This is my favorite Starbucks! I order 'special drink' because I am on low carb diet. Always always so delicious whenever I do mobile order from here. I don't always get so lucky with other Starbucks locations.

I have visited many Starbucks (!) and this is my favorite- the baristas are very friendly and efficient and they seem to know most customers by name! The lattes are delicious and the atmosphere is homey - a little small but that adds to the charm! I stop by almost every day on the way to Yoga Bliss and Wellness Center in East Islip - Also great parking in the back-

Place can get super busy and the place kinda small for a busy place!!! The staff is super great and fast!! A lot of times the place have a lot of kids that are going nuts in there and acting up!! lol!

Starbucks continues to grow, not only in sales. They offer all sorts of coffees and concoctions plus teas and hot chocolate. Additionally, they provide a nice section of prepackaged lunches, sandwiches, and healthy ready to drink beverages. And they do offer some delicious bed goodies and cookies to enjoy.

This is the best Starbucks on Long Island, or at least Western Suffolk. The people and friendly, the orders are done right, and well... some other third thing to make it a list of three. Oh and they have a clover machine!

05/03/16: Beside this being Starbucks and its consistency in drinks, for the most part. This is a little Starbucks that actually is fitting to the town. Very nice individuals that work at this location. They make the customers feel welcomed.

Best managed Starbucks I have been to. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. Large parking lot in the back of the building adds convenience to the downtown location.

My visits here are not frequent as many others, but it was well above average. The staff were friendly, my visit was not at a busy time. The appearance interior seems maintained favorably.

Starbucks associates were patient, honest and helpful in my decision making purchases near closing time. Both young women were also very kind.

Just made a quick stop to my favorite Starbucks, I order ahead, so I can get my frap and go! As usual smiling faces bring back customers 😀

I like this Starbucks it’s different it’s quick staff is friendly and to the point. There’s a cool patio in the front with seating. Parking in the back & main street in the front. Relaxing and nice area.

I love Starbucks Skinny Cafe Mocha but recently tried the Mocha Protein Frappuccino, I think that is what's called. Not sure how much protein it has but it's my new go to. And the Guatemala coffee beans are a necessary staple in my home, hmmm.

I usually come here only when I’m having a rough start to my day. I’m usually shy, so even though the baristas know me pretty well, I sometimes pretend to be a total stranger. Gotta keep that air of mystery alive while ordering my black coffee with four pumps of mocha sauce or a chai tea latte, depending on how dramatic my crisis is that day. They’ve got great style, especially those green overalls that make them look like they’re either about to brew my coffee or win a gardening competition. They usually remember my name… though next time I’m tempted to lie just to see if they’ll still yell “Travis!” with confidence. By the time I leave, I’m caffeinated, my mood’s upgraded from “tragic indie film” to “lighthearted rom-com,” and I’m already planning my next fake identity.

This Starbucks Team is great. Everyone is friendly and attentive. Addy and Maria are the sweetest and great to talk to. Avoid Alyssa; she has quite the attitude and is rude to guests and other employees. As a customer, I am quite disturbed by the conversations she shares. Keep your kids ears covered when she’s working!

I come here at least 2 times a week and I love it. The staff is always welcoming and I enjoy the relaxed energy of this place. I always get coffee at a reasonable time. Never waited longer than 5 minutes for my coffee. The wifi is fast and it's a nice place to sit and get work done. Or just to sit and collect your thought before a busy work day. Starbucks is very consistent with the quality they deliver good coffee and I dont mind the prices other than some people who think that it's over priced. But not me. I'm not big on cheap coffee I enjoy paying more for better quality and a good space.

She completed our order with an unbelievably short wait and apologized on behalf of the other store. This is my favorite Starbucks. If you can't find a place to park in front, go around back. There's a large parking lot with plenty of space. Perfect place to meet with a friend or two for a quiet chat. My favorite drink is the green tea frappe with whipped cream of course! Staff is always very friendly and there is a never a long wait.

This intoxicatingly-scented venue beckons one to drift into its portal as if by gravitational force to take in the delightful aroma of java. People actually wait in line here to hear a Brooklyn native (who is "summering on the Island") say in her sultry voice: "I'll have a tall decaf half half-and-half and the other soy with no room for creme because I want half-and-half. Oh, and a brownie". Priceless. Yes, it is performance art at it's finest. Never a cover charge. Parking is plentiful to the rear...down the alley, head North. If you find Connecticut you went too far.

Good coffee, nice seating area with comfortable armchairs or bench seating and individual chairs which can comfortably seat two people across from each other. The seating arrangements may be adapted to handle groups of after-school kids as well as family members and businessmen. The restrooms and sugar and cream prep area are well-maintained even though this establishment can become very busy at times. That is important to me. I cannot say that about many Starbucks restaurants. This location is not far from Islip Town Beach on the bay as well as the ferry service to Fire Island from Bay Shore nearby to the West via Main Street. There is no other Starbucks conveniently located for me in the general South Shore area but Sayville to the East on Montauk Highway/Main Street. I am glad this establishment is here in Islip for good coffee and relaxation. Check out the terrace area out front with circular tables and umbrellas to shield you from the sun. Free parking is located behind this venue with access via the rear door, as well as limited parking on Main Street. Overall, this is a good place for people watching and socializing, as long as you can distract your potential new friend-you-have-not-yet-met from surfing the Internet. Yes, free WIFI.

Favorite 'bucks on the island. Small, but the service is top notch, they are always suggesting new types of drinks and upgrades to try. Good location too.

Although there isn't much room to order and wait for food, the workers try their best and deliver the expected Starbucks' experience.

Not my favorite Starbucks, but it's still Starbucks. It's very, very small. It used to be an appliance store called BGS, but only half the size BGS used to be. No drive thru at this location either. Have had a couple of baristas I'm not a fan of as well.

Right on the Main street, which can be very crowded at times. Hard to make a turn into the Starbucks from the street and the parking lot is very small unless you park adjacent to the building. Love the interior design and the baristas are awesome!

Respectful employees, as well as standard drinks for a Starbucks. I most definitely prefer this Starbucks to its other Islip co-franchise, and will be back for some goofily overpriced coffee in the coming months.

I feel like they lack consistency on Sunday’s. Every other day the quality of the drinks are great but on Sunday’s I feels like my drinks doesn’t have enough espresso and also tastes water downed. Don’t get me wrong any other day the quality is great!

Little wait time, friendly staff. I am giving this location 1 star due to my order being incorrect but even worst I tried calling the location to settle this matter over the phone but since i am unable to contact. I will not return and spend my money here, what a waste of money & ruined my morning coffee before work. Not a way to start off the day.

Very disappointing. One girl was training another partner on bar: two drinks were not made to standard. The Trainer made my shaken iced tea and I had to ask her to shake my iced tea (meanwhile its called SHAKEN iced tea lemonade and makes the drink taste different unshaken) As well as when my chai tea creme frap was made by the trainee, he pumped the chai into the cup and then poured milk to the first line, then adding cinnomin topping. I paid for my drinks, and they should have great beverage quality. Aside from that, if the trainer isnt correcting or properly making the drinks to standard herself: then she shouldnt be training.

I had a $20 gift card and used it for the 1st time on Oct 28th. My purchase was for 12.22 and the barista have me a receipt showing a $7.78 balance. I never used the card again. I went to make a purchase today Nov 10 at the Islip location again and the barista said I owed money. I didn't spend more than 7.78. She said my balance was 99 cents. I showed her my receipt with the 7.78 balance. She insisted my balance was 99cents. I canceled the order and left. I called the 800# and asked when the last purchase was. She said my purchase was at 5:16pm and the 2nd purchase was the same day at 5:18pm for $6.79. Leaving me a 99 cent balance. I DID NOT MAKE A SECOND PURCHASE THAT DAY!! She refunded the money back to my card and said she would notify the manager at the ISLIP BRANCH. This leads me to believe the barista charged my card and kept the receipt..for a possible refund OR HER BEVERAGE ???? What else could it be. She gave me the card back before helping next customer so I didn't pay for his order. What do you think could have happened? Any suggestions from my followers???? This smells rotten to me 🤔 and the medicine ball tea I ordered was made incorrectly..it sucked. It was made with 2 bags one being a peach tea..that's not in a medicine ball tea. This experience was a TOTAL EPIC FAIL FOR ISLIP STARBUCKS!! buyers beware
