Do not get brewed coffee. This is the second place I've been to that has the grinder and it auto makes the coffee. But it's so weak it tastes like flavored water. It's gross and do not recommend.

I come to this location every so often and ask for light ice. I feel like every time I end up down the street my drink is almost gone and I have a cup full of ice left!! I didn’t pay for ice which is why I ask for light ice in my drinks. Not trying to be unreasonable but the prices we pay for these drinks are ridiculous and I shouldn’t have a half cup full of ice and 1/3 drink in my cup. Great service every time but never get my drinks the way I like here sadly. :(

I’m convinced that this store is half ran by people who can’t read. I have heart issues and can’t have caffeine, so I usually go for the crème frapps. Half of the time I get a regular caffeine packed frapp instead of the crème ZERO CAFFEINE frapp I order. ITS NOT HARD TO TELL THE DIFFERENCE IF YOU USE YOUR EYES AND READ. You can see in the photo that this is a regular frapp with caffeine, don’t even have to taste it. That was a waste of money for someone I couldn’t even drink.

Went in with co workers for a lunch treat and manager yelled “oh hell no” as we walked in. Very unprofessional

Stormy WAS SO RUDE TO ME I refuse to patron this store again. I have already had one of their baristas slam the window in my face on another occasion but the fact that they can’t make a drink correctly because they genuinely care less if it is good for you or not is really all that needs to be said. This location should be shut down. They don’t keep it clean, their baristas don’t care about even repeat customers, and they do everything half way with no pride in their work. Terrible Starbucks don't waste your time or money here!!!

Today I felt like having Starbucks I ordered a large Hot caramel macchiato and a short pumpkin spice when I got home, took the lids off to reheat and this is what my pumpkin spice look like I uploaded a photo I couldn’t believe it come on Starbucks. You can do better than that. Check your orders. What is there two year-old working there?

Normally don’t have this issue or either I haven’t been paying attention but this is how much drink I had when I opened my cup. I got light cream, this drink is almost 8 bucks. If I wanted a small I would have purchased one. Im a little pissed! Prices are already ridiculous then to be cheated pisses me off.

I ordered a grande strawberry açai with refresher in a Venti cup hoping that there would be space to add My energy drink in it. The barista handed me a Venti cup full to the top with extra water, making my drink watered down. when I explained to her that I just wanted a grande strawberry açai refresher in a Venti cup with the extra space ,she proceeds to tell me that it’s just extra ice that they added, but if it was extra ice, then the cup would be full with ice But it wasn’t it had water all the way up to the rim . so when I told her if she could’ve just leave the space so I could add my drink She ends up, just throwing out some of my drink, leaving it diluted in water. I paid for a full drink. I’m not understanding why they had to add extra water to it. I used to work at Starbucks and when someone asked for a smaller drink in a bigger cup, we would just leave the space. I’m very disappointed in the Situation because I come to the Starbucks very often since I live down the street.

5 people working but none could take my order. I stood there for 5 mins and all someone said was “we will be right with you” but no one did. Ended up just leaving

Ordered a Carmal Frap and asked for extra whip cream. They put barely any whip and covered it in Carmel. Figured they got confused so went in and asked them again and they still covered it in Carmel. Now stuck with an expensive drink I can not drink. So much Carmel it covers the entire bottom of the cup. I just wanted it how it’s made. Why can’t they do that? Too much Carmel makes it unbareablely sweet and undrinkable

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to…. My 6 dollar frap had a squirt of whip cream like the ends of the can and it was so watery basically a melted iced coffee McDonald’s can do it better , not to mention the employees are not friendly none of them can give you a smile those are free last time I checked 🙄🙄
