First, let me say. I like Bush's chicken. It's just that over the last few years it hasn't been the same. When I first tried it years ago I was overwhelmed by how good it tasted. Now, I feel like it's okay. I would eat it weekly back then and now I can go months without it. I hope you enjoyed my review.

I've gone to this location three different times and I've l always getting old chicken and cold fries. I love Bushs but I am not returning.

Order a 12 piece of gizzards and was told it would take a few minutes to make. We were cool with that but when we came home with the order they were old and stale.

We paid extra for breast, we didn't get it. Rolls are over cooked. We paid for gravy but didn't get any. Apple pies are over cooked. Called and no one answered the phone.

Came by this evening and waited 10 minutes in the drive thru before the first 2 cars ahead of me left. Once they left it took 6 minutes before someone even acknowledged us. There were no customers in the restaurant so it wasn’t busy. Once they took our order it took 25 minutes before we received it. I expected nice fresh chicken since we had to wait. Once I got home everything was old, cold and nasty. Won’t ever go back. $53 for 10 piece meal with gizzards definitely not worth it.

OPEN sign is on, it's 9:39 and all doors are locked while emoyees are standing around talking inside. If you say you're open with an illuminated open sign, and you've posted your hours both online and on the door, it's probably a good idea to go ahead and leave the doors unlocked until said posted time. Just an idea, but I'm only a long time (now EX long time) patron of your establishment, what would I know. Smh.

I used to like this place just came back from this location. Let me tell you something. I love chicken I ate at chicken express 2 days before eating at bushes chicken. Both places are using cheaper bater or something the crust didn’t stay on from either place. I call it covid prices, they fell fir this hole hoax and the world shut down, now everyone that sells food is giving us less for more. This batter is not the same from chicken express or bushes. I also ordered gizzards the ones they gave me seemed about 3 hours to long under the light. Crust wouldn’t stay on them either. Hard as a soft rock. I would avoid all fast food chicken places. Once they apologize for stealing from the American people with lame chicken and higher prices fir no reason then I will return. Nasty chicken and gizzards you can see for yourself

Both if my rolls are almost black from being burnt! I know we were in line long enough for 2 people behind me to leave. Usually it is pretty good.
