Even though I'm an old customer here, I never really gave them a review (sorry for that). But today a shout out is really necessary. I've ordered a bunch of food together for my guests and was in a rush. they gave word to deliver the food within the given time and they KEPT their word. On top the food was absolutely well done just as instructed. no mistake not soggy. Atomic staffs won my respect AGAIN!! food- 9/10 service-10/10

Great food and I’ve always had a great experience. My most recent order which was today I was disappointed with. I usually order a twelve piece of wings and an order of straight cut fries and get a full order of fries and 12 wings. Today I received half of the usual amount of fries and it was mashed together in with my wings. It would of been nice for me to know that you guys changed the amount of food I get while paying the same price I always pay. I’ll make sure to always pick up my order from now on, if I order again from this location so I can make sure it’s right. Thanks, your still a bit hungry customer.

I’ve been coming here since they opened. They declined after 2 years but I’m happy to say they have made a comeback !! Decent sized wings at an affordable price!! I really like their jerk bbq wings. Atomic and nuclear are solid if you want something spicy 🥵. Lemon pepper wings with chipotle alioli is pretty good.

This was my go to halal wing spot during covid. My wife was uber eazting wings non stop and trying out differnt flavors. The owner is always innovating new ingredients. We ate so much we cant afford to move to Long Island anymore.

Probably one of the better places I've been to when it comes to wing flavor. Chicken sandwiches they have are also very good. I still have to try more items but they are yet to disappoint. If I had to pick one thing to complain about it would be they sometimes take. A bit with the food, but it's worth the wait even when they do.I for sure recommend for anyone craving wings.

We ordered from Atomic Wings for a student leadership retreat in the city and the food was incredible! The wings were seasoned so beautifully and the variety of foods was very impressive. Best wings in queens, by far. I live in Hillside and delivery took minutes to my house right after I ordered online. It's amazing that it's Halal as well, that's unheard of for hot wings.

The advertisement wasn't lying when they said everything was made from scratch, as you have to wait a minute for your order if you didn't call ahead, but it is well worth it because the food is very good. It's flavorful and decently priced.

Also bring back the chicken and waffles being orderbale on Uber eats and GrubHub too. Also need a 5 piece boneless wings option without a combo meal. Great customer service lemon pepper boneless & mild buffalo tenders are the best with dry rub hot lemon pepper for the tenders regular wet lemon pepper for the boneless wings. Fries were a little bit on the stale side probably just needs more seasoning or cooked in fresher oil. But the dining area is a 3 star could use a little more renovations. They accept EBT for everything except their lemonades & milkshakes btw so keep that in mind yes EBT cash & food stamps accepted for hot food!

Food was great, really love their flavors. If you like spicy food then this is an easy recommendation. Prices are reasonable as well, won't break bank. The wait time is a bit on the longer side, around 10-15 minutes so I recommend having some time on your hands. Other than that I had a pleasant experience. Also the take out and pick up service seems really good too

This Atomic Wings spot makes amazing food, especially The Wings and Burgers. I am not that easy to be impressed but have to give it to them. The staff are always super nice and friendly. I don't have to wait much, and food is always ready in a timely manner. The Wings are HALAL as well as everything else. ALLAHUMDULLIAH 4 that - the owner is Muslim and ensures everything is top quality. The place gives a feeling of a hole in a wall, but it's the place to go for your Wings Craving and Burgers !!! First off let me say this place is small but once you come in divide the atmosphere and the way the front counter helper name Angela makes you feel is wonderful I came with my wife we ordered the five atomic wings five lemon peppers and five chipotle barbecue some sweet potato fries with honey that I must say it is great with this is a 11 out of 10 . wings are very crispy very juicy it taste fresh this is my third time coming back I think it’s for a reason I recommended and did I mention the sweet potato fries with honey are great

Okay the wings are fabulous. Different options and then you have waffle fries which are nothing short of delicious. Price is very reasonable and they offer online ordering, catering and they are on Uber eats. However , they need more staff it's just one person to take orders both in store on line and through the phone. It's just simply too much. Management if you read these comments , help out your staff. They don't deserved be yelled at by customers.

*Update: I called again and they delivered my fries and dipping sauce. Since I live in the area I might go in person next time. Garlic Parmesan wings were good and so are the fries which were fresh! Ordered via Door Dash....waffles fries were missing and so was the dipping sauce I paid for! Called the restaurant...no answer! Will not order from again!

Good taste plus it halal!! But order preparation are hit or miss. Order several times and not consistent with quality. Some time too dry on sauce and just hint of sauce other time over loaded with sauce. Over all good spot for quick bite or appetizer!!

Please if you can’t tolerate spicy food don’t ever think about having their Nuclear Wings. Taste is real good but too much spicy. Don’t take the nuclear plus. Their Thai chilli wings are also good.

Staff here was friendly, but wings were just meh. Not as crispy as they should be. No celery and carrots available ever at this location, they don't serve them. The restaurant's own designated online ordering site didn't have wings on the menu! So I ordered via Doordash pickup.

I want to give them 5 stars but as someone who's been eating here for months sometimes they are just miss. The menu is very restrictive for no reason too. If I want to order boneless wings with a side, they want to force me to get the waffle fries which are usually soggy, bad and have very few. I love their tater tots but they want me to order separately instead of just getting it in their wings combo meal. Why? And sometimes the wings are just overcooked and burnt, and you get bones even though you ask for bone in. The cashiers are usually nice but I guess they're young and overwhelmed? Not sure why its so good sometimes and so miss others. I hope they make adjustments to the menu to be more intuitive.

Great food but the service is questionable. If your order is backed up or didn’t go through, they’re not proactive about their communication. A guest waited 40+ minutes for his order because of a system error. They’re also not strategic about handling phone calls vs in-person customers and I had to wait about 15 minutes just to place my order because they were tending to a customer on the phone. And there’s only one register so we had no choice. Delicious food though!

Would’ve been decent if any aspect of my order was correct. Two of the items I ordered came in the wrong flavors and the third item was missing entirely. The employees seem to be unaware of how a business is run.

These reviews must be by store employees. The service is the worst. My order was messed up I called the location and the girl sounded lost on the phone. Items were missing and they didn't seem to care.

The wings are ok but the wait is way longer than any one should have to endure at a fast food restaurant. I waited about 36 mins to get wings and there was no one else in front of me in the store. That’s insane. Best to order a hour before over the phone. I won’t be going here again.

I ordered Uber Eats because they had a deal online for the boneless chicken. First off, the portion is very small, the boneless chickens hardly have any meat in them. The sauces don’t taste good anymore and the chickens barely have any seasoning. I was very disappointed because I used to order from here often. However, recently they have downgraded a lot. The food is not good at all anymore. I will not be ordering anymore food from here again. Not worth it at all.

Ordered for takeout and showed up 1 hour later (because parking is terrible) and when I arrive they then realize it’s a good idea to START on my order. Was I supposed to wait a 1 hour & a 1⁄2 for two food items?? Don’t waste your time on this place, this was my second horrible experience with them in a row. First time was spoiled Mac and Cheese and getting that compensated was like pulling teeth with them.

The first time I ordered wings from here it was great couldn't wait to order again. Today is the second time ordering wings from Atomic Wings and I am so disappointed. I ordered 12 wings and was only given one blue cheese when I ask for another one they said I had to pay $1.25. That literally made no sense 12 wings and only one sauce and I had to pay for a second sauce. They finally gave it to me no charge. When I came home the order was incorrect, and on top of that even though I got the wrong order the wings were not even Sauced properly. It's like they were running out of everything sauce & dipping sauce and the wings were small. I was so glad to know this is a Halal spot but I am never buying wings from here again not wasting my money or my time if I cannot get good service.

They have a advertisement posted outside the place listing a special that includes WINGS, FRIES, and a DRINK. So I ordered it. Got my food and the cold female cashier didn’t give me a drink. I politely asked for it, reminding her that the ad mentions the drink. She said. “No the special does not come with a drink. Just wings and fries” So I said okay. Let me go outside and check the sign again. Of course, the sign said WINGS, FRIES AND DRINK. So I go back and say, hey I just looked at the sign, yes it does say drink included. She then says “Oh. Well that special ended at 4 it’s not all day”. So I go back and check the sign again. The sign does NOT mention a time constraint. If that were true, why didn’t you say that in the first place? Not only was she really cold, but she is also a liar. I’ll never go back. No need to be treated like a inconvenience when I’m just trying to eat.

I received cold wet wings no fries no soda no dipping sauce ...and then they say that there is no delivery guy and can I come and pick it up. What was the point of Uber eats if I still have to pick my food up... Uber eats you guys need to vet the restaurants better. Absolutely horrible. And now they say they can’t issue a refund.

By far the worst experience I ever had with any restaurant. I placed a delivery order at 9:30pm and the food arrived at 12am. My burger was extremely dry, no sauce, and cold. There was hair in my hot sauce. The brownie was old. I gave a 40$ order and only received one napkin.

I placed an order, who took the order told me to pick up in 10-15 min. I returned after 15 min. He told me it will take few more minutes. After another 15 minutes, they asked what was my order. Seriously? In between that time, he took order from one of his friends or acquaintance and delivered that. If you need 43 minutes to deliver and tell 10 minutes and cut lines with other people. It's a disgraceful way to do business.

The chicken was like rubber—overcooked and flavorless. How can a wing joint mess up this badly? just dry and chewy with a weird aftertaste. What I got was a cardboard-like disappointment.

Ordered almost a $100 plus worth of food via Uber. It included 4 Cheeseburgers. When the food arrived the burgers just had patty and cheese without any lettuce tomato onions or any sauces. The rest of the food quality was pretty average as well. I Called right away to the store and after failing to reach to the manager the employee on duty start making excuses and offered to send us 2 cheese burgers instead. One of the most garbage food places. Extremely ride, sketchy, liars and worst service I have experienced so far. You won’t get your order even after 2-3 hrs of order. This place has really gone down hill! When we first ordered from them on Uber Eats, everything was GREAT! But ever since then, they ALWAYS mess up something in our orders! We call and they don’t care. Every time we order Atomic sauce, they put Buffalo sauce on the wings. I kept reordering to give them another chance. After ordering from them for the 5th time and them getting the wing flavor wrong AGAIN, I am finished. I will never order from this place again. So sad.

Should have known it was bad idea to order today when there was a C grade. That was the first red flag. But I held my faith since the food was perfect the last time I ordered from the same place in 2021. Today's food was way too small to be charged the same price as the original piece that is 3 times bigger than what I got today. Even the number of boneless wings was mixed up and missing wings as well. And don't even get me started on the fries. They were clearly re-heated because i can taste the oil from it being re-fried and they were ridiculously hard for something "fresh" and hot. I have lost hope for this location and will not be coming back.

Ordered for pickup, gave them an HOUR to get our food together and when we showed up they realized they gave our food away. This is not the first time we’ve ordered from here and had extremely terrible service. They told us we’d have to wait another 20 minutes for the food.. but given the circumstance that’s just absolutely ridiculous. We ended up going elsewhere. Staff is always overwhelmed, maybe they should hire a few more people to manage the amount of customers. Maybe then they’d make less errors. As a person who is not picky about food or even care to leave reviews in general, I can honestly say these were the worst wings I've ever had. I didn't think wings can be done bad, since it would be so hard to mess up, but when I tell you these were bad, these wings were absolute ca-cca. I usually wouldn't be too mad about mediocre food, even food that tastes like they came from the freezer section, but bro, these wings smelled like toilet bowl cleaner. Something was inherently wrong with them. They smelled like bathroom chemicals and had a very weird taste to it. I had to throw it away after a few, trying to give it a chance. I had ordered the 20 piece, so one can understand the utter disappointment of throwing money away like that. Usually even if it was bad food I'd man up and still eat it, as to not be wasteful, but in this case everything went to the garbage and I can still smell it. Absolute garbage wings.

What happened to this once popular place? The food used to be so great. Nowadays the wings are dry, the fries are undercooked and the store bought ranch sauce is just terrible. Last time i ordered 20 wings and a gyro with white sauce hot sauce and green sauce. They put NO sauce on the gyro. Today i ordered 16 breaded thigh wings mango habanero and paid a dollar for a nuclear sauce. They gave a regular hot sauce instead to save money. This business is aware that no customer will drive all the way back over a sauce so they take advantage of this and give the wrong sauce or no sauce very often to save money. Pretty crooked practice in my opinion

Waited 20 minutes for chipotle bbq chicken flatbread, only for it to be burnt. Also ordered 20 wings for pickup, asked for blue cheese which was not included for pickup. You’d think if you’re ordering 20 wings the least they can do is throw in a blue cheese or ranch. Super cheap establishment. Horrible advertisement! The wing thigh picture shown on their site and what you get it completely different. I had no clue the wing thigh and regular wings are two completely different items! And the pics are just as deceiving. The thigh wings are disgustingly huge overly breaded and nowhere close to their regular wings! They should be removed from the menu or better description and pictures need to be added so there is no confusion. Got 5 boxes and i was expecting regular wings or the thigh /drumstick part of the wing bc that’s what the pic shows but got these huge idk what! All went in the garage over $80 of bootleg wings!

This place is an worst place. I was in hurry. I ordered 15 wings and an waffle fries there.the girl, who who took my order, was eating her meal in front of the counter. There were other customers too. She looked like she doesn't care. She looked very exhausted when she was taking my order. She barely asked me about my order. I waited 15 minutes and then figured they made mistake on my order. They went to make the order again. I waited another 15 to 20 minutes to get my wings. They gave me this ranch sauce for 15 wings. I requested them for another ranch sauce. She told me i have to pay another 1 dollar for extra sauce. I was surprised. After making me wait 35 minutes she could've give the sauce as a compliment but she did not. She didn't even say sorry for the late. Before finishing talking to me she called the next customer. I paid for the wings and felt so insulted there.

Does anyone over there know how to read? I've ordered 10 pcs of wings and got only 5. The Uber driver said he figured out it was wrong order and tried to confront the store and said he got yelled back. I called the store and no one picked up. It's unacceptable and very unprofessional from the store management and also it's the second time I ordered since last year and got a similar mistake from the store. Worst place ever. I had to skip breakfast today and wasn’t able to eat at school. I came here to just eat a simple 5 dollar chicken sandwich to keep me going because i was feeling terrible. I ordered my food at around 3:15 and have been waiting ever since. It is right now 3:55 and all the orders that came after me were all given except for mine. I came to the lady who was at the front and she told me that my order was given to another person. Please try to fix this and if you don’t manage to fix this I will speak to your manager.

This is my first and last time ever ordering food from here. I ordered from Uber eats the name of the restaurant was GYRO BAR. I then googled the address and Atomic Wings came up. If this is not GYRO BAR I apologize in advance this is not intended for Atomic Wings. I ordered a lamb gyro platter which in the description states lamb over rice with salad. Food is terrible. We ordered 20 wings & got 20 tenders instead. All batter and the bits of chicken you do get is rubbery and fatty. Out of the 20 pieces, we threw out the other 17 after trying 3 different pieces. We felt sick after trying it. The meal was also supposed to come with a drink which we did not get either.

I expected more from the halal food. It was VERY bland. Even the pieces of meat with chunks of seasoning sticking onto the side just tasted like regular green seasoning, no flavor. The rice and salad were fine but the meat was such a let down and that was the main star of the show. Even with sauce it was no good. Got a milkshake and it tasted spoiled, like the milk went sour.

I also called the store right after placing my order asking for no salad and i was told "ok", lo and behold I open up my platter and half the container is full of salad . i spoke to a manger regarding these issued and there wasn't even an apologetic tone let alone an apology. i ended up having to throw out the food and contacted everyone i could but received no refund, neither UberEats nor the store was helpful at all and I've learned my lesson through this. i was a constant reoccurring customer with 10+ orders this month but the way this situation was delt with is definitely showing me that this will be my last order.

The food was very small portion for the price. Nothing special about the cheesesteak. They used canned mushrooms for the mushroom cheesesteak. In the picture, that was the bigger half. The waffle fries were not cooked enough and soggy. The fries got mooshed together. Not worth the price. Also I thought it was Bosscat cheesesteak but came in Atomic Wings box. So who did I order from? If you buy the waffle fries through Atomic Wings, it is $4.99. Through Bosscat, it is $8.99 for the same fries.
