Customer service was not very friendly but they are hiring so there's hope. Food was awesome as usual but you need to get there early if you want everything on the menu. All you can eat soft serve need I say more but I will anyway I like mixing mine with root beer and making a root beer freeze. I like this place and I would definitely keep coming back.

Love the food but the customer service is really horrible during the day night shift is great The host may was very rude and the manager Andre was rushing me to order when there was no line behind me 👎

The last visit was flavorful this time it was disappointing for my mother, she said the meat was dry , and the flavor didn't seem as good as it was before . The place was clean hardly anybody there the server was Descent . Okra seemed like it didn't have seasoning I personally ate that . But overall it was okay

Ordered pick up on the app but decided to eat in, waited a few minutes to get food cause I had ordered fries. ( made fresh when I arrived) Disappointed I wasn’t offered or given forks, ketchup or napkins with my order. Overall food was good although things were not labeled including all the bbq sauces one was barely had a few drops in container. Our waffle fries were rancid, oil needs to be changed. Ice cream machine broken, and floor hadn’t been moped or swept and is also greasy. Windows need cleaning. Tables and chairs are wobbly and chairs are visibly dirty/greasy. Table cover should be replaced when they become faded and/or torn. I won’t bore you with any pics since you’re probably on your way to eat and this will ruin your appetite. I understand that in this day in time, staff is short, orders are probably down and in store dining has fallen down in the list of priorities however it doesn’t take much to make sure the place is maintained, clean and well stocked up.

I used to visit this restaurant weekly several years ago. Haven't come in several years. What happened?! I ordered pulled pork, chicken, Mac and cheese and jalapeno beans. The food was decent, except the chicken, bread roll and Mac and cheese. The chicken was almost too salty to eat. I can't put my finger on why, but the Mac and cheese is just lackluster. The roll was over done. Not burnt but too brown and it wasn't even warm. They no longer have self-serve sauce. They only give you 2 small containers of BBQ sauce that are included with the meal and they fill said containers less than half full. They also used to give you onion and pickles. Not anymore. When I ordered the woman taking my order seemed to really have an attitude. I rarely write reviews, but that's how disappointed I was by the service and good quality that I used to love years ago.

This place used to be great. Latest experience was terrible. First they were out of baked potatoes, then they messed up my order which they attempted to "fix". My meal was supposed to be the deal of the day which come with a drink so they added a drink because my son wanted a lemonade which he said to the lady. Come to find out they were out of lemonade... And the lady said they won't fill it up until tomorrow! What kind of restaurant does that?? We were offered no refund for the drink or apology just rude service from what I think is the manager... What a joke.

Expensive and you get very little food. Not worth it. ** Update ** I forgot to mention that the food arrived on a tray without anything underneath but a paper mat. No plate or anything I'm not sure if that's standard procedure but picking food up off a paper "napkin" type of material is pretty lame. For the price you think that it shouldn't be like that. Definitely a turn off. The response I got from the owner was lacking to put it mildly. Revised my review accordingly. ☹️

The food is good when they have it on hand or ready. Every time I have come in they are short staffed and out of multiple items. “We haven’t had time to make that is the most common refrain. Waited 10 minutes at the register before I was even acknowledged. They also had lost my online order and had to prepare everything. My food was finally ready 30 minutes after the scheduled pick up time. The staff was friendly but clearly overwhelmed. Hire more people to help them out.

It definitely wasn’t worth the price. The rib was dry and tough the only moisture was from the sauce. The chili was good and the baked potato was decent. I wouldn’t go again. You get 1 chance when it come to food with me and once it’s a waste I will never. I have to take breaks in between bites to pick dry rib out of my teeth. Could t enjoy it.

Unfortunately the brisket was so tough that we could not eat it. They sent one little peace of Rib and the Okra was not all the way cooked. Sausage was the only good food. Spent 40 bucks what a waste.
