MAGGOTS AND WORMS IN THEIR FOOD!!! i will not be back. i showed my plate that had a GREEN worm on it and they refused a refund because i ate some already. they tried to offer me MORE food instead of just giving me my $10 back. i look up the kind of worm and google said its common for rotten meat/food. i’ve been throwing up with horrible food poisoning. get your food poisoning too for a small $10 price 🤮

Be careful, they try to steal your money (they added 3 dollars to my card as tip) I do not recommend! I went back and they apologized and gave me back the 3 dollars. But they intentionally did this, I only found out because I looked at my card and asked for my card receipt. They should have honest people working here.

I ONLY GOT HALF OF THE PORTION OF NOODLES AND HALF THE PORTION OF RICE. Then i asked for a water cup, and they insisted on up-selling me on a bottle of water. But theyre selling foutain-drink SODA where the main ingredient is filtered WATER. All i wanted was a glass of water from the soda machine. But they straight up refused until they can up-sell me an over priced bottle of water. Theyre a scam artist and very medicore food. Go somewhere else. Ill never give them business again.

I am pretty sure I have food poisoning from this place. I instantly regretted choosing this place once I got a good look at the food. The plate was insanely overpriced at $15! Avoid this place

Wish I could rate it 0 stars. Food was awful. Customer service was worse. I outright asked the cashier (girl) if they do refills, she told me one free refill. I come back to ask for a refill, she now says it's $1.50 for each refill. I told her that's not what she told me earlier when I asked while paying. She gave me a nasty attitude saying the same thing, and that I must have heard wrong. Took the same attitude to complain to her coworkers, and the manager stared me down across the food court. Whoever owns this business needs to get rid of these liabilities, because clearly the reviews show the truth. Consistently awful. The business will tank due to their awful service and 'work'.

Customer service is TRASH! I respect anybody working and making an honest living, but if you are going to have employees that don’t speak good english, know that there will be times where a miscommunication will happen. What’s the sense in me buying a large cup when I could have purchased a smaller cup, if either way there would be a refill fee. And when I try to reason with what looks like the manager, there is ZERO effort to even TRY and come to an understanding. This is the first and LAST time this place will receive my support. Bad business decision. $1.50 over my repeated business and word of mouth. Now I feel obliged to let everyone know about my negative experience. Very bad business decision👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

The food was absolutely disgusting. Me and my cousin usually order bistro Thai from memorial mall however this time we were at katy. The lady was serving out samples and the bourbon chicken was really good however the noodles and orange tasted like chemicals. I got food poisoning after eating it too. Me and my cousin usually devour an order of chinese food however we threw half of it away and got gyro wings instead. 0/10

The absolute worst place to eat in the mall. They charged my debit card twice and my credit card once for a total of three charges for one awful tasting meal that I ended up throwing away. I demanded a refund for one charge but wasn’t aware that I was charged a total of three times. Horrible absolutely disgusting food. I have called my bank and I have to wait until Friday to dispute the additional charge because they are still pending!

Pathetic. It is one of the worst place in this dining area. Noodles they gave me were completely uncooked and no veggies added in that. Upon returning the uncooked noodles, they substituted it with Rolls but with more price than the menu price. Made me wait 10+ minutes just for getting anothet Roll. I don't recommend this place.

This particular meat and didn’t like but when he said no the gentleman behind the counter assisting me then went directly to the person behind me and stopped assisting me . He dismissed me and my husband I told him I wanted something and he laughed and didn’t not acknowledge that he was being rude and so unkind. I will not come back to eat her due to poor customer service. My husband may have not liked that particular meat but I did. So rude and disrespectful

Not a great service. They tried to charge me for 3 entrees even thou you get only 1 or 2, they will want to charge you for 3 , they will say it's the same price . When asked for a cup of ice , they refused to give me some. Anywhere else they are more friendly and willing to give cup of ice for your drink that you just purchased from them.

I've never had worse Chinese food. I understand it's the food court, but man. Have you seen that Rick & Morty episode about sugar chicken? That's what my orange chicken was. Even the noodles were just sweet and flavorless.
