Edited to add: We went by again today. Despite being swamped, Kayla, our carhop, was a delight. When the car next us was rude over it taking a few minutes to get their order, she handled it with class and kindness. This Sonic never fails to impress. We just stopped for cold drinks. As busy as they are today, the service was wonderful. Sera was kind, sweet, and funny, and she had a ready smile for everyone. Sonic needs her to be training everyone how to provide true customer service.
Omg Kayla is an amazing worker, brought our food out in time, and persevered through the monsoon like rain please give her a raise #kaylaNation.
Food is usually pretty good. Milkshakes off charts(unless it's a really bad day). Shortages on and off, but the foods always cooked through. Presentation aside at times. Love the bbq popcorn chicken, and rest of family goes nuts for the burgers and coni dogs I'm sorry the pics bad.i have a short car
The burger was way too salty. Not sure if they over seasoned it or the dill sauce was the culprit. It was also made sloppy. Most of the lettuce was on top of the bun and the pickles were just clumped in one spot. They also figure the 3 sauces I ordered. I even asked the car hop were they in the bag and was told yes. Glad they were free.
Normally, Sonic is a good go to for a quick lunch that you know won't take up lots of time. Of course, the food isn't the healthiest, but again, not why I frequent there. However, lately, this has changed. I literally ordered and paid online to get a slush during my lunchbreak, drove to the restaurant and checked in, & somehow it took about 25 minutes to get a SLUSH! I was quite perturbed about the incident, but since I frequently go, I was like, "Maybe that was just an anomaly." Until I go again two days later for the same thing, and it happens again!😡 Look, all the people that bring items out were very nice, no complaint on them. But whoever is directing traffic for orders is absolutely terrible. No one can tell me that it takes over twenty minutes to obtain a slush, that you ordered online, at that. Very disappointed in these experiences, and it's forcing me to change up the way I do lunch. However, it is what it is. Just because I enjoy the expeditious service I used to receive when rushing during lunch, doesn't mean that I'll accept bad service, especially when getting a super simple item. I'm a loyal guy, but Sonic really upset me on this one. I even sent a prior review to Sonic themselves, and it never was addressed. I am a retail professional, and pride myself on not giving customers bad service. Sonic is dropping the ball.🤷🏾♂️
Edited update: Sonic on WS Young is usually pretty good with orders today was the worst. 🤦🏽♀️I had a mobile order and was missing a chicken slinger plain with bacon and cheese. I go back to get it and it took them 15 mins to bring out the WRONG item. It was some kind of chicken sandwich with lettuce, mayo, and pickle all over it. I asked for another one and they brought out the exact same sandwich. (Wasn't remade fresh) I even told the female server ( young black girl with the afro and braces) what I wanted and gave her the receipt. She still brought out the wrong sandwich. It wasn't until the male server with the dreads and gold teeth ( I didn't catch any of their names) came and with excellent service and the right sandwich made fresh. 👏🏾👏🏾Well done sir. Thank you. I always get the same thing every Sunday. And it's usually made perfectly.
Each week either me or my better half go to this location for slushies, and sometimes they put the real fruit in our fruit slushies and then other times they don't alot lately they haven't. Which when we ordered it to be, we're clear on this request but they don't always include the real fruit. We get slushies and dessert for us and our family. But its the essentials that if a customer asks for the item and they get charged for it they should get what we pay for.not as we get down to the bottom of the cup and see its not in there!!! No bueno😠😠
I came to this location and was terribly disappointed, staff member was rushing me to make my order and after 20 min wait my order was not correct fries were cold and drink was not as requested this being my first time going to sonic I was highly disappointed
They didn't get my order correctly and I still didn't get my tater tots , and the woman that brought our food was quite rude
The food I received from this Sonic was absolutely horrible—cold, poorly prepared, and nothing like what you expect from a place that’s supposed to be fast and reliable. The Manager and assistant manager needs more customer service skills and also need to work on there communication skills.
Please check your icecream and cookie dough, the blast I received tasted foul in the first bite and I had to throw it away.
All the owner does is respond with the same response over and over to people's Google complaints. Nothing seems to change! I have eaten here more than a few times and tip every single time. That's about to change! Today I was very disappointed (not the first time). I ordered a large half sweet/half unsweetened tea with light ice, I was given, literally, watered down sweet tea. It was not half sweet and half unsweeten, it was half water and half sweet tea. You can definitely tell the difference. I had three quarters of a cup of ice in it, not the light ice I ordered. I ordered a chocolate shake with strawberries in it. I was given a very lightly flavored chocolate shake, with no strawberries, no whipped cream, no cherry. I ordered regular fries with my meal and I was given cold fries that must have been sitting in the fry bin for quite a while. I am not happy customer at all, and I do not feel like I got my money's worth.

I gave them multiple chances to make it right and even tried to contact the manager several times, but the manager never addressed the issue or took responsibility. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I will not be returning to this location, and I recommend others think twice before spending their money here.
This has been my fav Sonic in the area until recently. My order has not been correct these past few days. Had it remade and it was the exact same so I poured my drink out and went to another and they got my order right. I will not be returning
Where to start, went for ice cream and we were the only car there. We were ignored for 5-10 mins before anyone answered the red button, cut off at every chance while ordering, was told they didn't know what a master shake is when it's right on the menu. Pic attached is how the shakes were brought out, when we asked for napkins the server just repeated the total. Eventually brought back napkins, then the server tried to just keep the change. After complaining was offered 2 coupons with purchase.... why would I want to order from this place ever again? Then was told oh well sorry how about a $5 gift card, for what? That doesn't even cover one of our shakes. Very disappointed
Totally unacceptable which I had to reorder twice. To only get home to a disgusting looking burger with mustard and mayo i asked for mayo on the number #2 which they only gave the buger . It almost makes me want to have it sent to a lab to check for human saliva and urine the young lady was extremely rude and likewise the manager Darius whom didn't even offer to replace the burger that couldn't be eaten at all. This was indigenous people who are careless and senseless. I will never patronize this location again.
