Like the location of the new store better than the old one. More convenient for me on the way home. Service has been good except for them getting the quantity and type of dipping sauce correct or remembering it at all. The counter staff didn’t ask any questions when I reminded them about the sauces. I’m not going to take it from the score as they made up with plates and napkins. All the pizzas we ordered have been good and we were very satisfied.

Omgosh . Never had any issues with them and the food is always good! These ppl and bad reviews isbad days don’t blame the pizza man lol look at my pizza soooo delish and never old and dried out like me. So? What? I’m 50 now. But dominos…? It’s always 100!

We drive further to go to this branch because the order is ALWAYS right and well made. The one close to our house I can say the opposite for. The Elizabethton branch is trash. They are rude and the order is wrong or messed up almost every time. We compliment the pizza every time we order from the walnut branch. We never have an issue here and we order at least once a month.

I try to remember to leave a good review for good service. (Most people only leave reviews for negative complaints.) I order Dominos pizza probably about once a month or so and it's always great. My favorite "fast food" pizza around. However, after ordering last night, I was a little disappointed. It took over an hour from the time I ordered until I got my pizza. And 25 minutes after I got a text that they had left the store. (I live 5 minutes away.) Pizza wasn't really hot, and seemed like it had been sitting a while. I wasn't going to complain or say anything at all. Things happen. HOWEVER, within minutes of my pizza being dropped off I got an email from them apologizing for the pizza being late (without me saying anything about it at all) and offering me 60 points towards a free pizza! So all in all, yeah I was kinda bummed that it wasn't as great as it usually is, but as a customer you never know what's going on inside a restaurant or with the employees and it's always best to give them the benefit of the doubt. I love this company even more for knowing right away what their mistake was and making up for it without being prompted to.

Been ordering from this store for over a year. For the past six months or so, I've never had a messed-up order, delivery always arrives in around 30 minutes or less, and the drivers are always extremely friendly to me. I love their online ordering setup. The other pizza chains in this area take their sweet time on delivery and half of the time my order is wrong or cold. Whoever the manager has been for the last six months or so has increased the quality in their drivers, the food, and the service. I only wish they'd bring back the deep-dish!

They are Almost always so helpful n the pizza never disappoints, the last couple have been under cooked I didn't eat any of the 1st 2, the next time mine was just cooked enough n it was okay, other than these 2 instances I had 1 other bad experience with overpaying it was inexperienced personnel, but the management staff that denied us a refund or another meal is what disturbed me. All other times they were exceptionally great n they are open late, 2am, love it

Have been ordering this since I moved to the area(about a year ago) and by far the best pizza around here!! And overall good food like these cheese bread, Alfredo, they have coke products(yay)

It isn't the Italian Chicago deep-dish im used to, but for a cheap quick pizza, you can't go wrong for the price.

Depending on staff, this location can be either superb or barely mediocre. My order has always been correct but sometimes the quality and consistency is not its best. I do love the pickup window to drive through as that is very convenient. Most recent visit - While I expected the pizza to be baked, and it is absolutely perfect, I did not expect the employee at the drive-thru window to also be very, very baked. Service was mediocre, attitude was very poor, reaction time was laughable. He was so incredibly high I'm surprised his feet were on the ground, or that he was still standing to be honest. Still, the food is excellent.

I have frequented this location for 5 years. I have to say that the new dough and pizza sauce really made a big difference. I like the more spicy sauce .. gives the pizza a little extra flavor. The $5.99 deal for 2 medium pizzas or sandwiches is really an amazing deal. I had a problem for a while with the sandwiches being undercooked. I called them and Rob the manager gave me a credit right away plus they sent out my order again for free. You can ask for more then that. Shows they care about their customers. The only reason for the 4 stars is that this location has had some ups and downs in staff but I have found the consistency in food overall to be really good. Also the online ordering is great .. and speed of delivery is the best of any pizza place in JC I have placed an order.

Love, love, LOVE this Domino's! I've never gotten a wrong order from here, but I know if I did, they would fix it ASAP! Fast and friendly, and perfect for a quick slice! The only reason this isn't a 4 star review is because I have received an old pizza once or twice that just didn't hit the mark. The reason it's up at 4 stars, though, is because they were happy to fix it for me! Definitely my favorite fast-food pizza!

Great food, but the "curbside delivery" never happened even though we followed the instructions in the text. Don't bother, just do the drive thru. Also check your order before you leave, we got home missing 2 items and with 2 things we neither ordered nor wanted... That being said, the manager on duty was great and offered to remake our entire order for us instead of just the missing items, which was really sweet as it was not exactly a small order.

Ordered from this location last week, and the pizza was good but showed up incredibly late from the time of order. When we did get our pizza it was pretty good once we reheated it and the toppings were plenty. Afterwards I received an email for a free pizza to make up for the late delivery, and we redeemed that tonight. Did carryout instead, got the same exact order as last time, and it was done in 30 minutes and it might be the best dominos pizza I’ve had so far! Staff was so kind at the window and offered us plenty of plates and napkins. Very pleased with how they made up for last time!

My order was a little over $80 to feed 3 adults and 5 kids and they didnt send any of the 10 dipping sauces or icings that i had ordered or the 2 2 liter cokes that i ordered and they put hamburger on my philly cheese steak pizza instead of the steak. And then when i called to complain they didnt answer until the 4th or 5th attempt but i was immediately put on hold for several minutes then someone else picked up and put me on hold for several more minutes and then again i was greeted and then put back on hold for several minutes. Finally after 23 min on hold they just hung up on me. And it took several more attempts to contact them before they finally answered and put me ob with some one who actually did end up giving me credit for the messed up pizza but i was giving the option to have another driver bring the missing items in 30 to 45 minutes or i could drive the 3 miles to the store to pick them up myself. REDICULOUS!

A couple yrs ago there was a choice to get marinara sauce as the main sauce in pizza and it was the bomb even had like some tomatoes and a light spice baked in to it , add mushrooms and pepperoni with thin crust some garlic knots and a vanilla or vanilla and chocolate mix brownie and a 2litsr all for 20/25$ total and I'll never forget this meal.

Usually one my favorite places to order. Last 4 times I been either the girl at the window is to damn high to do her job, they can’t remember who’s food they are looking for, or 1 guy is working while the rest are outside smoking and hanging out. Sat there over 30 min after my food was ready because they said they was working on it. Got my order cold, and they didn’t even cut the damn thing… idk who the Gm is but someone needs to step up and get this place back into shape. I love domino’s but prob gonna start going somewhere else for now on. To many problems recently

*Update* Decided to go back and I'm glad I did. I'm upgrading to 3 stars bc Lily should be promoted and more employees like her should be hired. Excellent customer service. I'm sorry their manager quit on them tonight but that doesn't mean they forget about their customers. I was patient for awhile awaiting them to either find my order or just plain outright remake it. But after an hour of sitting in their parking lot, after having prior issues with them, my patience ran out. They claim they couldn't give me my money back and instead finally made it and promised I would receive my order free next time. I'll be looking for that email or else I won't be back ever. *Never got email*

Sometimes this place is great, and other times they make a lot of mistakes, or abandon orders entirely. I’ve ordered on the app multiple times and the order seems to get completely lost. They work to make it right after the fact, but it’s super inconvenient that I don’t know in advance to make other plans. While they have forgotten items in delivery a few times, the product itself is always good and the staff seems to be trying despite the issues that happen. Also, sometimes they will promise a comped pizza or something and then never provide it, had a whole email conversation with a manager named Michael about it and eventually just gave up. So in summary, if you actually get your order it will probably be well made.

Arrived at the store and I was told my pizza fell out of the oven and it would need to be a remake. Cool! It took 10 minutes of one staff member communicating with another before it was actually made which was a little aggravating. At the end, the pizza was amazing. I can give grace to the dirty windows and outside as they're in a construction zone. The inside of the store was dirty. The restrooms were disgusting and look like they haven't been touched in a month, which is in the stores control. I also feel that the staff forgets that they have customers in the lobby based off of some of the conversations and language being used.This is my third visit since moving back to JC a couple of months ago and I can tell this location is not what it was when it first opened. All of this is very fixable with some training and upholding of standards, which seems to be lacking.

I have ordered from here a lot, and it has been good, up until lately. The last few times I have ordered the app will say it's ready before I get there. Then when I arrive, I'm told I need to drive around the building because it's not ready. I go to this one because it has a drive through and being a old person who has trouble walking, it's easier. But, I will go to the other one from now on.

Locally, I’m satisfied with delivery and quality. Parent company offered points towards free pizza with online ordering. I saved enough points to get a medium, one topping pizza (so exciting😀) then it tells me I have to order $21 worth, in addition to the six dollar delivery fee, feels like a bait and switch. Not happy.🤨 Think I will shop for a new pizza place.

What the hell is going on with this place? Tried repeatedly to call in an order,and was constantly placed on hold and then hung-up on. Finally placed order on app from their parking lot for carryout and still had to wait 45 min-then when I finally hit the drive-thru the customer in front of me was demanding her money back because she noticed none of the employees were wearing masks or gloves. When I finally got my food,it was good,but way too much drama for a Sun night pizza run!

When I walked in they had the music blasting (which was fine) but this kid turned it down when he saw me come in and as soon as I got to the counter he turned his back on me and preceded to ignore me for several minutes. A girl was making an order and tried to get someone to help me but they ignored her too. Once he acknowledged my presence he rudely asked my name and when he went to get my order (which I had been sent the message it was ready) he couldn’t find it and they all just looked at each other like they didn’t know what to do. When they finally got it together I had to wait another 10 minutes because they had made an order wrong. Look I’ve been a server for 15 years and other customer service jobs as well. It seemed like a bunch of high schoolers worked there and didn’t care. I only gave them 2 stars because the woman that fixed my order was super nice.

So my wife and I can get down on Domino’s pizza, the issue that I am having today is the simply fact that I placed an order and the store called me to cancel my order because their truck didn’t show and he they didn’t have any product. BUT that still isn’t my issue because it isn’t their fault. My issue is when I placed an order at a different store it was said that I don’t get my points because I had already placed a qualified order and you can’t place 2 in the same calendar day. So it wasn’t my choice to have to place 2 orders with in the same day.

Usually satisfied. This time, was suppose to get $3.00 tip but they wouldn't honor even though I checked it on the online order. Got my extra cheese but not much extra beef, as requested... 2nd time cinnamon knots were mostly peunie. One or two regular size aren't worth the price. Guess it's time to try elsewhere...

Very slow delivery, I ordered at 9:17pm and it was 10:50 before it arrived. Over a hour and half and I live less than 5 miles from location. I ordered online and it was simple. The delivery guy was apologetic for being late, so I still tipped him good. So with the food taking almost 2 hrs and it was a small order, the food was almost cold and bread was very hard around edges. I microwaved it and it was better and tasted good. Overall I give 5 outta 10…

Sympathy for the employees that work very hard to get all the orders fulfilled but my full experience was pretty disappointing. When my order was ready to be picked up they told me it wasn't ready. Waited 50min for my order to get a pizza that looks and tasted like it was sitting out for 30 min. Communication is missing but mostly leadership, organisation and management.

I love their pizza, but their service at thus store has been going down Hill for awhile. The last time we placed an order for delivery was ridiculous. After waiting 2 hours I drove to the store which is a 1/4 mile from our house. They couldn't find my order, and could only guess that the delivery driver had it but they didn't know. So they offered to remake the order and total me it would only take 10 minutes. 30 minutes later I left without my food. The store operation was a mess. The guy I assume was the manager had loss all control. Hopefully this situation well be turned around.

Quality control here is a joke. Last order was a philly cheesesteak sandwich and buffalo chicken pasta. The pasta was good, well-mixed sauce, loose pasta that was easy to eat. The sub? Burnt to a crisp, obviously lived under a heat lamp. This was all visible the min I opened it, so whatever manager is handling the "quality control" here is sleeping on the job. It was inedible. Last night I ordered again. Went for the pasta again since it was the only good thing last time, and a sub. The sub was undercooked but edible. The pasta was disgusting - no sauce whatsoever, just clumps of cheese with some buffalo sauce squirt on top. It wasn't mixed at all, so what arrived was a clod of pasta all stuck together with a slab of cold cheese on top, and some hot sauce squirts. Attempting to get a forkful led to the entire dish lifting out of the pan in one concrete like clump. This is the only Domino's that delivers to my home. I went back because I got an offer for free pizza after my first visit. Even so, I was overcharged for the second visit. There will be no third visit. Whoever the manager lady is that's doing "quality control" (her name started with an A - Audrey maybe?) is way out of her field and obviously just doesn't give a dang about her job or her customers.

The owner tried. You really did. I wated and waited and waited for my delivery and it never came. I was so pissed that I got in my car and drove around and wasted gas money to try to find the store that was supposed to deliver it to me. And it was still on the shelf. This evening, I waited in the line at the pickup window behind 2 other cars. I was sitting for a while, and never saw anyone help the person upfront. After 10 minutes, I decided to call the store, and someone was immediately at the window. When it was my turn, I told the worker I was the one that called, and suggested they get some cameras in the drive thru. I get maybe no one heard the bell, but there’s really no cameras outside??? It is ridiculous that a customer has to call the store to inform them there are, not 1, but 3 cars waiting!!! The worker at the window was kind and apologetic, and gave me a free 2 liter which I am grateful for.

I had ordered a large thin crust and cheese bread for my parents for pick up. The cheese bread was right but they gave my dad the wrong pizza. I called them to let them know and they said they would remake it. The girl I spoke with was really kind and apologetic about it. My dad went back to the store and brought back the right pizza, but it wasn't even warm. I think it was the original pizza we had ordered and they let it sit around and get cold when it was supposed to be remade. Very unhappy

I ordered $40 worth of food one to include a large meatza When I got the pizza home and there was no meat on the meatza I already went to the one in Johnson City because the one in Boones Creek are very unprofessional and rude. So when I called to see About a refund, she wanted me to drive all the way from Jonesborough to Johnson City for another pizza. The last thing anyone wants to do after eight hours of work is drive around town trying to get the dinner that you asked for and pay for. Very dissatisfied.

Order spent forever (15+ mins) in "quality check" a.k.a. there are no drivers and you're waiting for one to come back. Then not only did the order come incorrect, but the sandwich (which I've gotten before and loved) was inedible; so burnt the cheese was solid, no sauces I could see. Very very very poor performance from a place that usually does alright.

I ordered 3 pizzas on 2 different occasions there each time i said i wanted hand tossed which both occasions they were thin crust so the second time i called the guy i spoke to was very apologetic i even took a picture of this pizza because i don't want to be known or thought of someone just trying to get free pizza so he told me he would put it in the computer for one of my pizzas to be replaced at a later convenience which at that time the phone number in the system was wrong so they either pulled it up by orders placed that night or my address so tonight i called to see about getting my pizza they owed me and to order some other things they informed me that they couldn't pull it up by date or my address and the manager got on the phone acting like i was just trying to get a free pizza out of them which really made me mad because I'm not like that and the first time i let it go never even called but yes when they messed up the second time i did call but to treat someone like that is really innappropiate thank God my husband wrote the number down and i did find it i never got no apology for treating me that way or anything i will NOT be ordering anything else from this place AGAIN. Belowis the picture i took that night of the thin crust pizza hope they get it right this time just wish i would've got to order the rest of my order but when i was treated that way i didn't want nothing else from them besides what they owed me.

It too 4 hours to receive our pizza. We tried to call but they seemed to just hit the answer button so the the phone would stop ringing and didn't say anything. When the delivery driver dropped off the food things from our order was missing. We had to chase him down for our soda, but didn't realize until he already left that another part of order was missing. The garlic bread seemed doughy. Do not waste your time with this domino's, it is absolute trash.

I placed an order for delivery that never came and had to leave a class I was teaching to go pick it up. And yes, the food was for the class. My cell was called only once, I couldnt take a call obviously, and the Melanie never left a voice mail. I had to call to confirm when the pizza was late and was then told some excuse that they weren't doing delivery and was proceeded to be lied to by saying that she had talked to me and that I was fine with not receiving my order. I was NEVER spoken to before my initial call the employees here could care less. This is the WORST experience I've ever received from any Domino's and I will NEVER order from this store again.

Walnut St. Johnson City, TN. After ordering on line & response (ready 9-19minutes) they didn't have order. I waited an Hour while they made others then was over charged, one pizza was wrong the other doughy both tasted bland. The assistant manager Tonia was rude and claimed she couldn't even discount my order and didn't know how to get in touch with the GM but then told me where and when to to call.assistant

Would give less than one star if I could. I put in an order and waited over 3 hours for it before I gave up and went to sleep. Called 12 times and they didn't pick-up. Finally called again and I got a 9 second answer saying they weren't taking any more orders before she hung up on me without even letting me talk. Called again and caught the guy and begged him not to hang up and told him I just wanted to know if I was going to get dinner or not. He assured me his driver had my pizza and was getting in the car. Pizza never showed up. Called the next day and the manager said they can either make pizza or answer the phone. I work retail so I get being short handed, but if domino's doesn't have enough employees to staff this store, they need to shut it down. Absolutely rediculous customer service. At least I got my money back. NEVER order from this place. Save yourself time and heartache. They will just give up on your order and will NOT answer the phone to tell you ANYTHING.

If I could I would give it a negative star. Pizzas were ordered and paid for, but when I came to get them they claimed their internet was down and did not receive the order. The payment went through the credit card. The manager was super rude and hateful. She screamed at me and slammed the window in my face. Went to Little Caesars and they gave me 4 pizzas no problem.

Absolutely disappointed in this dominos. Placed an online order didn’t receive order until 1hr 20min later and they forgot part of the order. Called the manager as the driver said to, just to get a refund on the missing item and he said he couldn’t do that. He could send it out or give it to me the next time I ordered something, so I said just send it out. 1 and a half hours later I had to call back in to see where that was and some guy said it just left and hung up. I won’t ever order from dominos again just from this experience alone! I wasn’t even trying to be a “Karen” but the customer service was horrible along with cold food!

Why is there not a ZERO star? Horrible. Ordered online, got there promptly. Couldn't use the parking lot to turn into the drive through because a delivery car was parked in the way. Get up to the window and waited 15+ minutes, nobody EVER even came to the window. We can not enter the building due to covid restrictions either. After knocking on the drive through window, someone came over and said they were "busy and get to the window when they have time " UNACCEPTABLE My food had already been made and paid for. They needed to just HAND it to me. I asked for a refund. After the person yelling at me that they were too busy to help their customer who was picking up her paid food (um, the reason you have a job) I am glad I got a refund. Their attitudes tell me they do not give one iota of care about their job or customers. Why would I want volunteers food at this point? I will NEVER go back to Dominoes.

The pizza is always ok-good… it’s the fact that you wait forever at the pickup window, I wait till the tracker says they are doing the quality check to head to pick up my pizza…9/10 I still have to wait like 20 minutes to get my pizza. I actually am sitting at the window waiting and typing my review… currently it’s been 6 minutes at this window with no one saying a word… they have the window open I can hear them talking and people have even walked by and looked out the window at me and kept walking. Now 3 cars have pulled in behind us, no one has come to the window. Not a soul, it’s now been 8 minutes. The guy behind me just backed up and is going inside. The 4th car in line is doing the same now. Papa John’s is seriously right next door, at least they tell you it will be a while. 10 minutes and finally a, hello. I looks like after 12 minutes we may get pizza… only to be zonked by the Noid… the nice guy disappeared and now I can only assume the people behind me assume I ordered 15 pizzas and refuse to leave the window. Still no pizza, seriously the QC process started at 5:20, it’s 5:44 and it’s still not done…. The phone has rung for like 5 minutes and the lady behind me got out of the car to see if anyone has helped me and said she’s the one calling the store no one has answered the phone. It’s 5:48 and I haven’t see anyone come back to the window, the seem adequately staffed. Sorry to whoever ordered pizza at 315 Barton St. they may have misplaced your order. It’s 3 pizzas and a Fanta and the apple dipper things… seems well within a reasonable order. I remember the 30 minutes or less or it’s free days for delivery now it’s 30 minutes or more for pickup… It’s 5:52 PM and we are leaving with our pizza

Usually it's good. This time I call for carry out and am able to drive 15 min to the location before I'm ever picked up. At which point I walked and placed the order and waited. This time was utterly terrible. Not to mention the shift runners attitude was terrible. I used to work for Dominos and this type of behavior would never be tolerated.

I really tried to give this store a little bit of grace while they dealt with being understaffed and management swaps. We order every once in a while, the last three times have been wild. Nothing I’ve ever seen. First time - A few friends and I ordered a couple pizzas for our kiddos and after 2.5 hours, no one answering the phone, we decided to show up. Our order hadn’t even been started. We waited 45 minutes at the store and watched other costumers come in and complain about similar problems. Refunded our order, gave us our pizzas, oh well. Second time - I again ordered a few extra pizzas (five total, and two orders of the breadsticks) while some friends visited. This time, carry out to eliminate the past issue. No problem! Just kidding, all pizzas were wrong, not cut, and one was HIGHLY undercooked. Told us to keep the pizzas, and they’d just remake them if we could wait 15 minutes. Fine. Third- and will be final occurrence. I ordered delivery. One medium cheese pizza. One cheese stick. One cookie/brownie. I’m currently pregnant and have two toddlers. Not in the mood to cook nor drive. Two hours go by. Tracker still says “prep at 5:15”. So I call. Not once. Not twice… but six times. Finally someone picks up. They tell me my order was delivered 35 minutes ago. No. It was not. “There must be a glitch. Someone could have taken it. We showed delivered, nothing we can do” As I’m on the phone, trying to figure this out, Dominos pulls in front of my place. He stumbles over his words, not sure what to say because he just said what he could to try and make me believe they had in fact delivered it. I hang up. I’m upset. Driver is still just sitting in her car. So I go stand in front of my place on the steps. She gets out, hands me grease SOAKED boxes, doesn’t say a word, and leaves. I get inside and the food is soggy, flat, and just ick. My kids ended up not wanting it (and they LOVE pizza.) so guess I gotta go out anyway! Shortly after, I received an email for 60 points credited to my account to rectify the situation. Like I’d want to order again. Save yourself the hassle. It’s clear they don’t know what they’re doing in there.

Showed up when I got a message stating the food was done. Got there and they couldn’t break $100 for $55 and some change worth of food. I went to the gas station down the road to break the $100 and got back to my food still not being ready, waited another 15 minutes after that for half of it to be cold. Worst experience at a dominos EVER!

Literally just almost hit me, the delivery driver blew through two stop signs almost sideswipe me causing me to swerve and almost crash blew right through to pedestrian walkways and when I called the restaurant to alert them of this I was hung up on multiple times. Delivery driver is not safe is putting public in danger with his driving! Domino's needs to do something about this before somebody gets hurt 🤕! When I called the restaurant to alert them of this happening I was hung up on multiple times because I said I wasn't going to place an order I needed to talk to the manager wow what is wrong with this place and those employees!

Man this place is BAD bad. Not sure if it’s a staffing issue or lack of management, but it almost feels like a scam ordering from this place. Should’ve listened to the reviews before me, but alas I had to figure it out the hard way…. Ordered delivery of the 2 for $6.99, one medium pizza and one pasta. An hour and a half passes, and no delivery. Around the 2-hour mark, I get a call from a delivery driver stating that he’s outside, but he doesn’t have my order. Okay? I kinda laugh this part off. He says he will go back to the store where they are remaking it due to a switch up. Great. About an hour later (it has now been more than 3 hours since I placed the order), I get a call from the delivery driver saying he is close to my house. Several minutes later, someone’s knocking on my door, I open it and a random girl hands me my pizza and says, “Hey I found your address on this pizza box and walked down here, some guy just handed it to me.” I’M SORRY WHAT. The delivery driver, after a 3+ hour wait, gave my order to a RANDOM PERSON standing outside. Thank goodness she was kind enough to find my address and actually deliver it to me. This probably goes without saying but the pizza was cold, and the pasta order was wildly incorrect. Avoid this place at all costs.

Ordered from this particular Domino's tonight at 6:24 it is now 8 pm and we still have not received our order when we call the staff is EXTREMELY RUDE they hung up on us while we made the order, put us on hold for 30 mins when trying to see where the order was an hour later and then continued to hang up on us every time we called Completely unprofessional staff. With the exception of the guy who delivered our pizza he was very kind and sympathetic and politely listened to my complaints I give the nice delivery gentleman 5 stars. THE REST OF YOUR STAFF NEED FIRED

I used to work at this store and I can tell you that from someone who knows how things are supposed to be made and look I have never been so embarrassed in my life. I ordered food at 12am and it was supposed to be done at 12:30 and didn't even get my order until 1am. I sat at their pickup window for almost an hour while there screw around and talk. Finally someone told me they were just putting my order in the oven. No gloves, no washing hands, nothing sanitizing about this place. When I got my pizza it looked like someone had sat on it. Mind you I order a pan pizza. I asked for it to be well done and it looked like they put it in a microwave. And they put everything in a bigger box then it needed to be in. Medium pizza in a large box and brownies in a medium box. Wings weren't done and there were the size a green bean cut in half.

Standard food items when someone actually answers the phone. Since no one answers when you call, you are forced to order from the app. Called several times letting it ring many times. No answer. Picking up my order, I noticed 6 workers. Not sure why at least one of them cannot take an order by phone. Apparently, the GM has no idea how to train workers to take orders by phone. No wonder this location has several 1 and 2 ratings.

Alright, first off the pizza itself was decently good; that's about the only good thing with this experience. So, one lovely Friday night we had the brilliant idea of trying to get delivery. Now, I must admit, the first time, there was a miscommunication on all parts. However, when we tried to amend this issue, we were met with nothing other than confusion and complication. We were told that they would resend the pizza to our apartment; however, a long, hunger-filled 30 minutes had gone by with no word of the pizza. We called again only to be put on hold twice and to eventually talk to someone who had no idea of our strife. After being offered a 3rd delivery, we had had enough. We politely told the guy that we would come by and pick it up ourselves. We arrived at the store, hoping to finally be able to partake in cheesy, meaty goodness. However, as is common in these situations, we had to wait even longer while they remade our now cold pizza. I will admit, this was very amicable of them to do. However, it was not amicable to yell across the store that "putting the cold pizza back in the oven was not the way that it worked." While we were originally not upset with the delivery girl, after we talked to her at the restaurant, we were not amused. She thought better of apologizing and assuring us we would get our pizza as fast as possible and instead gave us excuses as to why it was all our fault that the order was not successfully delivered. She even claimed to have knocked very loudly on our door. However, my roommate and I share a one room apartment where it would be impossible to miss hearing a knock on the door, especially considering we hear conversations two rooms over. All in all, it was a very complex and emotionally-draining experience. However, the guy working there with the gauges deserves every bit of praise. He seemed to be the only one who was actively trying to amend our situation without being completely rude about it. In conclusion, the pizza was good, the service not so much.

Night shift is unreliable. Ordered twice now and will say delivered and no food has shown up. They are lazy about answering the phone and put you on hold. I would recommend never ordering food from here during night time. This place is a joke

I don’t think that it’s really THAT hard to make a thin crust pizza. I call this online order in literally 10 minutes before arriving at the store and the pizza I receive is cold and dry, like it had just been sitting there forever waiting for someone to get it. I call them that night telling them what happened, and they offer me a credit for a new pizza. So today, I order the same pizza and it comes out just as bad but slightly warmer. They’re insuring me that the manager made this pizza so it should be great. Except it’s nowhere near great, not even good. It’s a thin crust pepperoni pizza! It requires minimum effort. But these people clearly don’t know how to do their job. I was very nice about it until the conversation I just had with the “manager” who exclaims to me that they’re not the manager during said phone call. Alrighty then, Domino’s.

This is not my experience, but the experience of my partner. So he had gone to a concert that was being held at the record store next to Dominos. Originally, he wanted to park in a spot that a manager refused to him because it was for "Drivers Only". Which that was okay, so he decided to park somewhere else. Some time later, he decided to park in another place in the Dominos parking lot that wasn't for drivers so that he could have a good view of the concert. A lady in the drive through window yelled at him and told him to leave because the parking lot is for paying customers. My partner understood this and left. However, he noticed that a few moments later someone else who was attending the concert (Not Dominos) took that particular parking space and the lady did absolutely nothing about it. Noticing this, my partner walked into the store to ask about the whole ordeal. Upon entering the store, instead of being treated like a regular customer or someone wishing to speak to an employee, he was handed a bilingual menu and ignored. This is infuriating because it is clear that he was being treated differently than other pedestrians (and in this case, customers) because of his appearance. This type of treatment of people is unacceptable and should not be encouraged.

One would think that if you offer a gluten-free crust, there would be zero risk of cross-contamination. A message about this risk pops up when you order it online. When I saw that, I cancelled my entire order. I sure do hope that you warn your customers who place their orders in person or by phone. If not, you are responsible if any of those customers who have Celiacs disease become ill. If your product doesn't match your advertisement, don't put it on your menu! You've lost a customer who's done business with Domino's since the 1990's.

Ordered online using the app at 6:31 PM. They quickly began making our order, putting it in the oven, and then quality checking it after it came out. Once it reached the quality check step at 6:46 PM, I expected it to be just a short while longer. Nearly an hour after it came out of the oven and they began quality checking it, I got in my car to drive down there to pick it up, as I was sure it was cold by then. When I was half way there, they finally sent a driver at 7:31 PM, a full hour after we placed our order. I had called the store several times, and the one time I got through, they said, “Thank you for calling dominos please hold” and put me on hold before I could speak with anyone. By the time the driver arrived, all 4 items we had ordered were cold and hard. This is something that has happened to me multiple times from this location. There’s even been times they have just completely not sent a driver when I’ve ordered online. It may just be this store, or maybe it’s dominos. I don’t know.

Store manager SCREAMED on the phone after they failed to deliver my order over an hour later. Claimed they "tried" but there was "no apartment number" and "no phone number"... made us text a screencap from our account that showed both were there, only to turn around and claim that online orders aren't their problem, and that they could remake it but we would have to go pick it up. Horrible customer service. Manager should be fired for being abusive to customers.

Ordered online an arrived ten minutes after the estimated done time an my food still hadn't been startes. Almost an hour for 2 pizzas and bread bites. A little rediculous especially for someone in a time crunch. Other orders or not. Atleast be honest and do your jobs in a timely manner or find someone else who can.

I ordered on DoorDash that sends dominos delivery ppl with the order. My order was never received and they have no record of an order that was sent out but never delivered. Extremely unprofessional. They also refuse to give me a corporate management number to resolve the issue. Door dash will not refund because dominos is responsible for delivery.

I would have given zero if it would let me. Ordered 2 pizzas and a pepperoni bread. Had a quality check at 9:05 so I called at 10:00 was told should be soon they were short staffed. Called back at 10:40 and pizza still there only one delivery driver. Canceled order manager could care less not too mention used points on part of the order that did not go back on account. Terrible experience.

We ordered a pizza for delivery and the bill came to $25.00 with an optional tip. When the pizza arrived the driver said he didn’t have change to give my wife $25.00 back. My wife went to see what alternative cash we had and was able to offer the full amount including $5.00 in quarters. The driver refused to take the quarters and displayed a hostile attitude . We order from Dominos at least once a month and usually have a good experience. This particular driver appeared to have a bad attitude. He dove away with the pizza despite our ability to pay.

For the last few years dominos has just plain sucked. There's rarely a time we order and it's actually in a timely manner and right. I'm so tired of spending so much money on them to mess up our order every single time. If I had more pizza options where I live, I would legit NEVER order from there. EVER. and they give a lousy free pizza coupon for a other time like that's gonna fix what's supposed to be your dinner for that night/day.

(WARNING!) Love the pizza BUT if you make an online order and they mess up your food they refuse to fix the problem. When I called in the man was very rude called at 8:37 pm on Oct 23, 2024. It's a shame being a regular customer who never has a problem to be treated the way I was. No one takes pride in their work. Very disappointed in the domino's that I have frequented for years. They continue to struggle having enough workers and their service and quality are suffering. I waited at the window for an hour after being told twice during that time that my order was being cooked and would be ready in 8 minutes. Then a new person came and asked my name, looked at the computer, disappeared for a moment and came back to apologize and say he is a driver and would make my order right now if I could wait 15 more minutes. I had already paid on the app but said no I'd already waited an hour and please refund my money. He gave me credit for my order.

We love dominos and have a loyalty for the pizza company yet every single time we have ordered the past 5 or more times this has happened and we say we won’t order again but we do and it happens AGAIN!

Ordered a pizza and chocolate lava cakes for pick up on 2/11/24. It took 45 minutes to receive my food. Waited in my car for 30 mins. According to the tracker, it took 35 mins for them to simply put it in the oven. That's 35 minutes just to prep a pizza. My wife ordered pizza hut at the same time and finished eating her food before I received my food. When I finally received my food, I did not get the extra cheese I ordered. The pizza looks stale at best. Overall very disappointed

This is the absolute worst pizza place I have ever seen in my life . Tonight we ordered delevery to our hotel room and was told our order would arrive in approximately 50 min. After a hour passed we called and was told our food should be to us in the next 15 min. We'll after waiting another hour we callee 4 times before someone answered only to be told we where not in there delevery are(only 3 miles from them) and we would not be getting our food. Now at 2 am we are unable to get any food in any other way so my family and I will have to go hungry until the morning. Unprofessional, lack of customer care , and no knowledge of their own policies when orders are placed is what you will be dealing with at this establishment. Do not give your business to this place unless you want to deal with this nonsense. If negative 10 was able to be given they would have definitely earned that score. I can only imagine what their food handling and cleanliness practices are like. You have been warned!!!

Update: Well it came 35 mins later -- Was NOT remade and was very blantely cold and solid. So all in all it took over 2 hours to get our food. Placed an order online, waited over an hour. Called the store, was put on hold for 5 mins and it kept cycling. The guy who answered was really nice, standard customer service but he let me know theyre short staffed and the drivers are limited. They offered to remake the pizza and send it on its way ASAP, So lets see if they actually do. We've been waiting over an hour since we placed the order , all for a medium pizza and some chicken. Ill update this if the order that comes is correct...

Unfortunately, this is our local Domino’s. My husband and I order from here often. There are almost always problems with our order. They either forget dips or icing, or they forget toppings. The people that work there, act like they genuinely do not care when anything is wrong either. I would love to stop coming here, but it is the only Domino’s in our area. Guess we will stop coming here, and giving Pizza Hut our consistent business.

My husband ordered a pizza from there and we picked it up. It was the $9.99 special.. It was horrific.. We've had better frozen pizza.. This was tasteless, you needed a microscope to see the veggies, the crust was like cardboard. My suggestion.. Pappas John's, Greg's or anyone other than Dominos. They used to have great pizza.. Not anymore.. Don't order from them.

This is about the third bad experience I've had at this Domino's. The pizza was not made correctly and was not cooked all the way and on top of that was not even cut completely. My spinach and feta cheesy bread was completely smashed it was so flat it was so hard I could not even eat it. The bacon that was on my pizza was just big chunks of uncooked bacon. Will not be ordering from the store again

This has got to be a joke, right? They completely mess up my order and will not answer the phone. When they eventually do, I'm told "hold on, you need to speak to a manager." I get put on an endless loop till it automatically hangs up. Call back again, and no answer. I get it, it's late, y'all are closing, but I spent an hour waiting for my order, just for it to be completely wrong. I'm a long time customer, and have NEVER had something like this happen. Thank God I ordered online, because otherwise I'd be scammed out of my money. I can't even eat what was delivered.

The pizza is horrible. Out of three orders, one of which was a credit for the second order, all three were terrible. Orders aren’t paid attention to and the dough isn’t done, and there is so much sauce it should be called soup. The brownie was 1/4 inch think and tasted funny. On top of that, the manager was rude and unhelpful. I’ve never ordered from a more horrible dominos. Usually dominos are the best, this one needs to have the staff retrained or replaced. You pay money you should get what you paid for.

Ordered online. Received a nearly raw pizza with half the cheese slipped off of it onto the side. Complained online, only got +60 points on my account. Tried to call to complain and no one would answer. PLEASE quality check better. Almost fed this to my toddler. Thanks.

I live in Nashville and order Dominos often. I was definitely disappointed in the Johnson City store. My pizza had been turned on its side. It looked well done on the top but the dough wasn't done. I tried to file a complaint through the app and couldn't because I don't have access to the phone number saved under my profile. I couldn't change it either.

Ordered online at 7:43pm. Delivery arrived at 8:30 completely burned and literally inedible. I ordered the chicken taco pizza and it had so much seasoning that it had to be intentional. Called to the store at 8:33…put on hold 7 times before someone actually let me speak… talked to Cameron the manager and he said he would replace the order. 2 hours later nothing…Now it’s 10:59 and after calling and being put on hold 4 more times without even the chance to say a word.. I’m at the store for a refund. This is was the worst experience I’ve ever had trying to order pizza. The customer service is the worst. I will never order here again.
