Dumplingholic House

My recent visit to Dumplingholic House (I10 and Westgreen) with my son yielded a truly exceptional dining experience. I’ve searched high and low in Katy and across Houston for quality Xiao Long Bao and always feel rather disappointed until NOW! I can’t count the number of times there’s either limited broth, they stick/drip out in the steamer, or lack flavor. Dumpingholic’s Xiao Long Bao are comparable to the those I had at Din Tai Fung's in Malaysia and Singapore. They have a richly flavored broth, delicate wrappers, and impressive structural integrity. Not one broke in the steamer while consuming. We also had beef Pan-fried dumplings and spicy noodles. Everything is made fresh and it definitely comes through in the quality and flavor. Our server was a sweetheart, knowledgeable, and proud of the food. Looking forward to our next visit.

Lovely place & nice service. When I walked in food was being freshly made by hand. The server was nice. I placed 2 orders of dumplings & some spicy cucumbers to go. The food was delicious. Will definitely be back again.

Waitress was friendly and frequently asked if everything was alright and if we needed anything else. Dumplings were superb delicious and juicy. Dan Dan noodle was fresh n chewy n had a kick of spicy. Chive n egg was yummy. It’s another place to hang out for yummy food.

Small simple dining area with outstanding food! We tried a variety of dumplings/wontons and the braised beef noodle soup! Everything was delicious! Will be back!

The Braised Beef Noodle Soup was so good! If you're a lean-meat kind of person, any and all fat; Protein too, just melts in your mouth. It's so amazing. We also got Pan-Fried Pork And Cabbage Dumplings-- also amazing especially paired with the Garlic Sauce they offer at the table. My stepmother got the DanDan Noodles and the flavor is insane-- we also think it would be delicious served cold as well! If you want a more simple flavor palette I would suggest the Braised Noodles and if you'd prefer every bite to be a punch (delicious punch) I'd get the DanDan Noodles! I 10/10 recommend

The dandan noodles are delicious, and the veggie dumplings are great too! You can even ask for a vegetarian version of the dandan noodles. Don’t skip the garlic sauce on the table, it really brings out the flavor of the dumplings.

Cozy casual, not a lot of seating unfortunately but enough that people are seated within 10 minutes on a busy day Service was kind and friendly, the food was delicious and authentic. I would definitely go again. They also sell frozen dumplings by the bag which I would highly recommend. Some days I’m just too tired to go out to eat and having some frozen handmade dumplings at home to boil is so convenient. There are two high chairs at least and a baby changing table in the bathroom

This place was great! Our waitress was super nice, and the dumplings were fresh and yummy! They are made to order so may take a minute to get everything but worth the wait. I honestly can’t wait till I’m back in the area to come back!

Me and my son had stopped in yesterday evening and I honestly have to say these were the best dumplings noodles we have ever had. Everything thing was fresh and delicious made to order you can feel the love in every bite. This will for sure be our go to spot for dumplings! Also the service was great and the place was exceptionally clean 10/10. We had soup dumplings as well just forget to take the picture they were sooo good and fresh!

Not only were the dumplings and bao beautiful to look at, but they were VERY tasty! Everything was delicious, but my favorite was the Xiao Long Bao. The soup inside was light in flavor, and a spoon full of liquid! VERY good! We also got the Golden Pineapple and Passion Fruit teas. Loved it! Parking can be awful in this shopping strip, so go early or on a weekday.

My boyfriend and I came last night (7/7/25) I had just finished doing a 3 day fruit and veggie diet and I was so excited to eat some real food. The prices were perfect and everything tasted delicious, we definitely plan on coming back and bringing some friends and family to enjoy it 🙂‍↕️

I definitely recommend I can’t express enough how delicious everything was. We got Pork egg rolls 7/10 Popcorn chicken 8/10 Spicy wonton soup 20/10!!!!!! Our favorite dish we got Spicy oil noodles 6/10 Pork and shrimp Xiao long bao 10/10!!! Pork chive and shrimp pan fried dumplings 8/10 Will definitely be coming again my kids loved it too!

Handmade dumplings by BMW Westgreen were delicious...thin dough wrapping with favorable meat fillings! The sauce is even better than Ting Tai Fung! Will come back for sure!

We love this place! My wife and I have tried many dumpling places around Katy and this is hands down the best! Watching them make the dumplings is so fun and the service is amazing! I would recommend this to anyone.

Dumplingholic House is a true gem in Katy! 🥟 Every dish was perfectly seasoned and you can really taste the authenticity and care in each bite. Watching from afar, the chef prepared the dumplings with such precision, it’s clear the food is made with skill and pride. The dumplings were bursting with flavor, the broths rich and comforting, and the garlic dipping sauce with hot chili oil took everything to the next level. Cozy atmosphere, amazing food...if I could give 10 stars, I would!

I enjoyed my experience here. It's small, quaint and has rural vibe. All the food we tried was FULL of flavor and cooked to perfection. There was only 1 cook and 1 server so our order did take a long time but it's worth the wait. If you want homemade dumpling and noodles that taste exactly like you grandmas.... Go here!

I recently visited this spot and had a mixed but overall okay experience. The pork spicy wonton soup was absolutely delicious—the wontons were flavorful with just the right amount of heat. That said, I expected more broth; it ended up being more of a sauce that lightly coated the wontons rather than a full soup. The chicken and mushroom dumplings and the pork, shrimp, and scallop dumplings were just okay. Both were a bit dry, and while there was garlic sauce, vinegar, and chili oil available at the table, I was surprised to find there was no soy sauce to round things out. The onion pancakes were pretty good—crispy and satisfying. I also tried the spicy beef pancake wrap, which was certainly interesting, but not really to my taste. As for the noodles, the dandan noodles had a unique and bold flavor, but the peanut element was a bit too overpowering for my liking. The oil-splashed spicy noodles were tasty and had a good kick, but felt incomplete without a protein component. They’d definitely benefit from an added protein to make it more of a complete dish. The popcorn chicken was solid—crispy, well-seasoned, and made with dark meat, which is great for those who prefer that over the typical white meat. However, it really needed a dipping sauce to elevate it further. Service was excellent and the atmosphere was inviting and comfortable but overall, the food didn’t quite hit the mark for me. A few strong elements, but as a whole, it was just an okay experience.
