El Farolito Interlomas Reviews
The staff was super friendly
A pleasant place with a terrace. The waiters were very pleasant and attentive, although they lacked service-mindedness.
Amazing tacos. The staff is very nice, friendly and helpful. Nice place, very clean and the menu has everything you need for an amazing taco meal. Everything was delicious, well presented, clean and well priced too. Definitely a great place, would go back and would recommend.

Great food. Depressing atmosphere
Excelent tacos and service perfect
Nice place with terrace. The waiters were very pleasant and attentive, although they lacked service attitude. Good place to taste carnitas tacos, quesadillas, huaraches, flavored waters, natural juices and more. Before you sit down they clean the tables in the place. The food is highly recommended.
Good food!
Very good Taco place
Upon arrival, no one assigned us a table, and we weren't sure if we should just go straight to the table. A waitress told us to wait for a table, and while we waited, a family came in and took one without waiting in line or even putting their name on the waiting list. This highlighted two issues: the restaurant's service and the atmosphere and the people you'll find there. Regarding the food, I ordered a limeade, which I really enjoyed—cold and with a good flavor. I also ordered a tortilla strip soup, which was tasty, although the bowl seemed a bit small. We also ordered a rib sandwich. In the menu photo, it looked very well-presented and impressive, just like McDonald's. But when it arrived at the table, I found it bland. The flavor wasn't bad, but it was mostly cheese with no meat in some places. As for the waitresses, we had a young woman who always had a smile on her face, but it didn't match her service. I thought they used tablets for ordering, but beyond the technology, she ended up forgetting dishes we ordered, and the water arrived halfway through our meal. At one point, she left us talking to ourselves and walked off. It feels like they're really busy, at least on weekends, but that seriously impacts the service. The truth is, the food quality has declined a bit since my last visit a few years ago. And I definitely think the service needs improvement and more attention. Perhaps we just got the most distracted waitress that day, but it feels like they're constantly rushing around, which even makes eating a bit stressful.
This was our first time at this place and we were very disappointed by several instances. 1) serving food with no silverware. 2) they had no Coke Zero or diet 3) Beans soup lacking the real charros taste 4) provided us with half of the tortillas order 5) no napkins on the table, 6) place was not packed but waiting was long for drinks and food despite there seems to be a lot of people in the kitchen than servers on the floor. 7) 2 of 4 salsas didn’t have spoons. Management needs to fix this.
I just went to place a takeout order, and they prepared the wrong one and didn't have tortillas for the alambre. The problem is that you only realize it when you get home. Honestly, they should pay more attention.
The service was quite slow and poor. I went with some friends, half of whom didn't want to eat because they had already eaten, and it seemed the waiters didn't like that because they started providing terrible service. Furthermore, when I asked if they would validate the ticket, they reluctantly refused, even though it appeared on the mall's ticket machine.
