The food is consistently excellent and the staff are welcoming and attentive. Even with a full crowd, the service was smooth and efficient. Every dish arrived fresh and perfectly prepared, making for a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

The Atmosphere is always clean and welcoming. The staff is friendly courteous and cheerful. The food is always great except for once in a while bread was stale but it was corrected with a refund or new sandwich or sometimes both, depending on the situation. This is for the burger king on Foot Ave.

As the only bowling alley in Jamestown, this place has decent pricing and has gone out of their way at times to find us a lane even during league or school bowling events. The prices could be a bit lower, but in the dead of winter it's nice to be able to have somewhere to go for fun physical activity. Even their "house" balls are great, have 3 or 4 "favorites" that I look for each time I come. They are also in the process of replacing their rental shoes - though your best bet is to buy your own online if you plan to be bowling multiple times a year.

Pulled up for three $7 trios. That’s nine Whopper Jrs. Yes. Nine. Mind your business. While I waited, I secured a crown and posted up at the little monster truck game like royalty killing time before the feast. There’s something humbling about being a grown man in a paper crown absolutely locked in on a steering wheel the size of a dinner plate. The food? Exactly what you expect. Flame-grilled, messy, unapologetic. Whopper Jrs hit different when you stack them like sliders and commit to the bit. Burger King isn’t trying to be gourmet. It’s trying to hand you a crown and let you live your best fast-food monarch life for under $25. Long live the king. 👑

It is the closest BK to the local hospital. I usually have breakfast at home but that day I was coming off fasting for a hospital procedure, so it was a treat to stop there at the drive thru for breakfast croissants. However that day the croissants were not fresh.

The dining room is clean and new, but there's always mutants hanging out, slurping up ketchup. Draws an odd crowd for sure. Better than the trainwreck that is the McDonald's across the street!

Was a pleasant experience. Just couldn't find my app order at first. But they found it after a little while. Food was what I expected.

This place has really turned itself around and become a reliable fast food restaurant to enjoy again. Edit: They often (almost constantly) go through phases of being short staffed and unable to fulfill orders in a reasonably timely manner. Employees seem very unhappy there, but I don't necessarily blame them. Some try their best, others clearly don't want to be there, and one lady was definitely under the influence of something.

Nothing really wrong with this place. Staff were nice enough, food was good enough, the building was clean enough. The play area is greatly appreciated by families with kids. My one complaint is the service is a bit slow, but staff were still friendly enough.

I live a quarter of a mile away from Burger King. My food was lukewarm when I got home. This has happened before. The thing is is that l had to wait for my food. The place wasn't busy!

Exquisite dining in a romantic atmosphere

Currently as of 12/04/2018 this location only operates via the drive thru, the dining room and lobby are closed for remodeling. Expect longer wait times and congestion near the 2nd entrance near Tim Horton's. The food is typical burger king fare.

Good food, friendly service, just super super slow, there's even a sign apologizing for how long it takes claiming it's because everything is made to order, but don't all fast food joints do that too without the delay or need for a tacky black and white sign?

Love whoppers, but no matter what time i go through the drive-thru, I always end up with a cold sandwich. Doesn't seem like it was made fresh, but sitting around. Don't make me go across the st. To McDonalds to get a hot burger, please...

The wait line(time) inside was extremely long. The staff were working very hard to fill orders, but there needs to be another way to fill the delivery orders and take the orders for the dining room separately. I will not be going back in to get my food. Drive-thru only. There were also way to many flies in there for my liking.

Stopped for an Oreo milkshake which by the way was awesome but the service was less than hospitable. I was waited on by the day time shift manager who was by far the most unpleasant person I've ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. My friend and I both said to each other as we were leaving if you hate your job that much then you should find new employment. I'll never forget her because her hair was fire red just like her additude and her customer service skills. Other than the service at the time everything else was wonderful. Restaurant was clean and the crew minus the shift manager were in sink completing orders as quick as they were coming in.

The manager, Justin (I believe), was great — very professional and helpful. The food itself was also really good. However, when I went back because my order was missing the nuggets I paid for, one of the workers was extremely rude and acted in a smart-aleck way. On top of that, he only gave me 4 nuggets instead of the 8 I originally ordered. I called the store afterward, and thankfully, the manager personally brought me the correct order for my son, which I really appreciated. His effort helped turn the experience around, but the rude service from the other employee was disappointing.

The bathrooms, woman's for sure, were absolutely disgusting. There was toilet paper on the floors, which looked to be used, and the toilets were anything but clean. There was a worker there, I dont know her name only that she had brown hair in a ponytail and stars along the right side of her face, who came out of the bathroom stall while I was in there, didnt wash her hands and went straight back to work behind the counter handling food. The food was good, but they definitely need to clean the place and make sure their workers wash their hands.

Came at 11 said they were sold out of everything, I was still happy with what I could get. Just shocked how low product they have. Good customer service though! Had to go get some food for my fiancé in January. We ordered a 4 normal whopper with no pickles on all four of them and was given just 4 normal cheese burgers and one whopper. I didn’t have a receipt and already had to wait in the parking lot for them to make it. When I brought it to my man’s work that’s when we realized the order was wrong and he had to put the rest of the ingredients that were missing at his job.

Well had to go back and get food that was missing in are bags. Then waited in line for 38min in drive through I was 2nd in line. First car only got small bag. I saw that I guess they had to kill the cow first.

Food was typical BK can't complain and was made as ordered, but the service was at best horrible!, the girl at register once again had no clue on how to use the app offers, why push an app discount on customers if you never train people on how to enter them in register. Little girl at register started to argue with me that the particular item I ordered wasn't bogo, so then another person came had no idea finally to get an assistant Mgr who got it but struggled at first,she did everything correct. The service I have received forces me to go to McDonald's which isn't what I want.

Not only did they forget food, but charged 18$ for messing up on two breakfast meals that the only items they got right was the drink and sides. Money doesn't grow on trees and yet they bash the work like it does. I am so sad to see the lack of respect and responsibilities the team displayed when the drive thru was NOT busy. Slow and dirty, this fast food icon serves lukewarm cuisine with a smile. Honestly, their register people and drive thru employees are friendly and helpful, but somewhere behind the scenes something is very wrong. I would have given it three stars, but the two times I had lunch there both had a broken ice machine, and I like ice in my soft drinks.

Burger King has good food. Just don't order fries after 10 pm. I stop by sometimes on my way to work and every single time the fries are old, nasty, and soggy. I've asked for fries with no salt and fresh fries hoping for a different result, but alas, nothing changes. The food is good, unless you order fries at night.

Generally like the taste of flame broiled. Burgers, but a whopper w cheese, large fries, and large coke cost over $15.00. Their service across the country is not great, the burgers ALWAYS are barely like warm, never warm or hot, and when their fries cool off, they taste greasy. I vowed to never go back a year or two ago, but I was desperate for food as I was traveling. This is a horrible place for a hot and reasonably priced meal.

So we waited about 25 minutes for out 3 adult meals and 2 kids meals. After we finally got our food we went somewhere to go eat our food and immediately had to go back because they got our order wrong. I went back and asked them to remake it which they happily did but when I opened my sandwich, it wasn't at all what I ordered. Also the French fries were cold and hard. I am not usually one to complain but that was ridiculous.

Stood at the counter for over 5 minutes. Workers saw me and never took my order. So I left and went up the street to Arby's.

Went to #BurgerKing on Foote Ave. Jamestown, New York. A horrible experience. Ordered a whopper value meal with extra mayo and extra pickles and large. I also ordered 2 original chicken sandwiches with extra tomatoes. The fry was a small, no tomatoes at all, no extra mayo, 2 tiny pieces of lettuce and 1 small ring of onion on the whopper, and the bun was wrong. Went back to ask them to fix their mistakes. The woman told me to come back tomorrow they were closed. A lot of good that does me for dinner tonight! So yes I #JustGotRobbedByBURGERKING Don't deserve half a star, unfortunately to post had to give at least 1! So the star rating is fake!

I never write reviews on anything but the customer service I got tonight was beyond awful. I was Doordashing and getting a few orders so I could go drop them off and be done for the night and by the time I pulled up to the window and told her I had a double dash she interrupted me and told me I had to go to the back of the drive thru line and go through again. Said that she had a line behind me and I should’ve said I had a double dash at the first window. I only had one at the first window and as I pulled up to get the first order my second one came in. AND THEN she slammed the window on me after telling me I should’ve said that before I came to the window. Didn’t get her name I wish I would’ve cause she got some nerve being like that working at a Burger King. 😒 Went at around 10:20/10:30ish and the girl was wearing a red shirt and hat with blonde hair.

Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru only to have clerk say they were no longer doing breakfast as the car ahead of us took all of the eggs. Really give me a break.

Went thru drive thru and ordered a whopper jr. when I received it it was cold . I told her and she took it and presently came back and about threw the bag at me. Yes, it was hot but they actually heated it in the microwave! You could tell because the tomato and lettuce were nasty! To think I liked their burgers. Not anymore. Very disgusting

We just sat in the drive through line for over a half an hour to get a rodeo burger and a frozen Coke. We couldn’t leave because we’re were trapped in the drive though surrounded by other cars also waiting for their food. My companion went inside to see what the problem was and was told the cooks are being really slow. The window cashier apologized profusely but whoever is cooking this shift needs to find a new job.

I just went for Breakfast i ordered 2 ham egg and cheese croissants the sandwiches were so disgusting like they had been sitting there all day! The gentleman at the drive thru was very polite but manager on duty wasn’t very nice!

Ordered through Uber Eats and I only ordered a steakhouse whopper and mozzarella fries and I received my order it only had the mozzarella fries. The bag was sealed shit so it wasn’t opened during delivery. How in only a 2 item order do you mess that up?? I paid $25 for some mozzarella fries?! Seriously need to do way better!

Some of these reviews must have been on an off day. This drive through is the SLOWEST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED CONTINUOUSLY!!! I never leave in less than 20 minutes EVERY SINGLE TRIP. Worst staffing and management ever. As far as recommendations- GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I would suggest a different restaurant. Specifically asked for ketchup for fries ... NONE was in bag. No napkins. Ordered large fries - container was only 3/4 filled. Sandwiches were adequate. It had been months since I did drive through here due to similar issues. Looks like it will be months again ... Too bad - it's reasonably convenient ... and I'm willing to pay the inflated prices if I get what I order.

If you can't uphold quality of food over an hour away from closing. Don't stay open. Burgers were ice cold, not just cooled off.. it was like they'd sat in the fridge. Chicken was almost impossible to bite through. Lettuce was browning. Employees are nice but food was a disappointing waste of time and money.

The girl handing out food at window #2 was rude to me and to the other workers. I wish I knew her name, she didn't have a name tag on. I ordered a French toast stick meal, get to where I am going & realize she didn't even give me syrup to go with the French toast sticks. The girl should not have a job there or anywhere in customer service.

Ordered the following: 2 for 5 deal - Honey Mustard Chicken Wrap (No lettuce and no tomato) / Whopper Jr. (ONLY onions) Two small sodas Two small fries (no salt) Bacon Double Cheeseburger (ONLY onions) __________________________________________ Wait 5 minutes... Wrap, Whopper and Cheeseburger come back with the exact opposite of what they were supposed to be. (Example: Cheeseburger with everything BUT onions) Return food and ask for it to be remade. __________________________________________ Wait ANOTHER 5 minutes... Wrap and Cheeseburger come back fine. However, whopper has NO ONION - but still has pickle and ketchup. Return whopper and ask for it to be remade. _________________________________________ Wait another 5 minutes... Manager is upset with the quality of the food being served. She was quite nice and understanding, apologizing profusely for her workers' stupidity, and delivers the 3rd attempt personally. IT IS WRONG AGAIN - This time it has onion and ketchup. This was not the manager's fault. A worker miscommunicated. Finally - on the 4th attempt and over 25 minutes after the original order was placed, the whopper arrived correctly. I have been to this location at least five times (some since this incident), and the quality is always decent to great. However, these generally positive experiences does not excuse the idiotic behavior of needing 8 tries to get 3 simple items out to the customer. EDIT: 5/28/2024 Went back thinking the above issues were a fluke. Order messed up twice. Will not be attempting a return.

Horrible. Don't bother going. A car in front of drive-thru line sat there for 15 minutes. It took the other 2 cars in front of me almost 10 minutes to get 2 cheeseburgers. I told the girl nicely that was a very long wait. No apology was given she snapped back at me, "well we are short staffed" the mostly young employees standing around, no hurry in the world for them. To boot, the burgers were inedible with a Horrible taste and doughy, soggy bun. I tossed them. No supervision at this place and like I said they didn't even care... I will never ever visit again.

The smoke from this Burger King is absolutely horrible. I can’t believe the city of Jamestown allows you to be operating near a residential and park area. I don’t believe you have a catalytic converter installed. I’m going to complain to every possible body until something is done! All other restaurants in area don’t pollute like you do. Shut this Burger King down! It’s not good for the children to eat your food or breathe your smoke.

Stopped by and they were very rude and we didnt even get a chance ti order inside. Guy looked at us pointed at a sign and said to read that. We did and then he said he would be right with us but it was 5 minutes later and still no help. This was on October 19th, 2025 at 6pm. Ive been here a couple of times in the past month or so...the Brisket Burger is garbage. The "brisket" should not look more like tuna than beef. Why does the "brisket" look like a tablespoon's worth of wet cat food? Then the most recent time today, my coworker and I stood at the cash register for 10-15 minutes and not one person helped us. The only response we got was "I'll be right back" only for the employees to turn and leave and come back to walk right past us. Then we ask another worker and the same thing happens...we literally walked out and drove through the drive through. When they game me my food, they forgot the burger for the meal I ordered...the whole thing! Im glad I looked in the bag before I even pulled away from the window.

My husband got fish sandwich and 2 cheeseburgers meal and I got bacon King meal with chicken fries. None of it was fresh. The picture is supposed to be one of cheeseburgers as you can see looks burnt and dry. Or it has been sitting in the warmer too long. Chicken fries were wrinkled and cold also looks like it has been sitting in the warmer too long. 9/15,Monday It was after 2:30 in the afternoon. Almost 40 bucks worth of crappy food. Worse service ever... there was no customer's in restaurant, 1 car ahead of me in drive thru at 5pm, I ordered a original chicken combo and asked for ketchup in the bag for fries. They put heavy... ketchup on the chicken sandwich (ewww) and no ketchup for fries. The guy read my order back to me, I explained no ketchup on sandwich, just packets for fries. He said ok, let me check. Came back and handed me the bag. No ketchup packets.... and the sandwich looks like it was dipped in ketchup. Dirty lot and employees were also in dirty uniforms. DONT GO HERE.

At BK, we ordered via the drive-thru. The order was the definition of incorrect. When I received the food, My order was just plain patties with a couple pieces of bacon... there was no cheese or special sauces you put in the buger. I'm so glad we had BBQ sauce handy. For the food we bought, it felt like more than 5 minutes of waiting in the drive-thru line. I'm glad I wasn't hangry (angry + hungry).

We came in at 10:30 this morning right as the menu changed to lunch. My PLAIN double cheeseburger that I ordered came with everything on it AND WAS COLD! My husband’s burger was cold also. Is it seriously too much to ask to microwave the burger so the cheese melts and the meat is hot? The only thing that was hot was the onion rings and fries. The cook in the back literally has his belly hanging out of his shirt while he cooks. Thanks for ruining the beginning of the third day of our week long road trip to Alaska. $22 for two cold burgers! Thanks a lot!

If I would have got my refund I wouldn’t have left another bad review for you guys. So I had a DoorDash order from this place, mind you this my first time trying Burger King. I ordered like some kind of bundle and it came with 3 medium fries and as the dasher is picking up my order he sends me a message saying “no fries” I was so confused because how do you run out of fries…. And I asked the dasher if there was a substitution because he didn’t explain anything to me, I also ordered 2 fanta oranges and they didn’t even tell me or give me an option to substitute the drink they just gave me whatever. So when I got the order I asked the dasher if they switched the fries out with anything he said no. ALREADY PISSED. So I go to eat my food and there was actually no fries in there and I also paid for some cheese on one of my chicken sandwiches and never got the cheese. I went up there to get a refund the Manager told me that he couldn’t give me a refund and that I had to go through DoorDash. I went through with DoorDash support, THEY DENIED MY REFUND. So all that money was wasted, if you want to order from here you see all the horrible reviews so I suggest you be careful and don’t waste your money here. The food was DISGUSTING by the way. The drinks were so watered down, had no kind of flavor.
