Tummy time fish & chicken

I had a wing and shrimp dinner. The wings were fresh and juicy and crunchy and the breading was light. The shrimp were firm and delicate. The fries were crisp. It was a good portion size at a very reasonable price. There was a lunch menu, I was just hungry. Went back the next day. Had wings and fish lunch special @5.99. It included a drink. Picture added. Hubby had scallops and fish dinner. Very happy.

After hearing the nurses talk about how good the food was I decided to give them a try, and I was disappointed at all! $12 and some change for all this food? Yes please. Tastes amazing, super fresh and super hot. Will definitely be back and make sure my coworkers try it too!

Excellent fresh catfish nuggets and fries. The portions were great even for someone my size. Can't go wrong with this gem hidden on 8th street. Must visit coming from a person who knows how to cook.

TUMMY TIME!!!!!! We came to town for the Ghost Concert and were in search of something local but good before hitting up the friendship fountain, Google maps showed tummy time, we giggled at the unique name, looked at the menu and went OH YEAH we're hitting them up, homeboy at the register was chill 😎 and the food came out fast hot and stupendously delicious, we got the onion rings, fish kids meal, and fish n chips, we'll be back in the future, tummy time ringing in our memories of Jax.

AMAZING staff! Very helpfully and inviting gentleman at the register. Food was quick and so great!! I got the lunch special, fish and shrimp. Super crispy and fresh! I topped it off with the strawberry shortcake cheesecake. All for under 11 bucks! Great spot. 🤙🏾

I've eaten here several times. I have never been disappointed. The gizzards are always tender and tasty. Ahmed has a smile that makes me feel welcome every time I walk in the door. May not look like much from the outside but the food is worth the stop.

Nearby the hospital, that's great for visitors. Clean inside including the bathroom. The customer service left me feeling valued, dessert was available, and the food was hot and topped with lemon pepper seasoning 😋 So stop by and give Tummy Time Fish and Chicken a try.

It looks very unassuming on the outside but it’s in a great spot and delicious food awaits inside. Fried foods are hot, tasty, and crisp and it’s made quickly while you wait. You can also order ahead. Nothing sits under heat lamps. Highly recommend.

Always great service! Consistently good food and they package it perfectly so the fries are not soggy by the time You get home. 10 wings with fries is about 10 or 11 dollars. Great portion! I got 2 wings and a good portion of fish with fries and a drink for 5.99$ Wings were delicious and moist. So was my fish. Perfectly bread and seasoned. You’re eating meat not fried flour. Nothing was over dredged! Truly a hidden gem ❤️ Great customer service!!! Super friendly staff! Quick service

My experience here was great! I got the $5.99 fish and shrimp lunch special, that also comes with a drink. The food was delicious, it was hot, nicely seasoned and was crispy. The staff was nice and got me got me in and out within 15 minutes or less. I highly recommend this place!

So, we were visiting a sick friend at UF Jax and several nurses suggested this joint for lunch. When we heard the name, we thought it was a daycare for newborns, but I can assure you it most certainly isn't...unless by "daycare" you mean a scrumptious destination for fried fish, shrimp, chicken, and more, and by "newborns" you mean hungry persons who want to nosh and continuously shout to the heavens about how delicious it is. The lunchtime specials are a great deal, but so are the platters. The proprietor is as affable as anyone who sells a quality product should be, and if you like fried fish, you cannot go wrong. You won't be scooting around on your belly at Tummy Time, but you will not leave hungry. And you'll go back.

Off the chain fresh and piping hot.. I came for lunch and got the chicken "tenders" and fries added a drink man looka hereeeeeeee the "tenders" were huge, juicy and right on point.. and the crinkle fries weren't burnt💯😎I WILL be back🌻

Craving some fried fish in Jax! I'm new to the area and wasn't sure, where to go so, I googled this place. Unfortunately not what I expected. The cashier was friendly. The environment was clean but the food was mediocre I guess I can't complain when the prices were pretty cheap, should of known better. If your just looking for some fast, simple fried fish then this is the spot for you. If your craving something more, I don't suggest this spot. Guess I'll keep looking 😉
