I had a great experience at Tea2Go in Killeen! I’ve seen some older reviews mentioning poor service, but it must have been before they brought in the current team because everyone I interacted with was super friendly and helpful. The person at the counter took the time to explain the different drink options and helped me customize exactly what I wanted. The tea tasted amazing and gave me the energy boost I was looking for without any weird crash. The store was clean and had a good vibe overall. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Me and my friends had just got done working out and this lady came to me and said do you want free drinks. We immediately said yes cause we wanted something to refresh us. We went in, they were super nice, explained what the drinks had, told us their favs and fan favs. We felt bad not having to pay anything so we tipped them. I really think this is a good way to advertise and make people want to come back. I would definitely recommend going and getting some drinks from here.

Me and my friend got the Guardians (left) and the Sunrise (right). Don’t get me wrong, the drinks were great but a little watered down, not sure if it’s because the drinks were so large or not but I’ve never had that issue before. Service was good and very little wait time.

Update: got the matcha latte today, they offer 2%, oat, almond, soy, and coconut dairy options.... they don't have sugar free sweeteners option, so I asked for half the amount of sugar, but still a bit too sweet for me....not bad but maybe I'll ask for no sugar next time Cute store, friendly staff and yummy brown sugar chai, congrats on the grand opening and wishing everyone success!

I am disappointed in the service that I got yesterday. I was told there would be a free drink special and I came in having to pay for my drinks. Thinking that maybe I got the dates wrong, I paid anyway, but after another customer came in, the person working over the counter gave the other customer the free drink while I had to pay! I also was given the wrong size drink for both the drinks that I ordered. The drinks were still good I just wish the service was better.

Drinks are good but service sucks. This is my second time waiting 10min at the speaker, and when I pulled up to the window, the girl was playing on her phone and didn’t even realize I was there.

I come to this establishment quite frequently between the hours of 7-9 in the morning. I came again today between those hours and I didn’t receive half off of the teas I purchased. Then, I came back this afternoon to purchase tea and asked the cashier if the half off is just for certain products or does it apply to the tea bar and she said it’s off of everything. I was like I came in this morning and you did not honor that and she was like yes I realized that and I’ll remember next time you come in. One, this is false advertising and two it wasn’t just this cashier that this has happened with. Thirdly, the cashier should have offered something for her mistake she made this morning since she clearly admitted to making one. This morning was not the first time this has happened either. There have been several occasions that I have not received this promotion. It is extremely frustrating, because I come here daily if not in the morning then in the afternoon to purchase tea for my mother and I. The employees need to pay attention to detail. This place lacks customer service as well. Please, train your employees to honor what you advertise.
