Came here on Sunday around 11ish: Drive-thru was slow, but food was fresh! Order was all correct and the cheese was melted on my burger. I can’t say the same for other Sonic locations in the area.
Service was great. It was my first time here, I didn't know how to order but the workers were understanding and very nice
Adding 1 star because the manager and employee corrected everything that was wrong. We ordered on the mobile app and waited about 15 minutes for our food. We were missing 2 items, and as mentioned prior, our items were quickly replaced. Whether or not that was because my fiancee stood directly outside of the door, we're not sure - as everyone else's review says there was an extended wait time for corrections. The food quality was nothing to rave about, but only about 85% of our food was fresh, the moz sticks were already hard just a couple of minutes after getting them. Cheddr peppers were one of the items we had fixed but were not cooked properly. We'd already asked for corrections 3 times, so didn't bother to bring this to their attention. All in all, not a TERRIBLE experience, but we most likely won't come here again. I will say this: if the manager and employees remain consistent with the service they provided today, I'm sure the reviews will be a lot more positive.
Hi! Understaffed so only drive thru. Trashes overflowing. Pay .30cents for extra cherries per milkshake and they forgot then brought me 1 cherry for each shake. The cup costs more than the cherry they supplied. What is life!? I’m so annoyed cause I baked in my car for 30 mins waiting and then they got it wrong and then I waited longer then I got ONE EXTRA CHERRY! Whhhhyyyyyyy Is this like this?!
Maybe I'm just crazy, I dont know. I went to this location at 9:30pm with my wife and ordered cheese tots, strawberry Sprite, and an m&m blast. The kid brings our order and I could already see there wasnt strawberry in the Sprite. I asked and he said the order was correct and walked off. I pressed the button again and asked to have to corrected, no big deal. While they are fixing it I looked at my cheese tots and this is what I get.. half a slice of barley melted cheese on tots the were refried In unfiltered dirty oil. First off, the cheese is supposed to be shredded cheddar. We called the kid back and asked him about it when he brought out a new Sprite. He said he didnt know. "He just works here." Frustrated, we just left and threw the food away when we got home. Never again.
This will be our last visit to this sonic. So far I’ve been waiting for 30min for 4 soft drinks. Last week I waited over an hour for hamburgers. While the servers are kind they are chronically understaffed and unable to do anything in a reasonable amount of time.
Ordered 3 drinks 5 minutes before i arrived. Still took 15 minutes after we arrived. Keep in mind. 1 other customer was there.
Pushed the order button at 10:30, waited, no one took our order, pushed it again, finally somebody on the intercom responds at 10:45 saying they can’t take our order because they close in 10min. 30 minutes should’ve been enough time. They weren’t busy. Sounds like they did it on purpose to not have to take our order at all.
This place looked like it’s been bombed. The drive thru is open but all the screens are destroyed and the building looks like it should be condemned. Do not go here! I turned around and went to the Rim.
I was in line for 30 minutes I was waiting to say my order but no one said anything on the intercom there was one person at the drive thru at the window and they was just talking for 30 minutes. I love Sonic but this location sucks. To the owners you need to have a meeting with them it wasn't busy at all the time I came was 3:30 but I will not be coming to this location ever again and I will make sure my family doesn't ether.
Went today and waited 23 minutes for them to make 2 shakes!!!!!!!! We had to push the button to call to the employees 3 different times. Both shakes came out dripping wet with ice cream all over the cups. A shitty experience
Customer service needs to be checked BIG TIME! But honestly, after looking at the other reviews -it’s not just a customer service issue.. it’s just pure bad management and lack of training. No “sorry for the wait” nothing, also because the slush machine was down they just decided to not give me a drink and charge me for it anyways -had to ask for drink replacement myself, no they didn’t offer. Just all bad.
The absolute worst fast food experience you’ll ever have. Honestly so bad, you should go just to have this experience once in your life. You’ll never forget it. You most likely won’t even leave with any food/drinks. You’ll wait at the drive thru for 15-20 minutes for anyone to address you. Don’t bother ordering on the app, it doesn’t help. Once you do get ahold of someone inside, they’ll be rude, not give you the correct order, and just be unpleasant. It’s a miracle this place is still open because I have never had a worse experience anywhere in my life.
I'm a big fan of Sonic, and this location used to be quite good. However, the quality of food and customer service here has become atrocious. The shakes taste tart or even sour more than half of the time. The food doesn't taste fresh, and my order is often wrong. Overall I don't think this location is worth the trouble.
If I could give a 0 star review, I would. We pulled up through the drive through, ordered a hot fudge shake and caramel shake. They were out of caramel, so we did hot fudge instead. We pull up for our order and they change both shakes to chocolate. We asked where are the hot fudge shakes. After 10 minutes, he comes back and says the hot fudge isn’t warmed up, that would take 35-40 minutes. No one at this location has any clue how to provide customer service, please do yourself a favor and choose another location. We asked for our money back.
Waited 30 minutes for 3 drinks, paid for on the app. Never got our drinks. They argued with us about it and said they would refund us, rather than simply making our drinks. Sonic has no quality control. 😩
I think this will be my last visit to this particular Sonic for some time. They’re always extremely understaffed and I’m having to wait a minimum of 15 minutes every time I place an order, regardless if pre-paid or not, drive-thru or carhop. I was told today that they are currently not taking any orders, on a Sunday afternoon. But I’m stuck since I ordered ahead online. They aren’t responding to anyone in the drive thru window. I placed the order at 2:12pm, it’s now after 2:40pm, nearly 30 minutes, I’m still waiting. If you like Sonic, I recommend visiting a different location than this one. Management - please do a better job of staffing this location. You’re losing a lot of great business. And you’re putting much undue stress on your staff. I did also contact the phone number you provide on all reviews to escalate. I was informed this feedback will be going to the local franchise owner as well as corporate. Update at 3pm: Sadly, we ended up getting all cheeseless or mostly cheeseless mozzarella sticks too. I'm sure likely due to either freezing the mozzarella sticks or incorrect cooking temperatures. My reason for leaving this review is to correct the staffing issue at this Sonic. The ask of the local franchise owner is to either better staff or look at shutting down this location.
I have been a loyal customer of this Sonic for a long time and have always had good experiences. Since I work nearby, I visit almost weekly and always leave a tip on my online orders. That’s why today’s experience was so disappointing—it was by far the slowest service I’ve ever encountered. After waiting in the drive-thru line much longer than usual, I finally reached the window, only to be ignored for another eight minutes. The employee at the window appeared frustrated, focused on the terminal as if something was wrong. Meanwhile, the cars behind me were stuck at the order speaker, causing a backup. When he finally acknowledged me, he seemed irritated and simply asked, “Did you have a mobile or something?” I responded, “Yes, I’m Rene, here to pick up my order.” Without another word, he shut the window. A few minutes later, he reopened it and told me my order had already been picked up. Confused, I asked, “What? That’s impossible—I’m Rene.” He repeated that someone had already taken the order. When I insisted that was not the case, his response was dismissive: “There’s nothing I can do. It’s been picked up.” At that point, I recited my entire order to him, and he confirmed it matched what had supposedly already been taken. I asked if he could simply remake the order I had paid for, but instead, he told me to come inside. Once inside, I reiterated that I had not received my food, yet he showed no concern and made no effort to help. When he asked for my receipt, I attempted to pull it up on my phone, but I wasn’t getting service. I then asked if they had Wi-Fi so I could access it, but he flatly said, “No,” and once again stated that there was nothing he could do. At this point, I asked for his name, which he refused to provide. Instead, he called his manager. The employee—a Spanish-speaking man with a neck tattoo—was instructed by his manager to give me a corporate number. What I received, however, seemed more like a personal cell phone number, and no one answered. So, I called Sonic’s actual corporate office and explained the situation. Unlike the employee, they were understanding and immediately refunded my money—it hit my account within minutes. What frustrated me most wasn’t just the mix-up, but the complete lack of customer service, empathy, or accountability. The employee had the power to resolve the situation but chose not to. His dismissive and arrogant attitude only escalated things, and he even told me outright that he didn’t care before instructing me to leave. At the end of the day, under his watch, someone walked away with the order I paid for. Whether it was an intentional act by a carhop or someone in the drive-thru listening in and falsely claiming it, the situation was unacceptable. I’ve spent a lot of money at this location over the years, and the staff has always been friendly and helpful—which is why I always tipped. But after this experience, neither I nor anyone from my workplace will be returning. I’ve attached my receipt as proof that I was not lying—you simply wronged the wrong customer.
Worst corn dogs I have ever seen and tasted - honestly I didn’t even want to try it but I was really hungry. The first corn dog I got was so dry, withered and old, the weiner was sticking out at the tip - and it was black. I should’ve taken a pic but the waitress took it. She was very nice and even gave me an extra corn dog but unfortunately I will not be getting anything other than a diet cherry lemonade - EVER again. Too many gross items that I have received in the last two years. Sonic you need to do better.
