McDonald's is always a safe place.

It lacks basic hygiene standards, is always very dirty, and while customer service isn't usually excellent, it's not bad either. Just be sure to come prepared with hand sanitizer and other supplies. This place has been closed several times for health and safety issues, but they always reopen. Be very careful about that, because if you're someone who cares about food cleanliness, it might not be your best option for a meal.

It's always the same problem with the sweet and sour sauces; they never want to give them out, and if you ask for them, they don't give you enough. It seems like they're paying for them. I asked for exactly three sauces because I ordered three hamburgers and a Happy Meal, but the girl didn't care and gave me two. Then I went back, annoyed, to ask for the other one, and she said, "Oh, I made a mistake," and gave me a BBQ sauce. That's how mocking her attitude was. Obviously, I emphasized for the third time that I wanted sweet and sour. Terrible service, always.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Avoid this branch. They don't have enough staff! It's a fast food restaurant, and to order at the drive-thru, they make you wait 5 minutes. It was the only car waiting, not that it was full (it was even longer than that, and they didn't take my order). I just left.

Unfortunately, this branch is understaffed. I live in the area and used to eat here frequently, but since March they've been short-staffed. The staff they have are running around and trying their best to handle every order, but it takes more than 20 or 30 minutes from the time you pay at the register until your order arrives (unacceptable for a fast-food restaurant). It's not their fault, but it's unbelievable that the manager of this branch hasn't been able to bring in more staff in two months. On my last two visits, I've seen people angrily complaining to the staff, one even making homophobic comments. I hope they take better care of their staff and go back to providing good service.

I arrived at McDonald's thinking about eating and taking advantage of the play area and they close the games super early, I don't see them doing anything about it, since I see too many complaints, in most McDonald's the children's area is there until they close the food service, especially on weekends and here in Ramos Millán they close it before 8 p.m. even so, I will make my complaint on other social networks because they don't provide a solution, many of us do not have the schedule to arrive before 7 to take our children to eat and play, it is supposed to be the restaurant's idea, to give priority to the little ones.
