Here on a Monday night by random and upon arrival learned there was a football/cheer fundraiser going on. Walked in to tons of noise from extremely energetic kids. I thought the night would be rough as far as service and atmosphere. Fortunately, the staff doesn’t seem like they just served a super large group of really rough people. Everyone is so sweet. Everyone is quick to help. Our food came out quickly and tasted as good as I remember. The young lady holding down the- at this point very wild- arcade area is a prototype of ultimate patience. She helped us redeem some old tickets so my kids could get some cool little trinkets. I’m so moved and impressed by the good vibes of the staff.I was able to tune out the screaming kids after a few minutes, enjoy the Dodgers, let my kids play and feel a pleasantly surprising sense of peace.

Very reliable spot. The pizzas are pretty good and I like how crispy the crust is. Their options are not out of this world but they're very solid and allow you to try different flavors of what they offer: pizza, salads, sides, drinks. Bunch of Lunch is what I typically go for, and I like how they were playing sports games on the TV's. My dad recommends the fried chicken because of the crispiness, and I like the pizzas (obviously). One of their pizzas was okay, but the rest were very tasty, and definitely try their deep dish. If you have kids that get bored easily, there's an arcade for you guys to pass time at in the back too.

First time at this location. It was pretty busy. Seemed like they had only one person cleaning tables. Had to clear our own table and wipe it down. Pizza was decent. Wings and mojos needed more seasoning, I had to add salt for some taste.

Dude just got off the plane and shakeys pizza came up so i took my family total of 6 there and they had a buffet and i paid over 100$ for us and it was nasty. Not one of my kids like it i felt bad because i made them eat so we didn't waist our money. But never would i recommend coming there nasty food and way over priced! The only good thing was the lady that came and got plates from your table she was really nice.

Ok so I haven't been to this place in over 20 yrs. The mojo potatoes are really terrible now. The chicken was average. I got a pepperoni pizza and that was really good (pan pizza) I also ordered a pitcher of modelo and it was not cold enough IMO. 90 bucks for a whole chicken and medium pizza plus a pitcher seems way to expensive for food that was just ok. The place was empty and our server was watching TV instead of getting our table ready. I don't recommend this place.

My experience here was so bad. The waiter here I didn’t get his name but he was a black male I was getting ready to eat my pizza and I asked for Tabasco and he said they didn’t have that. I told my boyfriend about it so he ended up finding it at another table. I then told the waiter and he laughed about it and said that even though I found it they didn’t have it. I thought that was awful customer service. I hope the manager sees this so they can put him in check. This happened today Veterans Day. Worst experience ever and it was so dirty at this location to top it off. But mainly it was the waiters attitude and for that I won’t visit this location again.

Review for Shakey’s Pizza Parlor – Visit on 10/10/25 at 9:26 PM Employee: Brianna H. This review is regarding an extremely disappointing and disrespectful experience my family and I had at this location. I brought my mom and stepdad for dinner, excited to enjoy Shakey’s after a long time, but from the moment we arrived, Brianna H. greeted us with negative energy and an unwelcoming attitude. During the ordering process, Brianna appeared visibly impatient and dismissive toward my mom, who was simply trying to decide on her order. To help move things along, I took over and completed the order myself, which made the process smoother—but it was clear that Brianna lacked patience and professionalism. A short time later, my mom went back to order a salad. While serving herself at the salad bar, Brianna left her register and approached my mom in an aggressive, loud tone, asking, “ARE YOU OKAY???” My mom was simply using her non-dominant hand to serve herself because she had her purse on her dominant hand. There was absolutely no reason for Brianna to intervene, especially in such a rude and condescending way. I calmly stepped in and reminded Brianna that my mom was doing nothing wrong—she had paid for her salad and was free to serve herself as she pleased. Brianna then admitted, “You’re right,” and walked away. Despite this, the situation left us feeling uncomfortable and embarrassed. We chose to ignore the incident and finish our meal since it was already late, and we didn’t want to drive elsewhere. However, upon our exit, my mom took a quick photo to document our experience for this review. At that moment, Brianna began mocking us and shouting rude comments as we were leaving, which was completely unprovoked and unprofessional. That’s when I began recording for our protection and to ensure accurate documentation of her behavior. This was by far the most unpleasant dining experience we’ve ever had. Brianna’s actions were inappropriate, disrespectful, and not representative of the Shakey’s brand. I expect this incident to be reviewed and addressed promptly, and I am requesting a full refund for our meal. No paying customer should ever be treated this way. The worst pizza I’ve ever had, I’ve had pizzas from many other shakeys and never had a pizza that doesn’t taste like pizza, literally feels like when I had covid and couldn’t taste anything, it was BLAND, no seasoning, nothing. Don’t know what happened, spent almost $100 on 2 L pizzas and some mojos. Never again.
