Came here recently for a late dinner, food came out great and didn’t have to wait too long for it. One of the things I like most about Taco Bell is the order kiosks inside as I can easily order without having to worry about any miscommunication. The one thing I will suggest is continuing to decorate the dining area and having workers regularly clean it (removing scraps off tables, taking trash out, etc) as it makes the environment more welcoming to customers. As someone who works in fast food, people will come back to the establishment when they feel comfortable. Don’t be turned away from the majority of the negative reviews, just remain patient and kind to the workers as working fast food isn’t as easy as most people think it is, especially for people who haven’t had to work in that kind of environment. Keep up the good work! 👍👍
Not the "Healthiest" Food, but the Kids Loved the New Churros and Cheese Roll Ups are ALWAYS a Hit.
This is the first time I come into this place. I normally always do drive through. But let me tell you! The place was actually well maintained. From the kitchen area (yes I check for things like that. I’m that person unfortunately) to the dining area and even the restroom! Staff was really nice and helpful too! Definitely will be dining in again.
Just had an incredible meal at Taco Bell today! The Crunchwrap Supreme was perfectly crispy and loaded with flavor (almost like on the picture below), and the Baja Blast drink was the perfect refreshing touch. The service was quick, and the staff was super friendly. For the price, you really can’t beat the taste and portion sizes. I’ll definitely be back soon!
I had the pleasure of picking up my family of 5's late night cravings on a Friday night at the Taco Bell in katy on marketplace drive across from walmart and let me say this is how fast food should be. I ordered online and arrived at the window I made the mistake of driving pass the place to order without informing the employees I had arrived to pick up my mobile order and the place was packed. I gladly had to drive back through due to user error but the line took less time than when I first arrived with twice as many cars. They were working working! I was assisted at the drive thru both times by mrs.byrd and her coworker emyoa, they were above professional and embodied the spirit of someone late night foodies would hope to run into. I visited before the remodel when it doubled as a long John silvers and had to ask if they were there back then because I never had the pleasure of meeting such wonderful employees. I will be here time and time again with my family and needless to say the cooks there did a wonderful job preparing my family's meal to perfection. I'm out right spoiled and need to get my steps in because I shall return. Thanks again Mrs.Byrd, Emyoa and the rest of the night staff. We are happy you're here!
I like this location. When ordering they use an automated assistant that takes your order and by the time you get to the window your food is ready. I would recommend double checking the screen to make sure your order is right because sometimes the automated assistant hears you incorrectly. The inside looks new and is kept clean. The food is not always hot when I pick it up, that’s why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.
How does Taco Bell corporate not step in after these horrible reviews and service. Hardly any meat in our tacos. Full of lettuce. Never have strawberry breeze any time I go. It's pay more and get less at Taco Bell. I can make tacos at home for the 20 dollars I spent or go to a taco truck.
This place is terrible. Completely ridiculous. Our food was cold right out of leaving tie drive through. The quesadillas smelt like smoke and had no cheese or sauce on them. And the little cheese that was in them wasn’t even melted. We spent our hard earned money here and it is disgusting. This is not the first time this has happened. It gets really frustrating when you just want some fast food and everything is disgusting.
just did an Uber Eats order and I am so disappointed. My fries are cold, chalupa is so hard and it doesn’t even feel warm or hot in the slightest. I tried to bite into my chalupa and it hurt the back of my two front teeth. I asked for extra sour cream on my burrito hardly got any , and I didn’t get my cinnamon twists.
NEVER COMING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. THIS IS THE LAST STRAW. Telling people they don't have time to make your order because they're too busy dealing with other orders is unacceptable. The most HORRIBLE customer service at this restaurant. This has not only happened once, but I have been yelled at in the drive through in the past before they put the automated system in. She got irritated while I was verifying my order bc the speaker was too low and I COULDN'T HEAR NOR UNDERSTAND HER! But today, they just did us wrong. This particular store is notorious for having people work there who don't care about customer service. They will do just enough to earn their paycheck. They always forget to put items THAT YOU PAID FOR in the bag. Last time I'll ever visit this location. In fact, they screwed up our order so badly that we have to go to a different taco bell to complete our meals.
Absolutely abysmal? They made me wait 32 minutes, gave my entire order away after telling me to wait in the parking lot? Every single time we come here it’s AWFUL. Go to any other location in Katy. Corporate needs to retrain this entire staff
Will never ever go to this Taco Bell location again! Had a sweet ice tea from there, fresh brew kind, and near the bottom of my cup, it looked like there was phlegm or spit at the bottom. I was quite disgusted!!!
I went there last night around midnight and had the worst service I’ve ever had a Taco Bell. I don’t even think I’ll ever go to another Taco Bell again. I pulled up to the drive-through window and there was a large roach outside the window then I received my food and the tacos barely had any ground beef in them. I then drove around to ask for a replacement. The replacement looked exactly the same. I then asked for a refund, but as I’m talking to the “manager” I’m hearing someone in the background talking smack. Service was horrible, food was inedible, and I’ll never be back to this location!! Oh and I’m not done I’m going to reach corporate too Juan , you should not be the manager!!!!
Honestly, this was one of the worst Taco Bell runs I’ve had. It wasn’t even busy — I pulled up at night, expecting a smooth trip. Instead, my order was completely wrong: sloppy tacos, no mild sauce even though I asked, wrong drink, and to top it off, the girl at the window ( Cameren G was the name on the receipt at 11:40pm 08/03/25) couldn’t even give me the right change. It wasn’t a rush issue; it just felt like pure carelessness. I’m not one to complain over small mistakes, but when every part of the order is wrong and the service feels checked out, it’s frustrating. I hope this location steps it up because this kind of experience makes people not want to come back.
This location is absolutely the worst. I placed an order and waited 30 minutes just to find my order sitting by the drive through. 2 people ordered after us and got theirs before us. When i had asked where my food was they said they had no order saying the name for the order. Then they double check and said didn’t understand the name Kaleigh when it said it on the receipt they reprinted. Then they tried to tell me that the food just came out so they didn’t have to refund me when I clearly saw it was sitting at the drive through and 2 people after us got their order before us. Trying to convince customers to eat cold food and trying to convince them not to get a refund? I work in customer service and this is absolutely ridiculous.
Came through the drive thru, the computer took my order wrong. Then it said a team member was coming to assist, we asked the girl to repeat the order because it didn’t show it to us on the screen. Well she had a whole attitude and said pull up to the window. Well went to the window and she still just wanted to charge us, I said can you repeat the order then we asked her to add what was missing. She said pull to the front I’ll bring the food out. Well when the food came out it was like they threw the cheese in the bag without closing the lids there was cheese everywhere… the crazy thing is the guy who brought it out saw it and just handed the bag over like that…
This location is why I drive 10 miles more to fry road. Filthy place. Never seen this place clean. Both sweet and unsweet tea out. Pepsi tastes way off. Waited 5mins at counter to get sweet tea - staff saw me but didn’t respond. Management is completely ineffective and Taco Bell corporate doesn’t enforce basic food, cleanliness, and image standards.
Employees looked like they hated their life and slapped together this monstrosity at 8 PM on a Thursday. If you don’t have the cardboard holders for the hard shell tacos, please tell your damn customers so they can choose something else. Took forever to get the food out bc they drug their feet to each station using one hand to assemble my food and the other hand to express how annoyed they were to be doing their job they signed up to do. Will go to the one on 99 forever because of this.
The beans were very dry. The order was wrong. The food was just thrown together. I'm not surprised. That's what we get for trying Taco Bell again. It's always a letdown. We need a Taco Casa in Katy. Quality Tex-mex fast food. Next time, I'm making the drive to Taco Casa! Good luck with your order. Hope they get it right!
The katy mills location (that shares w/ a Long John Silver)is TERRIBLE. Today we waited over 20 mins in line just to order. We order, waited another 10 minutes and finally get to the window. My husband asked to please get his receipt when they took payment. They threw the bag in the plastic bin to hand to us and when we were waiting for the receipt we asked for, were told to pull up.upon re checking to see if the receipt was in the bag,we noticed items missing. So we pulled to the front to go in. The doors were locked so i knocked and a gentleman rudely told us to go wait in the drive through again.by this point the kids were crying n hungry and we didn't wanna wait another 30 minuets on food We paid for but didn't get and I didn't wanna risk waiting again just for them to ask for a receipt they never gave us. The food we did get was sloppy,not wrapped correctly and was cold. TERRIBLE SERVICE
