I stop at the Island Park Dunkin Donuts everyday on my way to work. Coffee is always good, staff is friendly, and the store is always clean. The staff takes good care of their guests.

Whoever did our order it did messed up part of it, went back and the manager was very nice, apologized and refunded me for the whole order of $40.

I've passed this dunkin donuts on my way to NJT many times because I usually stop at the dd at Secaucus junction. Recent train delays I decided to get my usual bagel in Penn station DD I LOVE this place! It is tiny but efficient and the morning greetings and smiles feel good. Not to mention they sometimes offer samples for you to try in cute little baggies. 😊keep it up 👌

The schedule says they close at 9pm, I arrive at 8:15pm and they tell me they have nothing left and that they are closed, it seems like they don't want to work.

I was totally ignored at the drive through menu then drove up and the employees just looked at me then ignored me. I waited 3 minutes looking in the window from my car while they all just pretended I wasn’t there. I will not go back to that location. Plus the whole parking lot was filthy and covered in garbage. Disgusting

What a disaster in there. - Ordered online pick up - extra 20min wait time upon arrival - food is cold - uber drivers cutting the line, mind you 4 of them Never again, save yourself a headache.

Ridiculous Dunkin Donuts this has happened more than 3 times. They're supposed to close at 10pm but close 30 minutes earlier. The staff is terrible. Don't recommend this location.

When We want there they still had at least an hour or more before closing time their shelves were completely empty. When I asked the women working if they had any donuts she said yes they are in the back. She made us feel rushed and had an attitude when we gave her our order she didn't wait to finish the order I tried to call her back but she ran in the back and got upset that she had to go back and change it. She was also on her phone with ear pods in her ear and talking to the person on the phone. I was very nice to her. Even though she had a nasty attitude

This location is always closing early for whatever reason. Why does the hours of operation say closes at 9 and their consistently closing before that time. Someone needs to notify Corporate. Unbelievable

I used to love this Dunkin Donuts they had a young girl working there and she was good and she was fast then there was a young guy he also was good but went today and there was a guy there who had a very horrible attitude and who didn't have a clue of what he was doing! I ordered 2 orders of the pretzel bites he puts both orders of them in one bag which was a problem as they was for 2 different people. Then he got the drinks wrong ordered2 hot drinks he kept saying an iced coffee right which we kept saying no both drinks are hot. So he said well then I have to make them one at a time so when we got to the drive thru window he had to make the drinks because he couldn't remember them both so we had to tell him them one by one it was only 2 drinks not that hard. Then we asked for mustard for the pretzels he said we don't have any mustard only ketchup!! I will not be going to this location anymore.
