First time visit. I knew Zaxby's was there, just never went. So glad I did. Much better than Cane's! Chicken is so juicy, and has a wonderful flavor. The cole slaw is creamy, and goes well with everything else. Can't wait to go back!

I love this Zaxby's. The food is always hot, and the fries are crispy! The fountain drinks are perfection- fizzy and a perfect blend of syrup and soda water. The best part of this location though is the friendliness of the workers. Ian is a shining star- always happy and smiling. He goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction! He seriously brightens up my day. The general manager also deserves a shout out. She is always on her A game!

First time customer! I Ordered the $12.99 MrBeast box. My box included 4 chicken fingerz, crinkle fries, half order of fried white cheddar bites, feastables milk chocolate bar, 2 slices of Texas toast, small diet dr. pepper, with zax and spicy zax sauce. The feastables milk chocolate bar reminded me of a hershey bar but slightly better surprisingly. Every item was hot and fresh. The chicken fingerz were crispy and juicy. Not sure how long Zaxby’s will offer the MrBeast box. But I sincerely enjoyed it minus the white cheddar bites. My experience is completely different from most of the reviews I see. Customers mentioned the smell of the establishment, restrooms, and food tasting old. I ordered through the drive-thru but decided to go in to see for myself. I was greeted at the counter as I was inspecting the food area. The establishment and restrooms were squeaky clean with no bad odors.

Service and food are great as always. Been going here for 10 years and love each time. Personal favorite menu items are Nibblers and boneless Tongue Torch wings.

I was delighted to come in and learn that Zaxbys was serving shrimp for a limited time. And they are delicious! This location is always clean and the associates are always friendly and delightful!

Took my oldest son here after school to eat, the place was not busy. Outside was very clean minus a empty box by the front door. We went inside to order and the dinning room was clean and the ambiance was inviting. We went to the counter and was welcomed by a employee, she was very nice while taking our order. I only seen 1 more employee in the back and that's it. It did not take long to receive our order and I asked her for a Togo menu. I asked her about the sauces and she gave me there Insane sauce to try. It was definitely spicy.... My oldest has tried this place but me and the wife have not, gonna have to now based off the service i got today!!

Zaxby has always been my favorite when living in GA. I wish there were more locations in N. Dallas. My food was great. The drink machine needed to be clean. Overall I would go back if I’m in the area.

I stopped by this Zaxby’s after a long day, and what started off as a frustrating situation turned into one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had at any restaurant. My order had a mix-up — something that happens anywhere — but what really stood out was how Marcos handled it. Instead of giving me the runaround, he stepped in immediately, listened to what happened, and fixed everything without hesitation. Not only did he correct the order, he made sure everything was fresh, hot, and exactly how it should be. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers and takes pride in making sure people leave satisfied. In a world where great customer service is getting harder to find, Marcos went above and beyond. I left with great food, great service, and honestly just a really good feeling. I’m extremely grateful for the way he handled the situation. This location has earned a loyal customer because of him. Highly recommend stopping by — and if you’re lucky enough to be helped by Marcos, you’re in good hands.

Ordered the wings and fries combo in Buffalo medium sauce. The wings were baked well and plenty of sauce. The medium was more like mild. The fries were very good, non breaded plain fries with cajun seasoning. This was a drive-thru order. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I've never been to a Zaxbys before. Definitely will be back.

Yeah coming from Georgia Zaxby's is so much better than anything they have here in DFW and instead of getting that nasty canes they should come here and get some actually seasoned tenders I love this place especially being raised in Atlanta.

The restaurant was extremely clean. The food was hot and fresh, and the staff was beyond friendly. It was the first time I visited this location. Im not sure about the other shifts but this particular night and this particular crew was extremely friendly. We were greeted when we walked in and told thank you and have a good night by several employees, on our way out. It wasn't over the top but a friendly atmosphere. They all knew what great customer service was. A 100% fantastic experience.

I was out and about when I spotted with my little eye, Zaxby's. So we waltzed in to see what the hubbub, was all about. We were promptly greeted by Ms. Bella, with the sweetest of smiles and ready to serve, as well as Mr. Mackie. The appearance of the store was squared away neat and orderly, with the exception, the men's bathroom had a distinct order. Nevertheless, we took the time to dine in and we had the Big Zax Snack meal with spiced fries a piece of toast and soda pop and lemon pepper wings, spiced fries, toast and soda pop. The wings and chicken tenders that were really delicious. The price of food for two was $21.63. Zaxby's I will be back. Thank you Ms. Bella.

Zaxby's First Visit Review Tried Zaxby's for the first time and went with their #1 combo. The chicken fingers? Tasty! Fries? Just how I like 'em. Toast was alright, nothing to rave about. The place could use a little sprucing up though; felt a bit old-school. Overall, good food, decent vibe. Solid 4 stars. 👍

The fries are good since they are seasoned and have amazing texture, the chicken is small but they offer a fair price and good flavor. The bread is not what your looking for. Good customer service and fast.

Love Zaxbys! Try to stop by here for a treat every now and then, as we gotta keep the fried stuff to a minimum. But still the food is great, people are cool, and not sure if I've just missed it in the past, but they have seasonal flavors at the spa machine! At the time of this writing it's peach soda, and it's yummy! Especially mixed with a little coke. The building could use s little tlc. It's starting to get a little rough around the edges. Torn or worn seats, cabinet doors hanging off or just leaning against cabinets, a good deep seasonal clean would be good. Otherwise it's still and likely always going to be a stop on our list. P.S. looks like they changed their salads and took away the Buffalo Blue... poor choice, we're sad. 😢

Zaxby's very good chicken strips. A little on the dry side. But all in all good tasting food and numerous sauces to choose from ranch to insane flavors. You have to try them all...

It was good! I got the Zac snack. It was good! I witnessed Dakota deal with a difficult customer. He kept his cool and was very kind. He is a great representative of your company!

Chicken fingers are average. Could be due to the large amount of chicken places in the area. Cheese curds were ok. Zaxby's sauce was similar to others. To me, this was average compared to Cane's or some of the others.

I was nicely surprised by this concept, they only have a couple stores in the DFW area and they're posed to grow. The restaurant was very clean and the cashier was super courteous. The food was just like any other fast food restaurant except that the sauces added an extra kick. I liked that the seating consists of booths for comfort.

I like to come here sometimes, but the quality of the chicken sandwich really varies...sometimes it tastes fresh, other times not so much. Ordered one today and the bread was quite stale (surprising). I scored "3" on the food as sometimes it's better...just wish it was consistent. The prices were also hiked pretty sharply recently.

Soda machine was disgusting. Super dirty with red fruit punch. Otherwise, visit was good. Quick service.

I normally have a good experience here and even if it was I’d still give 4 stars at the most. This visit was 3 stars because chicken tenders are their main menu item and I order a chicken tender plate. The tenders were dried out. I didn’t know it was possible to deep fry chicken and make it dry, but it was. The fries are bland and the chips are inconsistent. Some are too thick to be fully cooked and others too thin that they’re burnt. I like Zaxby’s but their food is inconsistent and pricey.

First experience was awful. Everything was blamd and cold. The only thing I enjoyed was the cookie butter shake.

Food is good. I got here about once or twice a week and order the same thing. It’s always a hit or miss on if it cost the same as it did the week before and if they get my drink order right. I don’t know if it’s a new staff or what but sucks when it’s not the same experience each time.

Food is good. But there’s never sauce on the nibblerz. So I order extra sauce and do it myself. They forget the extra sauce too.

First time to visit. Bought a 4 piece tender meal. The tenders were tiny, maybe 2 1/2 inches long, very thin. Fries had a decent taste, maybe a handful in the box. The toast was buttered toast. Service was okay. Price was high but most chicken places are. Canes portions are better.

I went and got a grilled chicken Cobb salad, the chicken was good but the lettuce was mostly wilted/old looking. The onion topping was stale, the tomatoes were almost see through because they were old. I paid 13 bucks for this which was ridiculous. I would have told them but I was in a hurry and had to go back to work. This place used to be so good but it was disappointing.

Hello Everyone 👋, Man oh man I’ve been wanna to try Zaxby’s! First thing I noticed was nobody was at this location, Now I understand why 😏. First thing I do is run to the restroom.Bad choice please fix the door, or maybe just remodel the RR. Customer service was ok ,but please pull the trash. Reminder nobody was at the location. (Pics down below). I order the #1 but when I receive my food I look and told my wife “ Did I order a kids meal) chicken seem over cooked fries cold a hot mess 😞. T 1hr $32.56 three guest

Drive thur lady very nonchalant. No thank you come agin. Food was fried in old grease. Ordered the surf and turf. Fried was a little cold strips were okay and the shrimp was fried too hard. For 40 bucks I’d take a hard pass on Zaxbys

There are eight unsightly stumps in front of the building - the trees were removed without a permit and I believe they have been ordered by the city to replace them. The new white paint shows grime, the interior remodel replaced none of the torn up booths. Instead, the remodelling consisted of removing the center section of the restaurant, and trash receptacle is in an empty corner instead of close by the east exit/soft drink bar where it should be instead. The food was ok, if you like soggy lettuce. I find the attempt to make Zaxby's more visible a cheap, painful eyesore, made especiallly cheesy by branding an old car and parking it permanently in front of the restaurant. This is not good marketing. It is quite the opposite - a turnoff. We used to visit this Zaxby's at least once a month, but today was our farewell visit until the owner shows a little respect to the Keller community. The team serving us today was fine, so this is mainly about the ugliness that has been created on the corner of Bourland and Keller Parkway. I would much prefer a multicolor art mural over the entire building than a place that looks like it's getting a final last-minute polish before being torn down.

I got a Zalad here and the lettuce/cucumbers were rotten. It was totally inedible and I really regret getting it. It was a complete waste of money as I just went somewhere else for lunch afterwards

First time eating here. I’m a bit disappointed. Funnel cakes are my fav & this was not it. Looks like they re-heated & over did it. Burnt & crunchy.

Been wanting to try Zaxby's cause I've been hearing that it's better than the other competitors. Absolutely not. I did an online order and got the family tenders, cheese bites, an extra side of fries and the sauces and a gallon of sweet tea. The restaurant was empty, and the guy was so confused about the pick up order and what name was on the order and it was the ONLY pick up order there and my name isn't common. Got home with the food, unpacked everything, and all was good up until I noticed the sauces I requested were missing. I live about 20 minutes away and was not going to waste my gas running back out just for sauce. Thumbs down all the way around. 👎🏽 Chicken is dry, even more so without any dipping sauces 😒 cheese bites were dry AF, not to mention cold and hard, fries were soggy. Never got a text or email notification that my order was ready for pick up, so who knows how long my food sat there, but evidently it was long enough for everything to be cold and wet. The only good items were the tea and toast. 😒 I almost wish I could get a refund for this entire order because it was such a waste of my hard earned dollars. Definitely will not be returning.

You always know a place is doing poorly when they start charging for SAUCE!! So sad to see this... Shame on whoever decided this was a good idea. I thought they were learning from Chick-fil-A and really growing but this sign and the obvious lack of customers (wonder why) is a clear "sign" this place needs help... Don't we pay enough as it is??

Horrible experience. I came through the drive through and I was the only car in line and was told to pull up in a parking spot to wait for my food (not a big deal). I was waiting in the parking lot for over 10 minutes when another car came through and got their food instantly. I then proceeded to drive back through the drive through and asked if my food was ready and it was sitting on the counter. The girl who was running the drive through gave me a bad attitude and basically just laughed at the fact that I pulled around asking why it was taking so long. Wouldn’t recommend going here.

Sun. Oct 5th they literally had 2 employees working. Literally waited 20 minutes for my meal. Toilet was broke in the bathroom! I definitely won't be back!

I walked into this place and was immediately questioning my decision. The stench of sewage in the air caught me off guard but I thought maybe it was just issues with the rain we've had recently...... NOPE. I went to wash my hands before ordering..... now, I've walked into some funky, nasty restrooms over the years. Nothing ever disgusted me like this place. The smell is atrocious. Everything in there has some petri dish science project type growth covering it, the urinal is literally a nest for flies. Buzzing around and attacking you for entering their domain. I was quickly not hungry anymore and if I had just smeared zombie guts all over hands like Rick and Glenn did in season one, they still weren't dirty enough to risk touching anything in there to clean them. Needless to say, I carefully removed my left shoe and balanced myself in a tree position to take off my sock, and carefully got my foot back into the shoe without touching the floor barefoot. With my dirty sock, I grabbed the door handle to exit. Once in the parking lot, I set the sock on fire to kill anything it may have carried out of there.

I’m not one to write reviews and I extend grace but this staff today l did not have any respect in them at all. I wanted some ranch and older man told me to let him know at the drive thru next time. I’m extremely disappointed for the attitude and rude customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

I have lived here 8 years and today told myself we would try Zaxbys. Restroom smells like a sewer and the smell oozes into the empty dining area. The batter on the chicken taste almost burnt and tenders are tiny. My son chose not to eat his chicken. It is definitely different but in a bad way. We won't ever be coming here or any other location ever.

Food was meh, ok at best. One of the salads ordered looked like it was very lacking, fries felt like it was chewing on cardboard. Men’s room was absolutely horrendous. Three meals for over $40 could have gone somewhere nice, but it did give us something to talk about I guess.

Hard working nurse, been taking care of people all night, on my feet all night. (No complaints there). All I wanted was a hot lunch, decided to uber eat food from here and it was cold, but I was so hungry so I didn’t care. But as I was eating it further, I see a piece of hair. 🤮I didn’t want to dispute on uber eats because the gentleman was so nice and didn’t want to ding him. But here I am starving!! Thanks a lot.

We seen the chicken tacos on a commercial and thought we would give them a try. 6 tacos with a tomato sliced in half, a few sprinkles of lettuce, a crumble of bacon, no avocado anything and a large chicken nugget on each... total joke with zero flavor. Terrible customer service and expensive food that taste worse then a 7/11 2am visit.

My first and probably my last time going here. Went thru the drive thru service was great and the the attitude from the employee was great but the food was terrible. My meal seemed as if it was under the hot lamp for at least an hour!? I work directly across the street so it should of been fresh. My bread was almost the consistency of a crouton, the fries like warm at best along with the chicken. I got the kickin chicken meal I understand drive thru is supposed to be quick but still I could of waited a few extra minutes for fresh food. What I was served definitely shouldnt of been served to a customer

Yesterday was my first time trying Zaxbys with my friend- and it was terrible. I went in the drive thru, and as we were ordering, the male worker kept getting angrier and angrier because I was confused on wing sauces. THEN an older lady joins, she immediately raises her voice and says : “we don’t have all day..hurry up” while it’s 11pm? She got even more upset when I asked to list me the sauces I can toss my wings in, (because it’s not on the menu…) and she started listing them, we just agreed to whatever she said first because she was being so argumentative. THEN she forgot my loaded fries AND drinks- took them forever to get it fixed. Not to even mention ..the fries were cold. This place is a joke .

My first and LAST time I will ever order from this location. What is the point of me paying for extra zaxby sauce, and you decide to provide NO SAUCE, even for the basic combo. Not to mention not reading the order to make sure everything is in the bag. No sauce and missing a drink? I believe the food is fine, and folks will definitely enjoy the taste, but after this experience, I cannot trust to order from this spot again. Raising Canes from now on, at least ill get my sauce and extra when i pay for it.
