Moo Burger Island Park Reviews
Loved the place! Amazing food and so fresh. I had the doble bacon cheeseburger! It was so juicy, delicious. The French fries were amazing, so crispy. The moo sauce, delish
I love Moo Burger. It's the cutest little place that serves a variety of really tasty food. The premises is spotless. The service is very good. Everything is made fresh to order. I love having this place nearby. Both the outdoor and indoor seating arrangement is very nice and comfortable. I'm definitely a Moo Burger fan!
It's a spectacular place we ever been to the burgers are awesome and it's very nice I enjoyed their sweet potato fries
Great food, great friendly service, and nice setup all around. Kids loved the food, and the atmosphere was nice with outside seating. Food made fresh and walked over for that personal touch. Veriety of menu options to cater to a picky group of boys... We're definitely coming back again!
A bit on the pricey side for a burger, but definitely worth it! My burger was the hangover moo burger which is a burger with bacon egg and cheese. The fries are super crisp, and the shakes are great! Seating is outdoors, which is great for a summer evening date. The staff are super nice as well. This is a nice little hidden gem.
I took my daughter here for dinner after spending a day at Long Beach. She had the burger and fries and loved it. She said the burger was juicy and the fries were crispy (I did sample the fries lol she was on point!). We both got milkshakes. She got the birthday cake flavor and I got the strawberry. Both were creamy and delicious! We definitely added Moo Burger to our list of places we love around the beach! She did say next time we have to be sure to get one of the cow stuffed animals they had up front, so we'll be back!
First time here in over 3 years and this place definitely got better with the food quality! The burger tasted amazing great flavor grilled chicken was very good as well the cheese fries were the star of the meal so addictive!! Mozzarella sticks were good and the sweet potato fries were great too wanted to try the fried pickle and onion rings but they ran out hopefully get to try them next time!!
Love this place. Their meat blend in the Grand Moo is delicious. Today I got the turkey burger on the recommendation from a girl who works there - spot on. My 6yr old son really dug into his burger and chocolate raspberry shake. The outdoor tables were really nice and shaded even though it 8s kinda hot out today. Pro tip: The Chili is underrated
Very pleasantly surprised. Last time we tried coming here, they were about to close - so I opted to, 'not be that guy'. This time I had the opportunity to actually enjoy the food... and enjoy it I did. Quite possibly one of the biggest surprises I've had in awhile as the burger was absolutely tasty. I did a Mega BBQ Moo Burger with bacon, etc. I decided to double up on the patty too! Hats off... it was fantastic. The Frickles were yummy and the Neapolitan Shake was scrumptious. We ate outside (wind was a bit rough), but all in all a great experience. Highly recommended.
I’ve passed the place so many times and finally stopped in today. I can’t say I was impressed with the burger. It was a very soggy sandwich. I think the buns are too soft maybe? The sweet potato fries were delicious. I didn’t order any drinks because the fries and the 4 ounce burger was already $16 and I thought that was a little high for what I got. The guys were nice though.
The food is fresh and tasty. The owner was nice. We had both chicken sandwiches, and both were delicious. We ordered a moo cheeseburger and normal cheeseburger. The moo burger is superior in taste. Make sure to ask for how you want it cooked. Mine was overcooked. The chili fries are a must. A good option after a beach day.
First time here. I've passed by this place plenty of times and finally decided to give it a try. I ordered my kid's the captain crunch milkshake and the fruity pebble milkshake. I preferably liked the fruity pebble one more. But both milkshakes were good..( definitely on the sweet sugary side). I ordered the double moo cheese burger. They didn't ask how I would like the meat cooked but again I should of said it too. The first patty was too pink for my liking but overall burger was good. The fries were a on the salty side but my kids enjoyed it so didn't go to waste. I would definitely give it another try in the future.
I'll echo what a lot of people have said and/or suggested. Great staff and cool burger joint atmosphere. The brioche bun needs an upgrade or a different bun. It's just not good. The burger itself should be thicker, maybe 8 Oz and a higher quality meat, it tastes very very average. Cajun fries were good, onion rings okay, probably both were pre frozen. Lot of sides which were great. Place is GOOD. Has a lot of potential to be GREAT with some changes.
Good location, I have cycled by numerous times. Decided to give it a go Friday night at mile 46. Feeling adventurous, ordered an Aloha burger & a milk shake. The food was okay. Here’s my humble feedback if management is open to suggestions: 1) get a better brioche bun 2) increase the patty to 8 oz 3) too much teriyaki sauce, put separately on a sauce cup instead 4) I ordered a Vanilla milk shake but somehow it came with sprinkles which I did NOT request This LOCATION has potential but needs improvement 🙏🏻
So we passed this place multiple times and finally wanted to give it a chance, granted we did show up at like 8:15 and they closed at 9 so I’m not really complaining about the wait, you expect to wait for good food, they had games present so we played the board games they had. I had gotten their version of a cheeseburger and a double cheese burger alongside with onion rings and their loaded fries. So we waited abt for 20-30 mins I want to say, they were bombarded with Uber eats, I’ve worked at fast food so I get it. The burgers turned out okay, kinda rushed but nothing to really complain, the fries I’m not sure if they were just sitting for a while forgotten before they handed them to us but the chili was lukewarm borderline cold, the fries were just there at warm, it was late and I didn’t really want to bring it up Because I’m tired they’re tired but we wasted abt $42 I’m not really sure we never got the receipt, reluctantly my boyfriend got up and asked abt the fries and the cook got another order of fries and just dumped the chili on it, they were really apologetic about it. With the rest of 15 minutes it felt kinda rushed because they wanted to go home and I’m just trying to eat as fast as possible. Look it’s just my experience if you’d like try it out on a less busier day, go for it. I did pick Friday.
Was pretty disappointed with the burger its just bland and unseasoned, was unaware of the moo sauce. I felt they should've informed or asked customers if they wanted THAT rather than asking the preference for pickles. Onion rings on the other hand, are pretty good. Milkshake imo is overpriced for what it is. Obviously can tell its more milk than actual ice cream in there.
I used to love this place. The quality went waaaay down. Picked up my food and both burgers were super burnt and so dry it was hard to swallow the one bite I took (see photos) the lettuce was brown and rotten. I threw both burgers in the garbage and contacted Grubhub (ordered through them) they said they contacted moo burger and they refused to give me a refund which I wouldn't care about if I didn't spend $35 on stuff I threw in the trash after one bite! Don't waste your money. Prices went up quality went waaaaaaaay down!!!
