Como todos los Subway un buen lugar para disfrutar de un rico sándwich. Lamentablemente en este lugar no están al 100% pues no tenían tocino para un Subway Melt y la única opción de queso que tenían disponible era el tipo cheedar. Sin embargo, la atención es cordial y tienen todas las medidas de cuidado por el Covid 19!

Hoy 18 de julio del 2022 no tienen ni el del dia de plano en total decadencia. Aclaro sucursal Valle de sol...............Hoy 13 de Junio 2022. Increíble como siembre no hay el pan que quieres, solo dos quesos, faltaba mucha verduras. Ya tienen días sin mostaza amarilla la normal. A la cajera hay que estarle hablando para que sea tan amable de cobrar. Se busca rapidez le pregunte al encargado y dijo que le surten hasta el miércoles. Jajajajaja mañana no hay que comprar. Les prometí llevarles mostaza por que ya llevan buen rato sin tener y me dijo que si Jajajajaja 🤣 que vergüenza para una cadena tan importante. Bueno de cualquier manera mañana les voy a comprar y voy a llevar mi propia mostaza. No es culpa de los empleados ellos atienden bien en lo que cabe. Pero le digo que lo reporte a sus superiores, me dijo que tiene muchos que si a cual. Esto fue en la sucursal Valle del sol en CD. JUAREZ Chih.

Continuamente les faltan ingredientes (ejem ADEREZO, QUESO Y HASTA PAN) Los empleados no tienen el compromiso de servicio al cliente ( siempre platicando entre ellos) y la fila muy larga 😏

Vi en las reseñas de hace años que nunca tienen ingredientes y pensaba que actualmente ya habrían corregido el caso, pero sigue siendo el mismo. Acaban de decirme que no tienen ingredientes. No les recomiendo darse la vuelta pues probablemente no tengan el Subway que esperaban comprar.

Este Subway nunca tiene nada, siempre le faltan ingredientes, los empleados solo hacen el ridículo ofreciendo sándwiches a medias. Ejemplo te dicen solo lo que hay en barra y te dicen que te pueden hacer un Italiano y acabas con un pan con pepperoni y lechuga

Seguido estuve yendo y casi nunca hay servicio disponible. Cuando llega a haber, les faltan e muchos ingredientes o no tienen pago con tarjeta. Entiendo que no es culpa de los empleados, simplemente creo que el dueño o encargado no hace bien su trabajo.

La palabra que mejor los describe es : lentitud, son super descuidados ya de servicio al cliente ni hablamos, menos del bueno, todos están más atentos al móvil que a lo que pasa en la suc, ojala y el dueño de esa franquicia lea esto porque les está pagando más por el uso del cel que por su trabajo.

Van 2 veces seguidas que no hay servicio, son las 8 y cierran a las 10. La vez pasada eran las 9:20 y ya no había horneados, nunca hay nada.

Abren muy tarde (11:00 am), a pesar de que el letrero dice que abren a las 08:00 am. Son muy lentos, no tienen lista la caja para cobrar y tardan muchísimo. La peor sucursal que he visitado.

Es la tercera vez que acudo en una semana y me comentan que no tienen servicio porque no hay sistema, otra vez no quisieron atender porque estaban haciendo inventario pero se escuchan las risas en la parte de atrás

Horrible service, I'm giving it 1 star because I can't give it 0. They never have any ingredients and they always have the same whole wheat bread that tastes rotten. They're kind of rude, especially the short girl who never seems to want to work. Save yourself the trouble of coming to the Subway in Valle ☺️

I ordered through Uber Eats, and after waiting almost an hour just for them to have my order ready for pickup, when I got home, the cookies and Subway arrived backwards. They gave mine to my partner and his to me, and everything was wet and soggy. ALL BAD.

Definitely the WORST Subway in Juárez. I've lost count of how many times I've been told there's no bread, that the terminal isn't working, that they only have certain Subway options, and so on. It's incredible that this is always the Subway where that happens to me. Honestly, it's the worst fast food service I've ever had.

Hahaha, the worst Subway in Juarez! The service is awful, they mess up the orders, the staff seem like slaves forced to work with those long faces. You have to be lucky enough to find it open because it's always locked up in the middle of the day. They don't answer the phone, they never have bread, or if it's not bread, it's vegetables. Or they don't accept card payments, or sometimes only cash. Seriously, do us a favor and save our time and appetite and just close it down. You lose your appetite from all the frustration. Today, Thursday, July 18, 2024, at 9:30 am, the service left much to be desired, extremely rude. I walked in saying good morning, and they shouted, "It's closed!" I asked, "Is it closed?" And the guy who served me laughed. They're supposed to open at 8 am; I shouldn't have to endure that kind of ridicule or treatment. The worst Subway in Juarez, hands down. It's the same every time I go. They either don't have vegetables or they don't have several types of bread. Yesterday I arrived and there were six employees doing absolutely nothing, yet it took them five minutes to serve me and there weren't many other customers. A girl was singing songs from the kitchen, yelling at the top of her lungs, and the person who made my sandwich was watching a YouTube video on their phone... ???? The cashier was more focused on their WhatsApp than ringing me up. When I finally asked for my receipt, they told me they don't give them out at that location... Terrible customer service, time and time again.
