The manager at Joaquin branch runs a great store and they go above and beyond for customers. Wish other fast foods places would take notes from them because they do business the way it's supposed to be done. Way better experience than MacDonald, Wendy's or anywhere else for that matter. Anytime I'm in the area it's Whataburger for me!

If you're a burger person, I guess this would be the ideal place. It really was a great burger and the strawberry shake did not have an after taste

A lot has changed since Management relocated. It used to be more like family. Good food but priorities need to be more focused on the customer experience.

Food was great! Service was good. No atmosphere at 2AM! I would have given 5 stars if I didn’t have to wait a good 15 to 20 minutes for the Jalapeño biscuits to be prepared and cooked and this was AFTER I placed my mobile order and waited until the pick up time before going in. The whole idea of placing a mobile order is so that the order is ready when you get there and mine was not. Nonetheless, Whataburger is still my favorite place to get an all beef hamburger! 👍🏼👍🏼🤠

Service was great, food was served fast, but was far from the best chicken biscuit I've ever had. Chicken was hot, but overdone, biscuit was a bit under done. Honey sauce had very little flavor. Hash brown sticks were very, very greasy. Tables were clean. Drink dispensers were clean and tidy.

Food was great but they lost my order,stayed there about 30 minutes, manger did apologize and offered a free meal the next day but I don't stay in Shreveport. I will still go back because of there silliness to make it right,great management and workers

I love Whataburger. Their service used to be amazing. I visited this location and no one seemed to be concerned about the customers. The wait was so long. Then my food was still cold. But what was upsetting was, I was given the incorrect order. I told the lady at the window. She took the food back after I unwrapped the food to verify. We were then given our correct order. I didn't think it was appropriate for her to do that since we are in a pandemic. My food was cold like it had been sitting under a heat lamp. Sadly, this is one of 2 places to eat in town after a certain time. I don't plan to return for a while.

Whataburger is not what it used to be. This fast food chain has become overly expensive and the food isn't that good anymore. Snobby prepping staff. And Joaquin Whataburger facility is not the cleanest place to be. Also, the staff reeked like Marijuana, not something they should be smelling like.

Joaquin Texas Whataburger. I drove 30 miles round trip to get a new blaze Burger fries onion rings and a root beer. I called out my order three times at the speaker to make sure. When I got to the window when she repeated what I wanted I said yes ma'am that's right when I got my bag though it was entirely different story just a regular double Whataburger which I didn't want . Didn't get fries no onion rings. When I called to tell the lady she acted like she didn't even care didn't even understand why I was upset about the wrong order. I've gotten several orders wrong at this place they need to clean their ears out and listen to people's. I even called the corporate office they couldn't help me because I didn't know the name and address of the Whataburger. Go figure!

Absolutely the worst Whataburger around. The manager was the one who took my order. She informed me that there would be about a 6 minute wait since they had to cook fresh chicken. I said I was in no rush whatsoever and would prefer fresh food. After 26 minutes this is what they served me. Does anything about this look fresh to you. I was so upset I didn't even ask for a refund. Stay for away from this location. It has been bad for years but has rapidly declined in the recent months. I'm guessing that the subpar food and poor service is direct reflection of management. After all attitude always reflects leadership.
