We ordered online and had a really bad experience. The food looked sloppy, like it was just thrown into the containers, and the taste was awful. On top of that, the portions were very small for the price. Extremely disappointing, won’t be ordering again.

Very dirty inside Every time we go its the same dirty, no one cleaning the dining area, its a shame because the food is good. Please start cleaning the table's and soda area Table's should be cleared as people leave. The floors aswell.

At this point the Chipotle in kingston is a joke. We know what to expect and it isn’t a lot. The online orders are never right. It’s always filthy inside and those poor kids behind the counter have barely any training or support. Why can’t that store get more support? Do they even have a manager? Are they proud of their work? So strange.

I've been to other chipotle locations and found them immaculate and well organized. This place seems to not have adequate staffing, or maybe it's lack of management? It's always very dirty. Beyond 'it was a rush and we are catching up'. reading several other reviews it seems that the company simply does not care if this location gets folks sick. They need to send in someone to shape it up and figure out what the ongoing issues are. I did not dine here, and haven't in a long time. Occasionally I've popped in when I'm in the area in hopes to find someone cleaned, but I guess it's never going to change.

So filthy, just as others have said. Chipotle food is so reliably consistent and tasty. However, here the front-of-the-house looks neglected with errant food on tabletops and floor and overflowing trash cans. Not sure, but the floor may have been cleaner than the tables. That bad! Is this representative of the food preparation areas? I couldn’t find a clean area to dine-in. It seems that no one is taking managerial responsibility at this store. Don’t go until Ulster County Health Department has condemned.

OMG!!!! First impressions. Filthy. Trash is over flowing. Tables are filthy. Counters and food prep areas filthy. Staff is wiping tables and pushing food onto floor. Staff using restrooms with aprons on. Absolutely disgusting. I made my daughter get out of line and we left.

This is a very poorly run franchise of Chipotle. They rarely have sauteed veggies and i just learned that they have stopped making them altogether as policy, so you will have next to no options if you are vegetarian. This has not been an issue for me at other locations. Maybe one day they will figure it out.

Did anyone else get food poisoning at this location on Sat June 28 2025? It was so disgustingly dirty in the restaurant and on the line customers were looking at it and leaving. Wish I had done. I don't blame the kids working there, there was total chaos and no functioning manager on duty. Chipotle Pretend-Like-We-Care-Bot, don't bother. I don't want free meals, as I will never set foot in a Chipotle again. This restaurant needs to be closed.

I was shocked that the place inside looked like a pigsty all the tables dirty, the floors sticky and none of the employees seemed to care about the restaurant’s appearance or how any of the customers are supposed to eat with all the tables dirty and disgusting with food crumbs left by previous customers. The counters looked like crap with all plastic forks and lids not neatly stacked. All I saw was a bunch of teenagers working completely disorganized with no manager or supervisor in sight. The food was edible. They gotta do better.

My daughter ordered dinner to go. Once she got home, she went to eat her food and there was a maggot in the container!! She immediately messaged the company and was offered 2 free entrees. That is the LAST thing someone would want after finding a maggot in their food. My daughter requested a full refund, to which Chipotle has put her on radio silence. Very disappointed as I've heard that same issue has been reported by others. Extremely bad business practice. Would never recommend this place.

Something is wrong with this location's employees where customer's delivery orders aren't made correctly or paid items are forgotten. How do you forget the tortilla to a burrito order? It shouldn't be that difficult to follow. This just shows how much your Kingston employees hate their job or must be clowning around when orders aren't made correctly. Stop messing with people's food and money. The more you mess up the more money you are losing for the company your employees represent. Do better or hire people who can.

Yo I really hate to do this because this is like the only place I can eat at that doesn’t upset my stomach especially as a vegetarian but…it’s just getting worse and worse. I don’t think they’ve had every ingredient available when I’ve gone in for the last year and I’m not exaggerating. Everytime I go in they are out of at least one thing, the soda machine is not working and they’re out of chips. It’s not so bad when you’re in person but when you order online it’s a total mystery what you’re going to get. This time was unacceptable fr I got a kids meal which is already kind of small portions and surprise, they must have run out of the 4 compartment to go boxes they usually have so I paid full price for 3 small sides? Lmao come on they couldn’t have at least given me 2 of each or put scoops in this bigger bowl? And also, soda machine was out of carbonation so I got a flat soda and 3 sides for full price :) Guys please get it together so I can eat 🥲 I love Chipotle don’t do this to me 🤣
