Café Rústico Jilotepec Jilotepec Reviews
A pleasant place to have a coffee, the salads are delicious, and the hot chocolate is delicious. The waiters are very attentive in the afternoon. The only complaint is that they never have any churros.
Everything about this place was great: the service, the prices, the food, the attention, and the view were all exceptional. It's incredibly comfortable to spend an afternoon here.
A beautiful and peaceful place. Perfect for chatting, reading, or just hanging out. Excellent service, the staff is friendly and respectful. The food is carefully presented and delicious.
A nice place located in a small shopping center. It must have opened recently; everything looks new, clean, and well-maintained. Wood, metal, and a bit of bamboo. And a pretty decent breakfast menu. Today I ordered the rustic eggs: soupy, with beans from the pot, and modest amounts of sausage, bacon, and chorizo... abundant without being overly so, excellently seasoned, and not at all light! The coffee was hot and strong, just as it should be. The staff is extremely attentive and patiently explains the differences between the dishes. One flaw: they have a screen and a TV signal. It's a sign of the times, and other diners will surely love it. As far as I'm concerned, it would be a very pleasant place if every time I went I didn't have to make an effort to concentrate on things other than the voices coming out of the screen. In those cases, the terrace seems to be an acceptable alternative. Update: December 2021; I'm told the management has changed. There's now light music playing throughout the day, at a very acceptable volume: jazz, bossa nova, which is entertaining but not distracting. There are also books available for reading, some of them very interesting. I discuss the changes with the manager, who confirms that this is the idea: a place for reading, conversation, and good music. Excellent!
It's an excellent establishment. The staff are super friendly and provide excellent service. It's right on the highway and has parking. 😊 It's a great place to plan surprise parties and go with your favorite person ❤️, although you can also go with the family. And it has all the safety measures in place due to the health contingency. ✨ Highly recommended 5/5 🌟
The place is pleasant, its decor has many rustic details, especially the bathroom. The service is very good but very slow. The dishes are varied. The coffee is delicious and well presented. The baguettes are also delicious, with fresh ingredients. The desserts are delicious, and what I recommend most are the potatoes, as they are seasoned with spices.
It's a good place, with potential, but it's annoying that they don't have what the menu offers. They only have coffee and crepes, and they frequently tell you they're out of stock or don't have any other ingredients. I suppose they have low sales and they're spoiling. They should modify their menu and not waste time when you go for breakfast or something specific that they won't have. Overall, what they have is very good, when they do have it.
Generally a good place, but if only one lady is serving in the afternoon, refrain, she will serve you reluctantly, the cappuccino has no foam, if you order a frappe she will give it to you hot, preferably visit for dinner, the guys who serve have very good service.
It's good, it's a place of mmm well let's go but at least I don't recommend it as a first option but rather as the last of the last, they don't offer anything different the price is high for the quality of the product, there are places with very good products without being something expensive or becoming almost a luxury like in this place
I went to this place and they closed the door in my face. When I arrived it said open, but when I approached to enter, a lady came and put the "closed" sign in my eyes. When we complained, she said how was she supposed to know we were coming and that she had been told to close. She didn't apologize and was very rude in the way she spoke to us, in my opinion.
Terrible service, they practically made me prepare the food I was going to eat, and as for friendliness, well, let's not even talk about it.
It's a real shame to have such a rude person working there. Today, they treated us badly, spoke to us rudely, and the product quality dropped significantly.
It's a shame that this restaurant, which offers breakfast, opens at 10 am even though its menu and website state that it opens at 9 am, and that, in addition to that, they don't have enough to prepare the food. The service from the person in charge leaves much to be desired.
