Service is quick and friendly. I order regular fries and got a fruit cup. The fruit is always fresh and the fries are nice a crispy. Plus they have all the soccer game at the bar which is a big plus for entertainment. Hopefully they will play all the games for the World Cup 2026.

I been coming here 4 breakfast on my break n everytime i walk in I'm received with a smile. Miriam is a very nice n friendly person also very attentive with the needs of all the ppl that walk in. Also Leslie and the rest of the kitchen staff make this place a great spot to take a break.

Good spot to get a quick bite for lunch. Friendly staff, fairly reasonable prices, decent food.

Exceptionally friendly staff and fast coffee bar. Plenty of snacks to choose from. Witnessed a young gentleman who spilled coffee and the cashier went to get him a rag with soda water to help keep it from staining. This building is absolutely gorgeous and I have posted pictures for reference.

Come here for a meeting once a month. The breakfast burritos are tasty with vegetarian options. Coffee is good, although i feel there could be creamer that is cold to help not burn your mouth. His place even has a bar for wine and maybe sots, I dont know since I dont consume alcohol. But if you do, the option is there.

I placed an online takeout order with this café, received confirmation, and was even charged, but when I arrived they claimed they never received it. I showed the woman at the front my order number, confirmation, and proof of payment, yet she repeatedly refused to have the kitchen make my food, saying they couldn’t do anything without a ticket. Even after speaking with their IT person, who said the system had voided the order for unknown reasons and she still wouldn’t help and made me feel as though I was trying to get free food. I left without my order and am still waiting for a refund. The service was rude, unhelpful, and poorly handled. As someone who has worked in this industry, I was extremely disappointed.

I would give ZERO if possible. I've worked in this building for 6 years and since COVID both the food and the service have gone down the drain. Someone must have said something about the music because it used to be so loud that one couldn't even hear. The one thing I've always liked about this place was the service. The new girl at the front is so rude. Has no personality it's like she forced to be there. When one ordered soup it was something that you did not have to wait for. Now they serve the soup in the back and add a 10 minute wait for it. I used to look forward to Matisse lunch specials. It'd always been pricey but convenience is the cost. Now I just mich rather not eat lunch than go to Matisse.

This place has terrible customer service. My wife works in the building where this place is located. I have pre-ordered my wife a meal from here on three separate occasions and each time the food wasn't ready when she walked downstairs to lick it up. She has only a 30 min lunch and the first two times the food wasn't ready till after 20 minutes of when it was supposed to. Today I set the preorder to be picked up at 11am even though my wife doesn't take lunch until 1130am. The food still wasn't ready when my wife went to get it and she had to wait another 10 minutes before getting her food. This is completely unacceptable. The managers and staff there need to be replaced.
