Cava is my favorite. The staff are nice. The food is healthy and so so good. This is definitely several levels up from chipotle for sure. Jayla and Keke were very welcoming and made my bowl with love. Much appreciated. Come to this location you will not be disappointed.

This was my first time trying Cava ever after I’ve heard so many good things. I stopped here after work to grab a bite and I’m so glad that I did! Friendly, helpful staff with recommendations. They allowed me samples of the dressings to ensure I had the best one. Very clean, tidy and comfortable. I even received a complimentary drink with my very first meal here! Amazing!!! My bowl was delicious and service 10 out of 10!! Will visit again!

Just had another fantastic experience at Cava! As always, the food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I've come to expect from this consistently great chain. What truly stood out during this visit, though, was the superb customer service I received from Arie. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience even better. And let's not forget the star of the beverage show – the strawberries citrus drink! It was absolutely amazing, the perfect blend of sweet and tangy. Highly recommend a visit to Cava, and if you get the chance, say hi to Arie.

Jackie the Manager is amazing. Her staff/team keep the food well stocked and restaurant clean. We enjoyed the freshness of the salad and perfect flavor blend of each item we are. Quick service, clean location! We got our food made pretty quickly but felt like the portion sized were smaller here than the usual location we visit. Regardless great food and nice environment.

I think Cava is a whole lot better than Chipotle — the quality of ingredients is clearly visible both to the eye and the tastebuds. Everything tastes fresher and more thoughtfully prepared. That said, this particular location felt quite disorganized. It seemed like a large number of online to-go orders were overwhelming the staff, which left in-store customers waiting far too long. The line barely moved, and it honestly felt like wait times you’d expect at a fine dining restaurant. I even saw at least 4–5 people get frustrated and walk out. If you’re planning to eat here, I highly recommend ordering online and just picking it up in-store to skip the long line. The food is definitely worth it — just not the wait.

Food was DELICIOUS. Love it. Only complaint about the food/drink is that they don't offer diet sodas, only sparkling water and some kinda bougie fruity drinks lol. If you're branded as a "health place" diet soda is fine! But anyway, the main thing i have is about the customer service. I'm gen Z and have worked plenty of service and food jobs and I get it, but... the girl at the front didn't even say hi back when I said hi. She said nothing the whole time. I'm a customer almost daily, having lunch or dinner at Cava. This time I ordered my usual dish through the app plus a fried pita snack, which at the moment was savor cream. I decided to eat in, and when I bit into the pita snack, it was literally RIGID. Like it was days old. I went to the staff to exchange them, and their response was that they wouldn't make any more until they ran out, and that I would let them know inside if they could make more. But they never exchanged them, nor did they even offer me a refund. Here's a picture where I squeezed the triangle really hard, and it didn't even break because it was so hard. Maybe they had been making it for hours, but their courtesy in admitting it was in bad condition was a failure in customer service. I went on the night of January 20th so you know who was working the bar at that time.

I’ve been a regular CAVA customer and typically order once or twice every week. Unfortunately, something seems to have changed recently at this location. My pickup orders have consistently been delayed beyond the scheduled time, even when I arrive right at the promised pickup window. I hope this is temporary and that the team can improve the reliability of pickup timing soon.

I believe this Cava location has some of the rudest staff I have ever met except few of the people who usually manage the billings. The staff seem always disinterested, pushy, very loud and makes lunch/dinner experience worst. As any business, customer service is key and this particular location seems to be a huge losing case for customer service.

I’ve always loved eating at CAVA, which is why this visit was so disappointing. When I walked in, I asked for half rice and half lentils. After seeing the portion, I politely asked if I could get a little more rice. The employee told me it’s only one scoop each. I completely understand portion policies, but it would have been nice if she had offered to add extra rice for an additional charge instead of just shutting it down. They were also out of falafel, so I had to wait for a fresh batch. While waiting, another employee went to get the green sauce. Meanwhile, the cashier seemed to be in a big rush. He barely added any sauce, quickly closed my bowl, and said, “Here you go, done,” even though I had asked for sauce. I didn’t say anything at the time, but it was frustrating. To top it off, when I was leaving, they didn’t put my bowl in a bag. I had to ask for one. Overall, it just felt like a lack of customer service and attention to detail. I’ve had great experiences at cava , which made this one stand out even more. I hope management works on improving the customer experience.

RIDICULOUS portions for the price And cold, I ordered a bowl and they basically served me rice with lentils and a few pieces of protein. I left hungry. The flavor does not compensate for how little they give. It’s not worth what it costs and I’m not coming back.

If I could give this place a 0 star review I would! I went in for the new spicy lamb and sweet potato bowl. I was charged individually for each item because I wanted to add an additional protein( harissa chicken) imagine my surprise when the server is explaining to the cashier I needed to be charged individually. The CASHIER WAS THE ONLY ONE who had enough sense to advise me that the bowl type changed because it should have been added as a side. The original server had no remorse or empathy for not TELLING ME if I add or alter it changes everything. The lack of customer service is missing. No apology as it could have been explained or anything the young ladies were very snarky after the fact. I am so disappointed in the service I received and I'll never return to this place. They also did not give me the pita chips I paid for. It wasn't in the bag.

Worst customer service experience. I love CAVA food, but given I didnt actually get my meal today, I would have given no stars if i could. I placed a mobile order, arrived when both my text and mobile app told me my food should be ready. Was not greeted or acknowledged despite standing in the pick up area next to the register where no fewer that 4 people were working, actively ignoring myself (and during the 15 minutes I waited, the more than 5 other people who arrive for pick ups as well). I finally flagged someone as they kept helping people in the store line who arrived after I did, yet could be bothered to check on me. When he did finally come over I was informed the online/mobile orders were running behind and would be a nearly 20 minute or more wait for my order. I asked for a refund or my order to be cancelled because I didnt have 20 more minutes to wait and was told he couldnt do either. I would need to go online to request the refund. He refused to make my order despite me being there in person for 15 minutes and seeing my order in the system. Offered for me to get in line behind everyone else who walked in after me and he could make my order then, but also would re-charge me at that time for the new order and would sill need to go online to request a refund for my original mobile order. He, the manger, was rude, dismissive and had zero empathy or concern for the fact that loyal customers who used their mobile ordering service were being forced to wait an unreasonable amount of time while people walking in the door were being serviced immediately. He made no attempt to offer anything for the inconvenience, and further had no business cards for me to follow with corporate on this terrible experience. I can certainly understand that businesses sometimes have issues when excepting orders form multiple avenues, however if you cannot manage your order volume than you should not continue taking orders from these alternative routes. The really frustrating part here is if he, or any of his staff, had greeted me on arrival and simply explained the issue and gave me those same options I would have gotten in line and ordered my food and moved along. But to make me wait 15 minutes to even offer this solution, and me having to be the one to call to your attention that you are ignoring customers, is just an unacceptable business practice, and a store manage should have known better!

My recent experience was very unpleasant. They were out of plenty of the sauces that I wanted, and let’s not even mention the fact that they ran out of bowls so they put my food in a kid’s bowl; which doesn’t compare to the amount of food I receive in the regular bowl. The lemonade that I usually get, the machine wasn’t even turned on. They also did not have ice or napkins available. I paid a pretty penny for my meal and left very disappointed. I love other Cava locations but this one just let me down. Let’s do better!
