prenoto e pago in anticipo, vado a ritirare e mi dice passa domani e il giorno dopo non mi da nulla... Personalmente l'ho trovato poco corretto. Mi spiace per voi, ma ho provato un servizio da voi (non da altri) offerto e pubblicizzato. L'ho trovato alquanto carente. Poco me ne cale che offriate il servizio di altri (il "front office" siete voi, non il vostro fornitore) o che abbiate una esperienza decennale. Con me avete fatto una figura miserrima, anche per il vostro comportamento... Non sono gli altri che mi hanno detto di ritornare e il giorno dopo mi han detto picche e di riacquistare
