This is the closest McDonald’s to my crib, I’ve gone consistently since they opened and they never get the order wrong, and everything is always.. for the most part, fresh! Shoutout to the employees for being on top of it and respectful as well! Great location.
This location is twice the distance compared to the one on Main St. for us but the drive is definitely worth it. The drive thru line moves accordingly, the customer service at least at the drive thru has been pleasant, and the food has been correct and in acceptable conditions.
Had to use a kiosk to order. Hate those things. After that the service was very good, workers were polite, efficient. Place was clean, bathroom was too.
I wanted to try their "deal meal", and it turned out to be quite good. Very fast and friendly. I took it home.

Best experience I’ve had in a long time, drive-through employee, Extremely nice. Food was fresh and actually seasoned everything I requested was neatly put into my bag sandwiches were made neatly I didn’t have to put them back together. Overall 100 percent happy.

I'm not going to bother adding photos. You know what the food looks like. I honestly can't stand fast food. It makes me physically ill. We came in with multiple kids, adults orders, all special orders... all complicated. They got everything right. Everything was there. They didn't complain. They didn't make us feel like it was a big deal. They did a great job and got everything perfect. I can't tell you the last time that happened. I was seriously impressed. I may not like the food, but this place is on point. Respect!
Best management of any McDonald's nationwide, period. They are on top of things and fast, if ever any disrupencies they fix it efficiently no issues given@ appreciate them all very much 🙏😇....once again fixed the issue immediately which wasn't even their fault so need to apologize to them, it's their customers who instead of making an app order order thru speaker and hold up the line for half hour, very inefficient.this is why people behind get cold or bad food.... Just saying. The crew here is excellent! Was here for breakfast this time, again: superb service and my food was better than a 5 star restaurant. For over 10 years I haven't eaten biscuits from McDonald's....& I love biscuits. When I used to eat their biscuits consistently, it was always hit or miss... most of the time they were hard and nasty, so i just started getting Mcgriddles. I said let me try out their bacon egg & cheese biscuit, and on at least 6 straight visits, the biscuits have been soft, fluffy & amazing!! Thanks

Who ever is running the show at this McDonald on yellow bluff needs a raise and they need to train other restaurants on how to operate!!!! Great job!!!

Seems the busier it is the colder the food. I believe McDonald's new design has the system backwards.
It's good, but a little pricey. Also the self-serve pop station is gone. Not too pleased about that considering you have to wait for them to decide you're worth helping for them to even think about helping you.

Ok so we went to the grand opening... I mean we live closer to the one on main St which also has issues, but we ended up getting free big mac's for the year and got two gift cards for $25. That was cool. But... It's the same owners as the one on main St in oceanway, which has its own set of issues... But today (almost 3 weeks later) we decided to actually go get a big Mac, got my daughter a happy meal but she wanted ice cream so we sat and at the ice cream and waited on the food till we got home... First off the person at the counter was nice. The guy who even brought our food was nice even though he didn't believe us when we said we ordered 3 ice cream cones. Needed the receipt and then brought them out one at a time. BUT We got home only to find out that not only did her happy meal not have a toy. They also failed to give us her milk. I don't even think I would have thought to go down there if it wasn't for trying to not get repeat characters. So a different store and maybe we would find new characters, except we got none at all. So fun trip. A wasted trip. But it is what it is.

Seems like they randomly forget that they have two lanes at the drive through. Finally had to go inside at my last visit. Sat in the left lane waiting while three cars in the right lane went through, honked my horn and still no response.
This is the newest McDonald's on this side of town and they are extremely slow. Moreover, they get my order wrong every single time. The McDonald's on main Street is so much better.

If you are a drive thru enjoyer, this Mcdonalds does an average job of speed, accurary, and taste for a Mcdonalds However, if you are a door dasher or insider enjoyer, I would not recommend coming here since the Drive Thru is more protized than the inside people. (Also, this may be the first Mcdonalds that is going to try "No More Free Refills" since the soda dispender is behind the staff.) For example, I placed an order of one millshake and it took me 30 minutes to get it and I saw that the staff inside were just doing Drive Thru inside of Doordash, Takeout, or Dine in. Finally, it seems like they didn't really care about how much we waited since the whole crowd of people inside didn't get one apology...

So just gonna have to post openly here. I go often for breakfast and the staff are all very nice but it's easy to tell that they're all stressed and the site feels under staffed for the amount of business that comes through. I often use mobile order and eating in is the only way to get a correct order. If I get takeaway, it's always incorrect. I just ordered and was shorted a whole sandwich and side. I am already home with my family and not able to go back. I also already waited 20 minutes in a curbside spot only to have to walk in and ask for my food. Every takeaway order, an issue. Just really frustrating. I honestly can't wait for a new quick service place for breakfast to be added to the area.

This location always has an issue. Multiple times I’m missing an entire meal with my order (even when there isn’t anyone in line besides me). I don’t usually get a receipt or check my food but I won’t make that mistake again at this McDonald’s.
Their customer service is absolutely horrible! Annette served my husband and she was the nastiest person if ever came across in a drive through
Customer service doesn’t exist at this place. Employees were playing on their phones, not saying a word to me nor other customers. No one checked me in or asked what I was waiting for. The food was eventually ready and tossed on the counter, without a word being said. Never going back to this location.
Becareful if you order a couple of items, I did not realize there was a rip in the bag already… walked out my truck and it ripped open lost 3 times out of 6…. Mc d does not care about a insurance

First off McDonald's has fallen far very far from grace. There's really only 3 things you can get when it comes to the service industry good, fast and cheap. Everyone knows right off the bat fast food ain't good, so all your left with is cheap and fast, but it's no longer cheap when 2 meals cost you $30 and it's not fast when they tell you to pull up and wait for your order at the driver-thru. So point blank if ain't good, it ain't cheap, and ain't fast--it's pointless
ALWAYS an issue when I go there!! Playland closed. Advertising hello kitty happy meals!! Get my granddaughter one and it's got the Olympics sticker in it!! No hello kitty!! Afterwards, as we were leaving they started handing out Hello Kitty!! Try explaining that to a very upset 5 year old! Unbelievable!!!
I went in today (12/14/24) to wash my hands...and the main sink had no water coming out, and the secondary sink (in the stall) had no soap coming out. Now, here's the kicker: I was there over a week ago, and it was the same. I'm seriously concerned about where the employees are washing their hands, specifically because I saw one of the employees in the bathroom the first time, standing at the mirror, straightening his outfit. Now, there might be a restroom in the back that I don't know about, but damn, this is crazy.
I have always had the worst experiences with this location. I somehow always receive the wrong order when we order breakfast. I’ve had pick up orders that have been straight up forgotten about. Idk who is managing this location but it’s so terrible.
So, having worked in the restaurant industry for over 30 years, I know that sometimes, when you offer shakes and ice cream, the night shift has to clean the machines. So it's funny how this is the 3rd time we've come for ice cream around 9pm each time in the past several weeks and it's always the same...ice cream machine is down. So we went to the New Berlin location to get ice cream.
I’ve never, in any fast food restaurant, witnessed this level of profound inefficiency. With no one in line in front of me, it took 20minutes to get plain egg McMuffins. What finally came out was cold and when I got home I found they only gave me three of the four. Will never go back here for any reason.

They removed cashiers and force you to use the app or kiosk. I don't support places that take jobs away from people. I will not be back. Place is brand new and the lights outside are already falling apart. Once again a corporation make you do other people's jobs so they save money to spend on their 5th 10 million dollar house.
Cold fries --- and when I got home literally half the burger was missing ( the top bun and veggies) . Only the bottom bun and burger patty were within the cardboard container for the quarter pounder. Tried to upload a photo but there's no where to do that within this review.
This is the slowest McDonald's I have ever been to and they just opened about 2 months ago. Why am I waiting over 20 min for my food in the drive through "pull up and park" lanes? This location is convenient and down the street from my house but I refuse to come here again.

You know it is really shocking with the ineptitude of a staff that doesn't want to work and take care of their customers. I went inside this location to simply get sundae and ice cream cone. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes without anyone speaking to me or bothering to take my order. The staff was more interested in taking care of the drive through than assisting customers standing at their counter. Ibeven had one employee walk directly by me without acknowledging my presence. This is a management/owner problem. It is sad this is what we get in today's world.
Today is November 16th 2023 11:12am my order at the Speakerbox was $11.48 they charge me for an order behind me that was $12.21 nobody apologize. It was clearly their fault. The manager on the shift was nasty and rude. She said she wasn’t giving me no money back because my order was higher than the car behind me and I explain to her my order came to $11.48 the car behind me was $12.21 simple math. If you don’t know how to add or subtract obviously. She told me to pull up she’ll give me my change. I told her no don’t worry about it keep it I’m just letting you know. The lady isn’t good with customer service or know when she’s wrong. She shouldn’t even work in fast food. Nasty and disrespectful. Worst experience dealing with a person that doesn’t know simple math.
It’s actually impressive that you can assemble a team of people incapable of creating and expediting 4 plain cheeseburgers within a 30 minute time window. Not only did I wait 30 minutes, they randomly got one cheeseburger wrong. I had to go inside and a girl ran up and stuck her hands in my bag of food and started opening the cheeseburgers to figure out which one they screwed up. She said they would bring me the correct 4th burger. After waiting 10 more minutes I decided to leave. If you come to this McDonald’s please bring a snack and water for your wait.
Does the owner even read this stuff, or don't the even care ? Every frigin time I go to this joint something is missing/wrong. Does anyone that works there have any pride in the work they do ? Things aren't what they used to be. Kids used to care about doing their job correctly. This McDonald's sucks green ones. Actually they all do.
Today I went in expecting the same poor service that has become the norm. While I was taking my own order at the kiosk a gentleman offered to take it at the register. I declined as I was almost done, but I was also stoked to see someone going out of their way for any reason. Later as I ate ,I was approached by the same kid who asked if everything was okay and if there was anything else he could get for me. Then he went on to wipe tables. I asked his name, it was Kevin. Here's this kid who gets what most adults are oblivious to. I changed my terrible review of this store because of him! Thanks Kevin!
This McDonald’s is exactly why there should be a vote to have a McDonald’s in a neighborhood. Tonight I had a horrible experience with whoever was at the first window. He cocked an attitude with me for simply asking why I could order one McDouble and not the meal? I have worked fast food and restaurants. Not the best job to have but typically folks at that McDonald’s are great even though the food is meh. Some lady came behind him to ask a question as I politely said no thank you and drove off. McDonald’s has become worst than Walmart at this point. People fight chick fil a coming into a neighborhood they really should fight McDonald’s.

Horrible service I was speaking with a cashier the manager jumped in to get his timer down to try and rush me he intervened… Then when I got to the window I was trying to order some thing else he shut me down to me he was not going to serve me because I had questions and he had a job to do .. they need proceeds to tell me to go back through the line Terrell is horrible
Save yourself lots of time and aggravation and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! I decided to give this location another shot, but it was a mistake. Aside from screwing up the order ( the 2 cheeseburgers we ordered didn't have cheese but were wrapped as if they did. Are they trying to show a profit by short changing the customer's food?!!), the food was ice cold and we're less than 5 minutes away. Best of all when I called to inform the manager - I assume that's who I actually spoke to - he just chuckled, a lot, and though he did apologize, he made absolutely no effort to rectify the situation or appease us in any way. Didn't even say he would look into it. Believe me when I say I was livid, about the screw up and then more so with the lack of concern for the quality of their product. And service?? It's sorely lacking. No one was up front until the sweet young girl brought my order. Apparently people these days, both young and old, have no sense of pride in anything they do, as long as they get a check. And the worst part is employers put up with it and keep some real losers. Tried to use my points for a frappe. The attendant got it wrong and told me that I never gave her one even though the app thanked me and said got it. So I gave her another one she said thank you. Made my order then was charged for the entire order no discount for using points. The cashier promo’d the frappe and told me to pull forward for my order. They then pass me a iced coffee not a frappe and the rest of my order. I mentioned it to the attendant and they told me they’ll fix it and wait by the 3rd waiting spot. Another attendant comes out brings the wrong frappe. At this point I just left and went to another McDonald’s along my drive. This is not the first time my orders is messed up here.

I received the ABSOLUTELY WORST SERVICE BY MCDONALDS EMPLOYEES AT THIS LOCATION . After waiting for 20 min for a medium fry , and being moved up twice , The manager DANIEL , had an employee come outside and ask can I just come inside . I had my 5 month old child in the car at the time so after desperately needing my food , I got myself and my baby out of the car . No apology no nothing . Horrible Horrible Horrible management .
Another crapy food order from the McCrappy on Yellow Bluff. This was a pretty good place when it opened. Now just constant disappointment. No matter if it's dine in, drive thru, or doordash. Allways missing items and poor quality. There is no oversite at this location and it shows.
When will manager's be manager's and hire people who want to work? When will the employees act like they want to have a job so they can afford whatever they spend their check on. Being rude to customers, who are the people that actually keep the business open by spending money. These youg kids and some adults need better role models and examples in life. Also, there's no reason for what was either someone hair or lint on my fries, which was tossed out. Things cost to much for the crappie service and food that's being served. The fish was hot and did seem to be fresh.
Please for all that is Holy, wear gloves when handling the food!!! At no point should bare hands handle my food!! And QA your employees. I understand this is fast food but it is not fast service if I have to wait to receive my order because someone lost their attention to detail to make sure my food was packaged correctly. Ty!!
The entire staff on shift ignored our order in the restaurant to focus on the drive through for a good 30-40 minutes. No one spoke to us. No one gave updates or explaining what’s going. The drive through line was constantly prioritized, I saw people line up in the drive through and get served multiple times and we still weren't served. It’s an absolute joke. Customer service none existent. Make this make sense.
The restaurant made us pull up to the second window to wait for our food. Once they handed us the bag they walked away and we were unable to tell them that they forgot our large French fries. We had to park and get out of our car to go inside and get the missing item. Once we got home we realized the double quarter pounder we ordered was just the regular single patty. I paid extra for a smaller sandwich. Very disappointed in how the drive thru was run and the accuracy of the order

I received the ABSOLUTELY WORST SERVICE BY MCDONALDS EMPLOYEES AT THIS LOCATION . After waiting for 20 min for a medium fry , and being moved up twice , The manager DANIEL , had an employee come outside and ask can I just come inside . I had my 5 month old child in the car at the time so after desperately needing my food , I got myself and my baby out of the car . No apology no nothing . Horrible Horrible Horrible management .

Horrible service I was speaking with a cashier the manager jumped in to get his timer down to try and rush me he intervened… Then when I got to the window I was trying to order some thing else he shut me down to me he was not going to serve me because I had questions and he had a job to do .. they need proceeds to tell me to go back through the line Terrell is horrible
