It took almost 2 hours to get my pizzas because Door Dash never showed up with my pizzas. When I called to ask where my pizzas were, the woman that answered the phone apologized, immediately replaced my order and put me first on the delivery list. Fantastic service and great pizza.
I am new to the area and when I called Pizza Hut on Philips Highway the employee was very pleasant and helpful--even when I called back to ask another question-!! the online ordering was easy, the delivery was quick and the Pizza was delicious. I highly recommend ordering from this Pizza Hut! Thank you!!!

I don't know what this store does differently from other Pizza Huts, but I ordered from them for the first time today and it was the best pizza I've ever had from a chain. The crust was just right, not too crispy, and there was the perfect amount of toppings. It was delivered within 15 minutes.
When I first ordered online and it said an hour and a half when the store is ten minutes away I was worried however the order was there within about 45 minutes which I would say is good timing for any delivery. The food was on point - the fries were good as well - The delivery man asked me to check for ranch when he got there as we had ordered two cups of ranch. Sadly the ranch was not with our order but he was back within ten minutes with three cups of ranch for us so all was well. Five stars for getting my food in a timely fashion and the issue of the ranch not being with it being corrected so quickly! I would recommend this pizza hut for anyone in the area! Delivery man was also very nice
Have had Pizza Hut pizza in my life since I learned to walk. For some reason the pizza out of this particular location too any I’ve ever had! The topping to sauce to cheese ratio is always perfect…. The breadsticks are always perfectly buttered with the right amount of topping. Thanks y’all for a consistently amazing pizza-well always be back as long as we live close😉
I came to pick my order up today, and there wasn't anyone at the front, however, I didn't have to wait long. This man came up and greeted me, and he gave me my order. After I left, I checked my pizza to make sure it looked ok, and it looked great! I wasn't sure how it was going to be, since I was going to go to Dominoes, but I changed my mind. After seeing many negative reviews, I went here instead, and it was close by too. FYI, I got this special they have right now for 2 medium 1 topping pizzas for $6.99 each...it tasted good too 🙂
We love Pizza Hut, especially this location. We always have the best service. Unfortunately, tonight a DoorDasher screwed that up for us! They failed to deliver our pizza, and did not answer our calls or texts regarding out order. We tried reaching out to DD about it and they claimed they couldn't do anything because we placed the roder through the Pizza Hut app. So I called Pizza Hut, after a little bit of confusion, Mary handled our problem PERFECTLY. Communicated with me what was going on and what she could do to help, and she remade our order for us to pick up. Lost the convenience of having it delivered, but this was not Pizza Huts fault! Pizza Hut needs to cut ties with DoorDash, just ask the employees. From now on, we will be picking up our orders! No more delivery! I don't recommend anyone chancing it with DD. Our order was supposed to be delivered at 7:30 but our poor kids didn't eat until 9pm! Thanks to DoorDash!!! Kudos to Mary for taking care of us! I hope Pizza Hut can recognize her for her excellent customer service!!!
It was literally the absolute best service i have ever experienced with using any pizza delivery. Mr. Eddie Bald was the delivery guy and he was very prompt and professional with handling my order. He deserves a raise in the same way. The pizzas were hands down phenomenal. They were delicious and fresh as if they just came out of the oven. The prices may not have been able to match the service but i did enjoy it. Thanks guys...awesome job for real!!!
Honestly we ordered carryout and it was good. Great for a late night eat and close to our apartment. I'd order again. No space for eating there.

Greg, Jacob, and the delivery driver (not sure of his name) went above and beyond! This team never disappoints and if there is a rare mistake, they make it right. Always professional and respectful. We will continue to order from this location.
I would like to give this place 6 stars! Due to customer service. I did get a wrong pizza but they were so busy on New Year’s Eve and the manager made my order right and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. Even with the long wait I am satisfied with the customer service provided from this store !

I normally pick my foid up. But today to busy at work to do so. Had my food delivered. I didn't get the delivery guys name but he was great very polite friendly. He is the perfect example of a great employee. Thank you man with shaved head with blue eyes
Mary was the manager at about 7 pm on Christmas Eve. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful as she enabled me to pay a portion of the bill on a MasterCard Rewards Card (digital), and the balance on my credit card. She was patient, calm, professional and helpful. The hand tossed crust, cheese pizza was excellent, too.
Ordered and got our food quickly and accurately. Since we picked up our order, we even were able to use our Book It certificate. The kids always love the breadsticks here...I prefer them over PJ's. (From months ago...somehow never posted) Ok, today 6/15/23, got a pizza at work. You've got to do better. There is no way that any Pizza Delivery should look like this.
Ordered online, Pizza was ready at the requested time. Employee showed me the Pizza. and it was very good. I will be back It's close to home and better than the other top places around.
I have gone to this pizza hut a few dozen times and they are usually really nice and on time. They don't make you wait an exorbitant amount of time. We did have one bad experience but the manager was very helpful and got things done and fixed.
When I arrived they couldn't locate my order. Well I mistakenly placed an online order at a different location but the staff was friendly and professional and still honored the online prices. Made my pizza and had me on my way 10 minutes later. I'll definitely go back.
Roasted spinach was one of only 2 toppings on this pizza. A couple of the slices barely had 2 spinach leaves between them. Not the first time that I've run into this. I order fairly often. Considering rising costs, it would be appreciated to have the toppings to cover every slice of the pizza.
The ordering experience and delivery experience were excellent. The food tasted good, however the pizza had very little on it, like eating cooked pizza dough. I ordered a one-topping dinner box. It was cooked fine, but the pizza had a little bit of sauce, very little cheese, and hardly any pepperoni.
Just had an outstanding interaction with Abby they’ve got a great one in her. Update- second time in the last month waiting 20 minutes at the store for an order that is sitting in there ready to go. Not as good as with Abby.
No tables, simply a carryout location. Call in orders are usually ready within 15 minutes, and in person orders are around the same. The tracker tells you how much longer you have to wait once you get there. Honey bbq wings are addictive.
Ordered 5 pizza, one of the pizza which was just cheese and olive had a bubble and burned. It was for a a kid and she was so disappointed with burned pizza and it was crispy by the bubble. They should have noticed it and checked it before bringing to deliver it. Rest 4 pizza was good and nicely cooked.
It's ok. Its Pizza Hut. Sometimes this location makes a good pizza and wings. Sometimes they pull the pizza out of the oven too quickly you're eating defrosted uncooked dough. Sometimes they sauce the wings well, sometimes they dont. Been to worse Pizza Huts, been to better ones. This one doesnt suck but it's not great either. Kinda like your #2 or #3 friend with benefits, you still mess around every now and then but not your top choice.
The food tastes great, but I have a couple problems with this location. I used to enjoy going to this location, though there is one a lot closer to where I live. Definitely different people work here now. I have been twice to this location recently. First time, I had a conversation with Minya about ordering a pizza and making sure I receive my points. I then placed my order in person (because the topping I wanted was no longer online, nor on the app, but it was available in store.) Order was placed and I asked Minya if my points were added. I received a response of, "Oh, I didn't know. Should have done that before. Too late now."...in a tone of...I really don't care. Unacceptable, especially since I said, "If I order in the store, I want to make sure I earn my points." After second recent visit, I will no longer go here. Just don't like the attitude of Minya. She is not welcoming and doesn't want to help. Also, will someone please fix the sign inside on the dry erase board! Tired of seeing received spelled wrong. It has been written wrong a long time now!
Pizzas were ok, but really not as good as I would usually expect from a pizza hut. Thr cheese was fine but the new york style one just was not something anyone in the family liked, though we all normally love that style of puzza. Will still eat pizza hut in the future, just probably not from this location.
Always missing items, then when I call, no answer. Happened to me at least 3-5. I would order dominoe if they can deliver because this place is getting forgetful. I spent my money and never received it.
Please read orders thoroughly. I arrived, my pizza was ready, but they forgot my wings. So i had to wait, in my car, for the wings to be cooked and my pizza got cold. I actually believe they forgot me...I had to call back in while still in my car. Unacceptable.
After not having Pizza Hut in years, I decided to try them again after seeing their stuffed crust pizza ads today. Two bites in, I remembered why I stopped ordering from them, and by 3am this morning I was cursing their name on the toilet. The only reason they get two stars is because they did indeed deliver a Pizza Hut pizza to my door at a Pizza Hut price, although it was hardly what I would consider hot.
Highly disappointed with the lack of garlic buttery blend crust. Ordered two mediums tonight, both were flat and crispy instead of hand tossed. The only thing that really came out as expected was the garlic knots. The wings didn’t even have much buffalo sauce on it.
Very disappointing there are under staffed, got a message from doordash stating they were waitng at pizza hut and didnt know when they would be out to deliver it because pizza hut didnt habe drivers. Pizza was not as expected and looks like they were short of pizza toppings cheese pizza looked like a sauce pizza barely any cheese to cover it and the green peppers and onions on the large pizza had 4 or 5 at the most on the whole pizza than to top ot off I have 2 holds on my credit card so what was supposed to be 45.29 has turned into $90.58 hold on debit card and was advised it should drop off soon Unacceptable
It’s sad when you go in to order a pizza and the guy say, sorry but I already have orders, can’t help you now”. I understand people get usu, but that could have been handled better if you were the owner, you need to hire additional help.
Pizza hut was a go to for years when I was growing up. Over the last few years, my family and I have done our best to stay away! Our recent visit made us stand by our decision! The pizza always looks great, and tastes ok but there something about the aftermath of digestion that has always affected us negatively. This time however, it has made the family sick consumption night as well as the day after. Will not be returning any time soon!
We ordered 2 pizza's, first was a large supreme thin crust and second was a large stuffed crust pepperoni. The large supreme was terrible with barely any sause and toppings were very limited. Second one the pepperoni was very good. So $40 for pizza and only one was worth eating is unacceptable.
I doubt I will get a comment back from pizza Hut since I have called to complain about only one issue in the past but here goes. When some orders well done pizza, cook it well done, not where the pizza is barely cooked. I can call any other pizza place and ask for well done and get it that way. Never have gotten a pizza that is even cooked done from here. That's why I keep asking for well done.
I selected curbside service and called the location when I arrived. I waited, and waited some more after being told my order was in the oven and would be brought out promptly when ready. I ultimately had to go in and retrieve and it was sitting in the holding oven with all other orders…not attempt made to provide the curbside service. I might add a substantial tip was left for good service not received. If you don’t deliver the service.DO NIT OFFER IT? The pizza was cold before even leaving the store.
Why is this location gone downhill? Is there new management? New ownership? Ordered a personal pan box. They're out of personal pan but for the same price I could have gotten a medium cheese only pizza. When I arrived and they let me know that they were out of the personal pan pizzas they offered me bread but not a medium size cheese only pizza. I did not get a call saying they're out of a personal pan pizza. I got to drive up there and find out that they were out to say what other options do you have? Since I didn't order the medium pizza online they couldn't give me that price? But you don't have what I did order. So basically I asked for my money back because they had no other solution to offer. I literally had to tell them to give me my money back or we probably would have stood there all night trying to figure this problem out. It is getting so disappointing dealing with this location.
Ordered contactless delivery and typed accordingly online, but when I arrived I clicked “I’m here for contactless delivery” in the email and was told it would be brought right out. When I came in and asked if it was ready, I was told, “we stopped doing that months ago” so my big dinner box sat there overcooking in a hot box. Won’t be returning.
I preordered a pizza for 5pm pickup, i did not receive pizza until 615pm. Then as they are rushing the pizza when we get home the presentation wasnt good. I will probably never go to this location again as they seem to frequently have computer issues, resourcing of employee shortages and overall inconsistent customer service.
Their pick up time and the time your food is actually ready varies. Add 15 mins to whatever they tell you your pick up time will be. I go by the 3 strikes and you’re out rule and this store hit their 3 rd strike with me. I only get 30 mins for lunch!
They completely messed up my order. The pizza didn't stay in the oven long enough the Doug was kinda of soggy. My 18 piece Cajun dry rub chicken they gave me 16 drumsticks and two flats. Who does that? Apparently pizza hut does. I expected better from pizza hut.
HORRIBLE!!! If I could rate this Pizza Hut a zero I would but this is the lowest it could go. 2 days ago I ordered pizza from here and yesterday morning me and my friend who ate the pizza woke up sick and it wasn’t a coincidence that we both ate Pizza Hut a couple hours go bye and our stomachs still hurt and we both start projectile vomiting and so we had to go to the EMERGENCY ROOM turns out we got food poisoning from that pizza I don’t know what y’all did to the pizza but MY LAWYERS WILL BE IN CONTACT!!!!!
I have ordered pizza dinner for a local group home for the past year+. Tonight they delivered the pizza to me instead of the group home and offered no solution or alternative to ensure the group home was fed. I contacted a competitor who provided pizza within 35 minutes and I will now order from them. I am very disappointed in Pizza Hut.
NO NO NO!! Save your hard earned time and cash and never order here. The latest clusterfck involves a lunch order placed 3 hours ago, to a commonly delivered to office complex. Driver went to the wrong building, asked in a random office, then went back to the store. I didn't find out until an hour ago when I called back and was informed of this. Re ordered since they'd disposed of the old pizza apparently and told 30 minutes eta, an hour later I'm standing outside so the driver can go to the right spot. Called to ask on the order, the driver who answered at the store was rude, finally out of nowhere said " I don't know how I can help you anymore" and threw me on hold (the question was "how long should I wait to call back if I haven't gotten the order," folks). Manager was dismissive and i had to wait until now for the order of medium pizza and wings. Order is here and the boneless wings are full of gristle and the pizza is dry like it sat under a heat lamp for, idk, 3 hours? This is only the most recent multihour wait I've had to suffer from this store and I very likely will never order again, at least while the current manager works there...
I ordered a pizza for carryout and when I arrived I attempted to pay while their manager Scott was checking me out. I paid and it said remove card, so I did. He informed me that it didn't go through. I pulled up my banking app on my phone and showed him that $9.66 was being charged to my account. He then proceeded to tell me I needed to insert my card again. I told him if I did that I would be charged $9.66 again. He told me I could either insert my card again or leave the pizza with them. At this point I had already clearly shown him I was being charged $9.66 yet I continued to insert my card again at which time $9.66 was showing to come out of my account again. I then had to call my bank to dispute this double charge. Scott is a horrible example of a manager and confrontational. It's individuals like him that will have people discontinue going to this location. I personally will never order from this Pizza Hut again.
Waited 30 mins in the store while the pizza sat in the warmer. When asked about the pizza they retrieved it from the pile of pizzas. When I got it home the pizza was tepid and the chicken cold. The pizza has only vague similarities to the ones shown on TV. They made no effort to correct this disappointing situation. I asked for a refund and the manager ok’d the refund. I would not recommend Pizza Hut in general and this location specifically.
Order was messed up last time and we had store credit. Manager was extremely rude and had zero patience. Told.me customer isn't always right and hung up on me. All we wanted was our order and for him to acknowledge he understood the situation. Will never give my business here again.

The website allows place orders, they charge my CC and after 10 minutes the call saying that they don't deliver on Etown Pkwy. Actually just 7 minutes driving same zip code 32256. Why the website allow place orders if for real they don't deliver over here? Tha guy on duty today was Mike, the guy just sId its a pizza hut fault, per policies, it's a head quarter fault. Actually him hangup my call when I told him that I want my money back TODAY, and now I have to wait 3-5 days until the system (bank) refund my money. They just cancel my order and that's it.
The thin crust pizza I ordered was wayyyyy overcooked and was like cardboard. Unfortunately, this happens more times than not when I order thin crust pizza. Edit: Today they did not have the ingredients to make their pasta dishes- so they just disregarded that part of it and delivered half the food I ordered without notifying me so I could adjust the order and the family would have enough food. Freakin' dummies. Maybe I'm the dummy because I gave them another chance.
Was the worst pizza I've had in years. Was so thin the pizza almost looked comical when looking at the pizza compared to the crust. It was normal crust size but the actual pizza was more thin than a thin crust. Absolute garbage. Every topping tasted old too.
I orderes a cheese and chicken large pizza for pick up and they gave me pineapple on it! When I got home the kids were crying because they hate pineapple! I tried calling about 5 times and they wont answer! The girl also at the register was pretty rude, when I asked for ranch she said that was 60 cent extra. I had paid prior for wings and pizza and just came to pick up I did not have my wallet! So I did not get ranch or anything with my $20 order of wings! Ridiculous, even Publix has better wing service! Customer service is a 0!
All I can say is the kid who answered the phone tonight is the second rudest person I have ever talked to. My wife ordered 2 pizzas and a 2 liter of Pepsi. Order was placed at 5:55 PM. Was told it would be here at 630 PM. I called at 7:20 PM and was given a run around about where "Abby " was and how busy they got. Pizza hut is 7 min away. And I dont care how busy you got it does not take over a hour to get us our order.
Another bad experience at the Bayard Pizza Hut location. Stopped eating here years ago, just so unprofessional. This time, ordered a meats pizza but got half a meats pizza with just bacon,ham, and pepperoni. Manager had a poor attitude to boot. I imagine that had something to due with my pizza being messed up.
Horrific customer service. Waited 2 hours for an order and never delivered. No one answers telephones at this location. I tried for 30 minutes calling the location on Phillips Hwy. After two hours, they canceled the order without communicating anything, no text, no email, no phone call. Obviously, this place is making too much money if they can just blow off customers like that. I would try calling to complain, but they don't take phone calls, it seems. Edit: These people actually charged me $47.72 for a canceled delivery. These people are THIEVES...they will take your money, cancel your order, and then will refuse to answer the phone.
The mgr with glasses and pony tail is unprofessional, she needs serious customer svc training and communication skills. She was on her phone where the food is prepared. Phones are so filthy, didn't see her handwash after on it. Gross She is always snippy with the customers and was so mean to the person working in the front. If you don't like your job find a new one hun. Therapy is always an option too. I've visited this story multiple times, same rudeness from said person, these places just hire anybody. Smh
Nothing to do with the pizza. Was driving on US 1, southbound at 8:14 Monday march 22. Camry, partial license APW? Driving like a bat out of hell. Will not order from this store while their drivers put themselves and others at risk.
If you order delivery don't give a tip. We gave a good tip and there were missing items in our order. When we called they said they weren't going to send it out. Service is useless. Wasted on the tip and only got half the order. Don't tip!
I ordered curbside. I got there and called at the time promised and it wasn't ready yet and they'd bring it out when it was. 5 minutes later, I call again and same thing, then I called 5 minutes later again and they said they'd bring it out as it was done. I waited a few minutes and still no one is coming out. I go inside and it's sitting on the counter partially ready and when I ask for it then the pizzas come around. If the store can't meet the time THEY provided the customer then add a little more time so the customer doesn't have to wait awhile. Also, because it seemed so rushed they forgot to add the crust flavor on both pizzas which is what I really like. Not sure I'll be going to this location or PH in general as this definitely isn't the first time this has happened.
PHILLIPS HWY/BAYARD LOCATION: All week I've been seeing Pizza Hut advertise their new PIZZA MELT for $6.99. Same price on their website. But when I purchased one yesterday it was $7.99 and the employee rudely said there was nothing he can do since that's how it came up in their system. REALLY? It felt like a bait and switch, false advertising. Get your franchisees together YUM BRANDS. Item taste was pretty good so lying about the price wasn't necessary.
There was no dine in, it was delivered. Pizza was barely warm, very little toppings and cheese. Vert low standard for the product.
I did order late at night so maybe that’s the 100% reason my order was NOT GOOD! My Pizzas were cold they weren’t cut into the dough basically because it wasn’t cooked all the way through. A whole pizza and order of wings were missing. And it was 60$ worth of waste
Ordered a pizza at 6pm. Called at 7 and they could not find it. Supposedly canceled the order and took it again for delivery. Called at 8pm,still no Pizza! Got a call center and they said it will take a few minutes to call the store. I said never-ordering, never ordering pizza hut again!
We placed our order at 7pm and after an hour and a half we called to see where our food was. We were informed the they were running behind and that the driver was on his way three minutes prior to our call. An hour later we called back and they said it was delivered and payment was received even though we did no have any food delivered us. While I was on the phone with them another employee was on the other line with an upset customer that had been waiting two hours for their pizza. They told me they would recreate my order and have it to me in 30 minutes. This was at 9:30 pm. I called back at 10:15 and I was informed that the order was started at 10:04. It’s now 11:01pm the place is closed and we have no pizza. Horrible customer service and zero food equals no repeat business.
Do not order from this location. My pizza was undercooked and I paid for 3 ranch dipping sauces and did not receive any of them. Order was delivered by Door dash which is probably why ranch was missing from order
I work for an assisted living facility in the area and when I tried ordering 6 large pizzas for delivery, the manager picked up the phone and stated, “With it being Monday, we don’t have that much dough on hand. It will take at least four hours to make the dough. Sorry, we can’t help you.” I find it hard to believe that a restaurant does not plan on selling more than 6 pizzas between 3:30 pm - close. It is clear the staff did not want to make the sale. I am really disappointed by the lack of customer service. I can, however, attest to the higher standard of service from the team at the Old St. Augustine location. I called this location secondly and was immediately assisted with the order and even though it was out of their delivery range, the manager offered a discount for the inconvenience and poor service from the previous location.
If I could give no stars I would. The past 3 orders I’ve placed with them have all been incorrect & even delivered later than the times given. We tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but when trying to get a refund or SOMETHING for the most recent order (I have pictures of the receipt & the pizzas) the manager (Mike, if that’s even his name) did nothing to help, AT ALL. Very unprofessional, this is the worst Pizza Hut to go to.
Don't order anything custom from here, they get it wrong every time. Hell this last time they didn't even make 2 out of 3 of their own menu items correcctly. Nor did they actually cut the pizza. Managers do offer to redo and/or a credit. However I would rather them get it right the first time than wait well over an hour plus for my food. There are always delays with delivery so the pizza is never really hot. Shame to cause I'm located within a mile of the restaurant...and that's pretty sad. I will redeem my final credit with them on something that doesn't take thought like 2 litters of soda and that'll be the last time I get anything from them. I have nothing against Pizzahut as a whole but this particular location is just weak sauce!
My wife placed this order tonight on the app. When she arrived the male cashier was extremely rude and did not show any kind of urgency to help. The cashier then told her that only half the order came through and it would be 15 minutes before anything else would be ready. Mind you, this order was placed well in advance of the pick up time. There was little-to-no effort made by the cashier to show any concern, as well. The pizza wasn’t even that good either considering all of the rudeness that went along with picking it up. We won’t be coming to this location again.
They delivered the wrong pizza and didn't deliver the wings I ordered. I was told to call the store and it would be quickly resolved. No one ever picked up the phone and didn't return my message. Very negative experience.

I ordered 3 pizzas, cheese bread, and a brownie for a group of trick or treaters. I told him it was the wrong order, he said it was not and drove off. I tried calling several times, and left a message. I sent my husband back with the wrong order. Over an hour later, they still did not correct the order and he left. 70$ down the drain and starving kids. Well done Pizza Hut. Never again. Terrible customer service!
Really tired of every time I order it gets sent to DoorDash or Uber eats. I didn’t order through DoorDash or uber I ordered through the app. It takes twice as long to get my food and then it’s cold. Gonna stop buying from this location.
Unprofessional, claimed pizza was delivered. It was not. Laughed and joked w other employees in the back ground while on the phone. At this point it was an hour after pizza was suppose to be delivered. Management claimed she spoke w me and I said the pizza delivery guy was at the door. (Did not happen) Nothing added up. Drivers description of who he delivered pizza too did not match anyone in my household. Could of been an honest MAJOR mix up but the tone in which it was handled was very rude. Did eventually deliver another pizza.
This location does not care for their pick up orders! I ordered a simple 1 large pepperoni pizza for pick up. After waiting 25 minutes and the app telling me it’s done I drive there to pick it up. Just for them to tell me they haven’t even started my order! Looking forward to some pizza I told them I would wait the additional 25 minutes, they were supposed to start it. After the 25 minutes I sent my bf to get it and again the “manager” told him they still didn’t start it! That “manager” was a joke. He lied told us he didnt have staff but we literally saw him send 2 guys home. Customers were leaving empty handed cause he just didn’t care for the pick up orders but yet their delivery drivers kept having pizzas to deliver. Place is a joke.
The meanest man confronted me as soon as I walked in, and said, you with door dash, I answered yes and began to tell him customer name. He rudely interrupted and demanded I accept the order. I told him I accepted the order, is the reason I'm there, he said I will accept now and show him or else I can get out and he's not going to deal with door dash Such a mean man, totally incompetent and should not be allowed any job where he deals with people
I wish I could give them 0 stars. Ordered a curbside pizza, waited 20 minutes for my pizza to be delivered when they have a 2 minute guarantee. Tired calling 3 times and heard absolutely nothing, no answer. Finally the guy delivered the pizza and I told him that I’ve been waiting 20 minutes and he just looked at me like I was stupid and I got no apology at all. 0/10 on customer service. Absolutely horrible experience.
DO NOT GO HERE!!! Dirty place. People could care less about customers. Poorly managed. Multiple bad experiences. The last time I called a pick up order some guy said it would take 30 minutes because they were busy. Got there 15 min drive and then they said that they had no record of my call. Checked my phone same number for that location (Philips Highway), location was on there, will never go back again. Gave them several chances. Don’t go to the Philips Highway location!
This location has 0 knowledge about displaying quality customer service. I placed an order online, only for the manager (MIRANDA) to call & inform me of an item they do not have in stock. (stuffed crust) In addition to telling me it was a 60-90 minute WAIT. She seemed to be annoyed at the fact that I questioned my refund; (as I had every right to. A.) You did not have what I ordered online & B.) I’m not waiting 90 minutes for a pizza pie to be delivered. Once I declined the wait & requested my refund she HUNG up on me. Unfortunately, this Pizza Hut was my go to location. However, it seems like they need a STAT job fair & customer service symposium. Starting with their RUDE MANAGER MIRANDA!
Ordered from here twice and will never make the mistake again. First time the order was completely wrong and they decided to make replacements for things they didn’t have without contacting us. Second time just now and the pizza is folded over itself in the box, the drinks are all wrong, and things are missing. Cheese breadsticks are inedible. Pizza Hut should close this location, it’s a disgrace. Awful service and zero care for the product or experience delivered. Never again!!!
I ordered a pizza to be delivered to a local hotel to find out after 45 minutes. Uber eats wasn’t able to deliver the pizza so then it became my problem. The manager was extremely rude and disrespectful. I will never order from this location again. I tried calling back multiple times to be hung up on wow what an amazing operation. The fact that the manager hung up on me multiple times, I will never be back. No thank you total disrespect.
Sadly I’ve had better pizza from the freezer isle at the supermarket.
I ordered a supreme pizza It was under cooked. Barely any sauce. Disappointing
We ordered a dinner box early today with a supreme pizza, hawaiian and a cheesy pasta and breadsticks. It smelled a little funky, kind of even humid but we were honestly so hungry that we ignored it. I felt so gross so I didn’t finish the pizza, I just had a couple breadsticks. However my husband ate most of it. A couple hours later our stomachs started hurting and my husband felt so bad that we had to leave home from a surprise party. He started shaking and running a fever and just finished throwing up so much and it was all the pizza from here. We didn’t eat anything else today, just that. I’m not sure what happened but it was terrible!
You guys need to have a more attentive manager on duty. When their guys are in the back, they HEAR that bell. Shouldn’t be blasting music if they don’t . Me and 3 other people walked in and sat close to 10-15 minutes for online orders. One person in the freezer , the other one not even sure. I understand things have to be done but there’s supposed to be someone up front at all times. Blasting music and not heading the bell when someone walks in is crazy. Do better.
Purely disgusted with the service I didn’t even get past placing an order because the man who answered didn’t have time to take my order slams the phone down. Lady picks up gos over everything again and proceeds to inform me that I’d have to use the app or online to get the special. I sau well ma’am don’t worry about the special she say okay have a good day and slams the phone down. When I call back to she says it sounded like I hung up. LADY PLEASEEEE. They CLEARLY DONT LIKE THEIR JOBS. that’s not my fault. I’m calling corporate and will not stop until I am credited for such repulsive service.
I was wondering how a Pizza Hut could have such terrible reviews then figured people must only come on here to complain and not take the time to praise…. And then I ordered from this Pizza Hut. It is beyond me how they are still in business. They must fail every corporate milestone set before them. Customer service 0/10 - you can call as much as you want but they won’t answer the phone. Placed an app order, waited 2 hours. Called a zillion times. Never spoke to anyone Taste 0/10 - I’m going to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume the lid to the salt shaker fell off over and over as they prepared each item in our order because there is no possible way any human being would add that much salt to anything besides the Dead Sea Timeliness 0/10 - placed order on app. Said 25-35 minutes as we were 1 mile from the store. Again, 2 hours later. Freshness 0/10 - they must have just been driving around for the 2 hours with the food in an ice chest. The food was not even Luke warm, it was ice cold. I can’t comprehend how it could have cooled itself that much. If I were starving and this were my only option as a last meal, I would skip it because I’d rather remember food as being somewhat enjoyable. Do yourself a favor, go anywhere else, order anything else, just steer very clear of this place.
They don’t clean there pots and pans well at all. This is literally a footprint from someone elses dirty shoe, and thats after running it through the dish washer. This store does not care about cleanliness, just ask the store manager Greg. When goes out for a smoke break he always carries a bag out which includes a pipe for a certain drug he loves. Coming from someone who worked here, this store is not it. The manager is probably tossing pizzas around the store at his employees while mentally tearing them apart for not being able to do the job of 3 people because its so short staffed. Enjoy your foot pizzas.
