Honestly this was one of the best pei Wei locations I've ever been to it wasn't too crowded and we got our food very quickly it could have been a little warmer but beyond that it was good still and I'll just warm it up at home when I get to chance and whoever the front girl that takes your order she was extremely friendly and very helpful and and always working hard if it was taking food out or taking someone to order or cleaning the restaurant so props 👏 5 out of 5 would recommend if you're a pei Wei fan and not Panda Express! 🙋

I’ve ordered from here a few times for pick up and they always have it ready a little bit before my pick up time which I love! I’ve never had a bad customer service experience either. I tried their spicy drunken noodles today and they are pretty good, I would probably just ask them to add more spice next time! My favorite dish here would probably still be the general so with fried rice though!

I recently dined at Pei Wei Asian Kitchen and ordered their Thai Basil Cashew Chicken. The dish was decent overall, although I found it to be a bit sweeter than I prefer. The chicken was cooked well, tender and flavorful, and the cashews added a nice crunch to each bite. The blend of Thai basil and other spices created a good balance of flavors, but the sweetness was a slight drawback for my taste. Never been to this chain before but it's solid. Definitely better than average and probably consistent. It can be difficult finding good Chinese restaurants. I have had a "hit or miss" experience on the DFW area. Imo, better than Panda Express. Standard and what you would expect from a chain. You likely won't be disappointed. I would give a better rating for atmosphere but the undeside of the booths were pretty bad.. It tastes as good as it looks 🔥🤌

Service was good and friendly. Food was only ok but plentiful. Prices are very high for a mostly rice dish with chicken and some veggies. Been a while since Id been to one of these restaurants, so I was disappointed at the quality, Prices and reduced menu choices.

The food here seems flat taste and old rice left over taste chicken isn’t that great like the one in grand Prarie taste better seems more fresh food and cooked better someone needs to do something about it every time come here the food sucks taste flat grand. Prairie tax is better and this is the 2nd time we been here and we thought it changed but still the same heads up atmosphere is great etc

Service was quick once I figured out where to order. There's a to-go entry and a regular entry with a fun maze with no visible direction where to place your order ultimately leading you to the to-go entry and counter to order. I ordered the Chicken Pad Thai, what I got was some kind of boiled rice noodle soup with whole chunks of white onion swimming in brown sauce with rubbery chicken and no tofu. Their Pad Thai used to be so good. Oh well.
