My fiance went to get me food while I was working. He ordered the noodles for me and 2 entrees of the beef and broccoli. I open my box and see fried rice. I have a mild egg allergy. Thanks, also no soy? After he specifically asked for soy? Bs.

Wasted trip into town. Rude teenager/young adults, who honestly do not need to have a customer service job because of their attitude. When you have to repeat yourself 4x, and they still get your order wrong...yeah I won't be going back. On top of that, the sweet and sour sauce cups were not even HALF full. Really sad, because they were on point when they 1st opened.

I go back once every couple of months thinking it will get better. Nope. Why don’t they send some employees to the Longview location to train. Theirs is always good. The rice was clumpy and not done. I ended up feeding it to my dogs.

The only place that comes close to this bad of customer service is the Popeyes in kilgore. The manager could not be less helpful and the store is disgusting. If you choose to eat here, be sure not to order within 3 hours of closing even if its on the app, they will not cook the food fresh and if they're out of whatever item, they just wont fill the order. All without notifying the customer.

I went and got my family dinner last night spent well over $40 and half my order was missing, an entire bigger plate and a couple other things. so guess who had to miss out because my children needed to eat, ME 👎🏼 Called about 6 times at like 6pm to let them know and no one answered.

We went in to order our food tonight at 8:30. Lobby closes at 9:30 drive thru at 10. They were out of almost everything and everything we had planned in our app to order. They had already cleaned the grill at 8:30 so they couldn't make any more food. Options are posted in photos. The drive thru worker was rude and managers apperently had no idea how this location "runs" abused to me.

I ordered the larger, 3 item plate to go, with the original orange chicken, walnut shrimp (paid an extra 1.2t for that) and the new almond chicken. The almond chicken is the black, tarry substance that is not edible. I tried to call the restaurant to tell (complain) about the food (when I got to my house) but they don't bother to answer the phone. I am guessing by the lack of cars in their parkingot T 530 pm that should have been my first clue... So... if you go there, be sure to check the contents of your container. What a rip off
