Can't say enough positive things about Cowfeathers! I have been getting most of my meals from them each week for over a year. Their food is delicious and served in generous quantities. I had tried other national food prep places and nothing really compares. All those options were smaller portions, sometimes frozen, and always expensive. At Cowfeathers you walk straight into the kitchen where the food is being made and can preorder or pick up a great selection of weekly meals! I will continue to go every week that I can!

Looking for a family touch on gourmet meals, look no further. The Meatloaf Lasagna was an easy 5* Great flavor. The Blood Orange Sorbet for dessert was simply awesome. The kitchen was clean. Ill surely stop by my next time through Jacksonville.

Great portion sizes and restaurant quality. Definitely will order again.

Cowfeathers has replaced DoorDash for us! Since covid, we have indulged in convenience of food delivery. We never expected to find a replacement… although one day when my husband was dropping off our dry cleaning he came home with some meals from Cowfeathers… needless to say we have been hooked since. “Chef prepared meals” is an understatement! We are blown away every time. The portions are so good we are lucky if we finish a meal fully. We have tried “meal prep” locations in the past but they cannot hold a candle to Cowfeathers. We look forward to the weekly menu as it is constantly changing. We never feel like we are at the same place twice! Some signature favorites include Chicken enchiladas, everything deviled eggs, & chicken salad! We recently had them cater an event for us and they knocked it out of the park! Our friends were dying to know where we went and made us look like rockstar hosts. We are loyal customers for life!!! Thank you Cowfeathers for your amazing food. Sincerely The Cantanno’s❤️

I have been frequenting Cowfeathers for several month purchasing my favorites, Chicken Salad and Bacon and Egg Quiche (which are incredibly scrumptious). But this week I was entranced by the grilled Pork tenderloin, cheddar mashed potatoes and green beans. The sides were great but the pork tenderloin was 5 stars.

Delicious! Saviory! Worth every penny. I could eat the meatloaf lasagna every night. The food is fresh and has great flavor. 10/10 everytime.

We have had great success with the prepared meals that the chef prepares. The serving size is good as their prices for the quality and time spend preparing a restaurant quality meal. All one has to do is reheat. We are both seniors and have spend over 49 years cooking and cleaning . This is our time to enjoy a nice meal with out the kitchen mess to clean up. We are so grateful to have Cowfeathers in our neighborhood!

We have been using Cowfeathers since February almost weekly and it has been amazing. We previously had used the Medure Brothers’ catered food for holidays and how we learned about their new venture with the prepped weekly meals. It is so easy to reheat and tastes as if it was just made (and better than if I had home cooked a meal). They have new options added weekly so there is plenty of variety which is nice. It has been so helpful to have delicious and healthy food that is fresh -that only requires heating in the oven for our entire family. It really helps on those busy week nights getting kids to activities but still having something nutritious ready to go. We have tried other meal prep services in the past (local and national based) and those do not compare - this is a whole other caliber. I highly recommend and am so happy Cowfeathers came to fruition.

The chef prepares the food and you pick up. This place is truly remarkable.Every meal has been absolutely delicious and perfectly prepared. The customer service is A-One. I promise you will not be disappointed! Takes about 18 min in the oven to heat or 3-4 min in microwave. Thank you so much Cowfeathers for giving us another option…to enjoy food.

Wow! I was lucky enough to receive a gift card here and it was fabulous. All the flavours, tenderness of all the meat etc. Nothing disappointed. There was no garlic overload like all those other meal services out there. This was just GOOD food. We got the pot pie, the beef fish and the brownie (which was also to die for). Highly recommend and will be back!

Cowfeathers has been a dream come true and they work so hard to make it that way. We have a lot of favorites especially the lasagna! Stirling and Chef are the loveliest people who do so much to accommodate their clients. After reading about Chefs tenure and experience with the Ritz + its extra sweet to meet him. Absolutely delicious! You must try the veggie lasagna, the butternut squash soup, the breakfast quiches, and whatever else strikes your fancy; you can't go wrong here. Stop in and check the Grab and Go fridge if you haven't ordered ahead, meet Steve and Sterling, and go home with a gourmet meal that only needs warming.

We LOVE Cowfeathers! Since they opened, we've been ordering every week -- trying as many different dishes as we can to find our favorites. My husband is a pesca-vegetarian (vegetarian plus seafood) and he's tried numerous salmon dishes, all of which were delicious and perfectly cooked, along with his very favorite vegetarian dish so far, Eggplant Rollatini. I've enjoyed trying different non-vegetarian dishes and have liked them all, my favorite being the delicious Pork Tenderloin Marsala. Yummy! For Easter, I got the family-size lamb to share with two non-vegetarian friends, and we all thought it was amazing -- very tasty and so tender you could literally cut it with a fork. We live very close to their Miramar kitchen, and we're thrilled to have Chef Schaefer and Sterling as our new culinary neighbors!

This time the Quiche was too loose for our taste.we didn’t eat much of it. The cheese cake, however, was excellent. We will try other offerings next time.Everything looks wonderful. Carole & Pat

Edit to previous review: I really hate doing this but I do have to take a moment to be honest. The first time I got food from Cowfeathers, it was really great. The second time I got food from them, it was not edible. I ordered the stuffed chicken breast, and it was cooked beyond the point of consumption. It was too tough to be chewed and had a crunch to it. The mashed potatoes didn't have much flavor to them. The red potatoes were okay. Since the chicken was supposed to be the actual entree, I had to more or less forgo dinner, and so did my guest, which was quite embarrassing. I would have given them another shot if the food was not great but edible. Since the quality of the food was so poor, and my schedule is far too busy to take the risk of another inedible meal, I won't be returning. I have attached a picture of my chicken along with a picture of what the site promised. Original review: The food is really good! I don't have any complaints.
