The store is clean the employees are great the guy Collin really knows his stuff it’s not their fault the franchise suck’s definitely a place to stop if your hungry amazing customer service shoutout to the informative manager Collin! Always super helpful and respectful! I’ll definitely be back you gotta appreciate hard working fast food workers. They definitely don’t get paid enough for what they deal with!!!. I can deal with the bathroom being out of order since they explained some jerk broke the lock. That’s really on the owner to fix not the employees.. great local spot for some great conversation and customer service. The owner Jimmy is actually really nice if you ever meet him

This Subway really should get working bathrooms and not close a half hour before actual closing. EDIT: It appears now, they have a restroom available to the public and honor the scheduled times. bumped up the stars a little.

I had a quick lunch , I had a spicy Italian on Italian bread . The staff are friendly and helpful.

The employees are nice however this restaurant should address the freezing issues ASAP. My husband works in refrigeration and he has seen this issue in restaurants before and if the health department came in this would not pass inspection.

The people that made our sandwiches took their time which is ok if they took pride in making a good sandwich. They put as little as possible toppings on the sandwiches and we had to keep asking for a little more. This is probably one of the worst Subways we've been in.

The guys working in there were cool, but it was expensive and it seemed like tipping was mandatory which in subway they have one major duty. Make a sandwich. I work at a gas station I don’t ask customers or better yet show them a screen on what percentage you want to leave with out a no button. I’d be rich

Charged me 14.99 for a sandwich that the menu says is 11.99. I asked and the said owners never updated the board so what they mean is false pricing listed on menu behind counter....

They squished the sandwich and burnt the bread and overall very poor made sandwich and the tuna was old

I literally just went here for a 6 inch and the girl was really rude to me for no reason. I considered leaving without the sandwich but I figured I might as well get it since it’ll go in the trash otherwise. She didn’t want to tell me what sauces they have because she insisted I just read it myself… There are two unlabeled sauces, like why are you so bitter?

Bathroom is always out of order because they don’t want to have to clean it so you can’t wash your hands before you eat or use the restroom after you eat your old chicken that’s supposed to be fresh but its so soggy wet that my bread was soaked and just fell apart. You pay 8$ for a scoup of wet soggy not fresh Rotisserie chicken probably from Costco. If they would at least keep it from getting soggy wet and mushy then the 6inch sandwich might be worth 5$!

I returned my sandwich after getting home .took it back and walked out .keep the money I think they need it to buy meat.20 years i have bought the same sandwich.#9 with jallapenos.plus 4 others for my wife abd grandkids .MY #9 WAD VERY ! ! ! LITTLE MEAT.SO I TOOK IT BACK AND WILL NEVER SUPPORT ANY .!!!! SUBWAY IN AMADOR. COUNTY.. ALL OWNED BY SAME .THERE I ARE OTHER OPTIONS IN OUR COUNTY TO BUY SANDWICHES.I KNOW WHAT A sandwich that I have paid for should taste and look like
