Not the atmosphere I have been accustomed to with Hooters. It wasn't lively at all and seemed to be getting a little old and stale. Smelled a little stale as well.

It's a Hooters. I'm not sure what happened with the chain, but the ingredients have just gotten so cheap it's marginal at best. The sauces cover up the flavers of the food, but when the chicken is more like tofu in texture than an actual chicken, the sauce won't help. The buffalo shrimp have disappointed me on my last three visits... so that's done. For the record, it's not just this location that I've had the same experience, this one just happens to be my local spot. There are better sports bars with better ingredients and flavors at the same price.

Probably my fault for visiting at 10pm...server came over to take my order around 1015pm. She brought my margarita, and 1045 I'm looking around for my order (only a quesadilla). Every employee in this place is on their phone or choppin it up with another employee. I finally asked the bartender where my order was at 1045, my food was brought out by the manager who told me he was comping the food. Ok.Hooters in Katy again. nothing has changed. Its Friday evening, world series game number 1 fixing to start. Nobody here and food was sub par. Cold fries and had to ask for sauce for the wings!

Update. Frustrated with the changes. They got rid of all of my favorite sauces. Let's see if it's worth it. At least bring back the Hot Honey Buffalo and the Spicy garlic Poor service brought me the wrong items 3 times. Only seems to have good service when guys come without there significant other. Waited forever to get service, and waitress seems lazy and not interested in your order. Update: I went back today to give another try. Service was good, but food quality was trash. The cook just dumped sauce all over my wings and plate. It had so much sauce that I thought it was a different sauce completely. I did mention it to the server but I don't think she got the message. I tried taking a paper towel to soak up some of the sauce but it didn't help. So I took my other plates that had condiment ls on and took the wings off and wiped off the LOADED SAUCE, on the plate had sauce piled up in the middle. It really grossed me out, but I was very hungry so I tried to eat it. I really felt uncomfortable with my food like something was malicious being done to me, but I don't think that was the case. Maybe I want go back here again.

The manager’s behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and not aligned with the level of service a customer should expect. Instead of providing assistance, the manager showed an unhelpful attitude, lack of courtesy, and no willingness to resolve the issue. Our food took an excessive amount of time to arrive, and the same happened with our drinks, which were also delayed. When we asked to speak with the manager about the delay, the treatment we received was terrible. This experience made my family and me feel uncomfortable, disappointed, and undervalued as customers.

I’m highly upset!! I wanted Hooter’s Wings instead of Plucker’s or WingStop. I ordered 10 wings MEDIUM. I wanted some type of sauce on them. I got 10 wings DRY. No sauce at all!! The new soggy fried pickles covered in the soap flavored bread pudding is delicious. Can’t wait to come back for more. Literally the only reason I used to come to this place. Who’s managing this, there’s never more than 4 people in there you can’t check on your food once in awhile? The “extra crispy” fries were mushed garbage too, like I can’t even wrap my head around how lazy you have to be to allow this crap to come out while you have no customers and riding a sinking ship. Just how? Yall wonder why no one comes anymore? Btw no less wings and chicken sandwich were both tough, mushy, and needed more sauce. And no I’m not going to “lovesfeedback” or whatever to type this out again. You’re the “owner” whatever so get in your car, go to the store, and line this junk out. The fact all anyone gets is the same copy paste “go complain on this site” lines right up with the food and service here. GO FIX IT.

Im very disappointed that you got rid of your spicy garlic sauce. Every time I ordered wings it was from you and one sauce i ordered was different to try it out, and the other was spicy garlic EVERY TIME. And you discontinued it. So I haven't nor will eat there again. Unless you bring it back.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had at any establishment regarding service. As soon as I walk in two of the servers are yelling at the top of their lungs ( mind you maybe 6 customers in the entire restaurant) and running around the establishment. Over the course of my experience there are 5 to 6 servers and four customers at this point after each beverage I had it took at least 10 min to get a refill cut to the fact that all of the servers were either gossiping about drama in the middle of the restaurant or scrolling on their phones. While their managers just watched it unfold. I will not be back.

One of the worst places to visit, the food is bad, and the service is worst. The waiter is trying to show they are busy but it’s too slow. Still, she took 20 minutes to get a beer even after the bartender filled the beer glass. Never go to this place, the people who work here are just to show off like they are busy, No good food and no service. Would avoid this forever. The parking is also too dangerous, it's not a secure place. I saw a few of the broken glasses in the parking lot.
