His name slipped my memory but he did tell me he was working to pay for his college going to A&M. Good luck young man. By the way he suggested the steak and cheese wrap. It was Amazing

It was ok. Only one of the staff was doing anything, as the other person would peek around the corner and then go hide. The pretzel stick thing was not good at all, it was hard to chew due to being rubbery.

Let’s see where do I start.. first off I went there right after they opened and you’d expect everything to be pretty fresh right? WRONGO… The bread is chewy, meat dry, and veggies were sooo soggy I had to take everything off my sandwich just to eat it. They ladies who helped me were extremely nice and got me my sandwich pretty fast but I wish they took some time to make sure all the food was more fresh! They were both more focused on the guy behind me though which was kinda a bummer because I didn’t get all of what I wanted on my sandwich either..

Can't believe they want to charge you extra for veggies on the side when you order a plate full. I ordered several different kinds and ALL on white bread and ended up with some on wheat bread. 😥

Stopped here because places to eat are few and far between in this part of Texas. Restaurant appears clean. I was waited on by a woman named Stormie (from her tag pinned to a very dirty uniform hat). She spoke so fast I couldn't understand what she was asking me. I got a garlic steak and she asked something about aoli or Baja sauce. ??? I just picked one. Then after she squeezed whatever sauce on my sandwich, she wiped her thumb on my bread. While she was putting my veggies on my sandwich she used the top part of her arm and hand to rub her face over my food. The restaurant was a little busy so I didn't want to complain. My sandwich was toasted but barely. I didn't get to pick my cheese so it was some kind of nacho sauce. That sauce and the amount of whatever sauce made my sandwich very soggy and kind of gross. My son had the pizza roll thing. We got ranch for dipping and it was very gross.

Everytime I go here I wait in line for 20 minutes , I'm patient but damn I just leave the drive thru and go somewhere else .It's too hard to get out with kids and I love subway but they have a drive thru window for looks. I'm done with this Subway.

I have called them 18 times and go no awnser at all unless their phone isn’t working I think it is bc when I called like the 14 time it said line was busy THEY NEED TO AWNSER THEIR PHONES

Employees handling food without masks. The food case was open with every employee breathing over the food, mask-less. This establishment is adjacent to a hospital. It is a health hazard and should be reported.

Horrible service and gross conditions. I’m surprised that the health department hasn’t shut down this place. Rude employees always act like you’re an inconvenience to them. If I may make a suggestion, stop hiring crackheads and meth addicts.
