you're charging that price for burgers, please don't limit a scoop of peanuts as compensation for high-priced burgers.
Absolutely wonderful staff. The drink machine is a little finicky. My primary complaint is the lack of Raspberry Iced Tea. Please please please add this option to your drink machine. Please.

The fries were the best fries I’ve had at any five guys but I wasn’t too impressed with the burgers as they forgot the onion on both hamburgers. Other than that sweet people work there they are quick food is fresh and hot!

Store is clean and staff is friendly. Unfortunately the burgers taste and look like trash and the fries were way too salty. Shakes were okay though. Don't understand how they can put these price tags.

The burger was good. The drinks were good. The fries were extremely salty. I couldn't eat one. The price is what all the fastfood places change. I just really wanted it all to be good. It takes away from the experience.
I would not recommend this place. I spent $45 on 2 burgers, 2 fries, and 2 drinks. Being that expensive you would think the food would be great. The burgers were good but the fries seemed old and nasty. Each order of fries costed almost $10. It was a generous portion but they didn't taste good enough to eat.

52 dollars for 2 large fries, a bacon cheese burger and a regular cheeseburger. By the time we got home the burger was so soggy. It isn't bad but for that price I'll just go to Islands next time. One and done.
I tried to place an order with 5 guys on line for delivery through Uber eats. I couldn't get pass the #1, #2, etc. I usually ask my grandson, but he was at work. After a few minutes of frustration I called 5 guys. A very nice lady answered and advised me that I could not place an order over the phone. I told her I could not understand the app, I was a senior and we were hungry and needed food. She told me to look for the combo section, if I couldn't find it please call her back. I eventually gave it to my daughter to order, she had a very hard time at checkout the order would not go through. Our order was about $75.00. PLEASE MAKE THESE APPS EASIER FOR DISABLED SENIORS, (we are not stupid) WE EAT TOO. After several minutes of trying she gave up. She finally ordered through door dash and it was easy. Ordering food should not be this difficult, especially when the company will not take orders over the phone.
It's been a while since I came to a five guys. I came today mostly because I was looking forward to the free peanuts along with my burger. But they were all out of peanuts. They said they don't even put the box outside for customers to help themselves which used to be the policy the policy at all on these restaurants. But they didn't even have any behind the counter to give out. They said they were out. I'll probably go to In-N-Out Burger in the future
My order got messed up and while speaking with Jonathan, describing what I had ordered and the mishap, I asked for a remake, I was told that I had to bring in my receipt when I was just there 10 minutes ago. This was my first and last time buying anything from this place…. I threw away the burger….customer service horrible…
This location is horrible. The drinks Machine don't work. The drink they give you is tasteless. The burger height was half of what I used to because they squeeze it. In general five guys charge premium and should offer better experience.
The burger was sloppy, soggy, and still pink inside — completely ruined my first-time experience.
Unfortunately this location has gone down in quality. The staff was very nice, but that doesn’t offset the fact that my last two sets of orders were incorrect. (How do you miss putting bacon on little bacon burgers?) The prices are too high for orders to be wrong. And how are the floors that sticky?! Disappointed and dissatisfied.
