Pro tip 1: Extra crispy style runs out a lot / often delays your order (takes 20 minutes to cook). Pro tip 2: Staff is friendly but their style is not proactive when busy, so it falls on you to monitor both their order screen or your phone KFC app progress screen and the packaged food point right by the drive thru window (no completed orders are placed on pickup shelf because in that type of gritty neighborhood they would be pilfered)- then speak up as necessary. Plenty of seating and free parking lot. Dining area is surprisingly low-volume, but its TV permanently blares Spanish soap operas day and night. This might be a discreet method to discourage lingering LOL. Can make do for some laptop work- there're a couple of outlets & booths, doesn't usually overcrowd to capacity.

Love coming to this kfc with my family. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. The crispy chicken is our favorite! My kids love the Mc cheese!! Food is always hot and fresh. The restaurant is always clean and well kept!

We had some sandwiches and French toast with a cream and sauce that were absolutely delicious. Everything was well prepared and full of flavor. The place was a bit noisy due to all the TVs, but aside from that, the service was very kind and the food was amazing. We’d definitely go back.

Today Sunday 08/24, I went to have breakfast with my family, after we ordered, it took more than half hour to bring it, the taste was no right because the philly cheestake was so greasy that I needed like 3 napkins to clean the grease under the phlilly cheestake and in spite of it the meat was chew, peppers, onions and mushrooms were burnned that was imposible to eat them. I think that if the people at the kitchen takes enough time to cook ,it's Ok for me, but if it takes to much time and they bring the food in greasy plate and burnned it's no fair to pay for it and it's no good for our health. I have been there many times and it's my first time to complain about it, the chefs should be more careful using oil in the food and care about people's health.

I really like this location. It looks brand new, seemed a bit understaffed though. Took a while to put my order in and when the robot came I had to take it off of it myself. Also needed napkins and the server never asked how we were doing. It was OK service but the grand slam breakfast was pretty good!

Great spot to get something good and good to eat. The only thing that I didn’t like was the service. The waiter had attitude most of the time. The manager took over the waiter job and made our experience even better.

Manager tried to overcharge me. I quickly addressed it and receipt was changed, but she made it appear it was a favor when clearly it was not. I've ordered same plate before and never an overcharge. Check your receipts before paying! Server was helpful in trying to resolve issue. Food is ok, but hasbrowns are horrible! The oil it's made with tastes like industrial oil. Change the recipe!

I can tell you that the food is good and the service fast. The only reason I give them three stars, instead of five, is because the place sometimes is a mess: plates with leftover food on the table, garbage on the floor, overflowed trash cans... Just terrible!

Coming to this KFC for more than 15 years. This KFC is always out of the basic stuff like french fries or potato wedges, and sometimes even chicken. They close before their operational closing time. Their store door operation hours say open till 11 pm yet they’re closed at 10:20pm. On google business hours say open till 1 o’clock. 🤣

I order a pickup, portion was okay for $20 dollars meal. However, when I got home we started eating I realized that the chicken drumsticks were uncooked or don’t know what was that, loose the appetite. Is was red like raw bloody. I don’t know how they cook the chicken but definitely loose a customer it looks disgusting 🤮

I’m writing this review because of the frustrating experience my family and I had at this Denny’s. We arrived around 12:20 pm and were seated right away. The hostess noticed our booth was wet and had a busser clean it, which he did quickly and very politely. By 12:44 pm, no server had come to our table, even though other customers who arrived after us were already being helped. I went to the front desk to let the hostess know we’d been waiting over 20 minutes to which she said she would notify our server. At about 12:49 pm, a server named Laura finally came over. She did not introduce herself or apologize for the wait time and seemed annoyed while taking our order. Our drinks arrived shortly after, but our food never did. While we waited, we saw Laura serving other tables and chatting with coworkers, but she never even bothered to check on us. A few times we tried to get her attention, and she completely ignored us. At that point, it really felt like we were being avoided, possibly because we had asked about the wait. By around 1:30 pm, after being there for over an hour without being served our food, we decided to leave. We didn’t feel comfortable complaining again because we were worried it might affect our food. We went to the front desk and explained that we were leaving due to not getting our food despite being there for over an hour. The hostess apologized and got Laura, who suddenly said our food was ready. We declined, paid for our drinks and left. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and we won’t be returning to this Denny’s.

Spent $90 on GrubHub to get 3 breakfasts. 2 orders with pancakes came with no butter or syrup. I had to go to the supermarket and get both cuz they cheaper out on my order. Denny's, if someone's depending that much on your food, be considerate and include what's supposed to be included. Do better, and be better.

I came here with my family to have breakfast. We waited for our food for an hour and once we got our food after an hour the food was cold. The bread was hard. There was only 1 server working there. She was nice but the service was so slow. Come here if you have patience if not don’t waste your time coming here.

I don't understand this place. The restaurant is completely empty, more than half of the tables are vacant, and yet they make you wait more than 20 minutes to be seated. The waiters don't want to work and they don't help you if you ask for a table, even though you can see they're empty; they just give you dirty looks. After 45 minutes I get the seat and have to wait 1 hour for a pancake . Good luck to this place and who want to take the risk . The waitress Denise is the worst employee ever. She has absolutely no charisma, made me wait for over two hours, and practically mocked me. 12/30 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm. Check this service.

SCAMMERS!!! I made an order in the parking lot of my local KFC, only for the order to go to this location, and I was charged WITHOUT receiving my food!! No longer will I shop at KFC, my points will be used and I'm done with KFC.

I went through the drive-through. The woman told Through the speaker to pull to the window because the drive-through wasn’t working, so I told her let me look at the menu for a second. She says no I cannot stay there looking at the menu. I must pull to the front window to order. I told her nobody’s behind me. I need a few seconds to look at the menu. She still says no we are on a timer and you cannot stay there looking at the menu even though nobody is behind you you must pull up to the window to order so I just drove off and left.

I've been going to this location for 15 years and they always make a mistake with your order. Ask for original recipe?Get packed extra crispy. Order an extra side of fries? They forget to pack it. No pickles on your sandwich? Oh well. Be sure to check what they pack in you to-go order

If you want botulism, this locations for you! I don’t eat meat but my boyfriend wanted fried chicken on New Year’s Eve. He ordered fried chicken gravy mashed potato’s. It’s New Year’s Day and he has not stopped throwing up for 2 hours. I normally don’t write reviews like this because I get this is probably a franchise but I feel the need to warn people. He is literally crying from how much his stomach hurts. Started to think we may need to visit ER.

There is NO OPTION for negative stars 20 min for FAST FOOD Came in (waiting outside bc we didn't want our coats to smell like chicken) They said " manager said we gave you this order already???" I said "NO we were waiting outside bc we didn't want to smell like poor people who smell like fried chiclen!" Where is our food! Just give me my money back Manager or "whomever" said " sure here you go" no applogies nothing. I wish I can give this location 0 stars. First off they lie about their times. On their website and in person they say they close at 1AM which is false. I’ve ordered doordash twice from this location and both times the drivers had cancelled on me telling me that they are no employees there and the location looks close at 11pm! Please do the public a favor and change your times because this is super unacceptable and especially for people that use food delivery like doordash and Uber eats STOP accepting the order if you don’t have the staff!!!

First off its cooler outside than in there it's too hot in their. The sign outside promotes a $20 fill up however when I went to order it th manager had an attitude saying they sa inf sell it anymore (understood) but then someone should change the sign to avoid wasting people's time with FALSE promotions which I politely said to them because if you advertise something you have it she just scoffed so I went outside and took the picture. Nasty experience manager needs attitude check asap cant blame the customer if a promotion ends but incompetent staff is too lazy to change sign and customers ask what the promotion is! Definitely not a good kfc experience
