Went to eat at Sharky‘s tonight and Service was awesome my server Alexandra was Great answered all our questions and made our experience at Sharky‘s awesome. We will definitely be coming back. I recommend the burgers they were delicious.

My husband and I had the most incredible time at this enchanting restaurant nestled by the serene lake. The outdoor setting was absolutely breathtaking, with the gentle breeze rustling through the trees and the melodic symphony of nature providing a picturesque backdrop for our dining experience. The air was wonderfully crisp, invigorating our senses and enhancing the overall feeling of tranquility. As for the food, it was nothing short of exceptional - each dish was a delightful explosion of flavors and the ingredients were incredibly fresh. We are eagerly looking forward to returning and immersing ourselves once again in the stunning view of the lake. Our journey all the way from Sugar Land was truly worth it! 10/10.

Delicious delicious delicious! Spent the weekend in the area and stumbled upon this gem on Yelp. Set reservation in advance made for a smooth seating. All the food was delicious and the service was on point. The ambiance this chilly evening made for the perfect date setting even if we went as a group of girl friends.

I tried a fried oyster and catfish shrimp platter. My mom the salmon. Only draw back was it took a long time for us to get our food but least food is good. Nice little place close to Humble.

First time eating at Sharky's. Definitely loved that the outdoor patio is dog friendly. Nice view by the water. Food was good but our server wasn't very attentive. We were never offered refills or dessert, also wasn't aware that Sharky's was part of the Local by Toast app which I love to take advantage of. In last experiences at other restaurants, servers offer this info.

Pretty cool location that sits right on the lake with beautiful views of the lake. It was storming the day we went, so we got to see how the rain rolled across the lake. There's also an open patio with one wall open to the lake view. The service was fast and friendly. Our food was pretty good. The hush puppies and fondue were really good. We will definitely be back.

Went here while in Houston, we started here by driving in circles in the parking lot for 20 minutes trying to find parking couldn’t find anything on the street or in the parking garage that was frustrating before lunch!! , now the waterfront restaurant is very nice, they have indoor seating and they have outside seating right by the lake. We sat outside and enjoyed the weather , for apps we got gator bites they were fresh fried and tasty , cooked really good. We got the bobbers which are their version of hush puppies and since it was our first time there they gave them to us for free for first time customers which was very nice. I had gotten the hook line and sinker dish for my meal and I just got the shrimp and catfish in it , the shrimp was good just your typical plain fried shrimp. The catfish tastes good but in my opinion it was to much breading they use like a heavy cornmeal breading on the catfish and it was just to heavy and overpowering for the fish. My partner got the wedge salad and she liked it just a nice refreshing salad. I say if you are near by stop in and give it a shot and enjoy the scenery outside by the lake!

The waitstaff was wonderful. She truly brightened our day. The food was good, but it needed more seasoning. The fried catfish was a little under cooked for my taste, which was perfect for my husbands taste. We ordered a sample platter with the shrimp fondue in it. Everything on the plate was delicious and our favorite part of the meal (especially the shrimp fondue). The burger was juicy and had a good bacon flavor. The salad was so big I brought it home and have not eaten it yet... bit did taste the vinaigrette, and it had a really good raspberry flavor. I did, however, feel the price was a little high.

I liked the tilapia and vegetables and rice platter. The chicken tenders were chewy. Fried pickles were average. Waited awhile for our waitress to ask what we wanted to drink and eat after being seated. The wait time to be seated was only like 10 minutes though. The location is amazing it’s right on the waterfront and has a beautiful lake and dock to walk down and a green area for free. I would come back again! They have happy hour specials too. Nice outdoor seated area with semi enclosed sides. Straws have Sharky logo on them super cute!

Service was great when we were finally seated. Had quite a wait with at least a quarter of the tables empty. I had the paddle wheels, my favorite. Salad came out after the food. The server apologized, he brought the food so it would be hot. My shrimp was delicious, the citrus butter was cool and solid. The rice was bland and green beans stringy. I was surprised. Never had these issues before.

Friday night assumed busy, sat right away. Hostess was friendly, seated inside and there was wind. Was promptly greeted by our sever Aaron. He was great, on top of everything. However the kitchen was not. Our food came out cold and 3/4 of the entrees were served at the same time. Our food quickly came colder from the wind from inside. Turns out the ac is broken and management is using portables. My daughter asked for no cilantro on her taco, as she has the soap taste, and received with. Aaron did a great job and was very attentive and apologetic for the cold food and kitchen mistake. We will not go back til the ac is fixed. Also learned same owners as Chimichurri’s because of the paper straws’ advertising. Noting the pic we ate the cold food as we didn’t want to wait for a redo.

Waiter was friendly, but disorganized and slow. Got our drink order in and fried pickles for apps. Took FOREVER to get app to our table. We ordered food for 3 adults and 2 kids. This was incredibly slow…as we watched another couple arrive after us and receive food when we did. Most disappointing with slow service was that the fries & food was COLD. Child mac&cheese was Kraft microwave style and cold. Best thing was the dill pickles as they were hot and delicious. Not planning to return here.

Clearly a busy night upon arrival. We requested a lake-side table and the hostess said it would be a 10-15 min wait. We asked to wait at the bar and she said that would be fine. The bar was vacant but there was evidence of a busy night as the bar top was filthy. I made a joke about it to the bartender and we had a laugh. He did not wipe anything down or apologize. About 20 min later we received notice our table was ready. We sat, ordered with our first waiter.. then our next waitress greeted us. She was confused when we mentioned we had been helped already. We noticed several neighboring vacant tables that needed bussing, which remained in the state they were in, for the duration of our visit. We both ordered burgers cooked “medium”. Our wait time for food was fine, and our waiter was pleasant, however after receiving our food we noticed we had no silverware. We waited for quite a while before asking a different waitress for silverware who apologized and then forgot about us. I ended going inside to the bar to request silverware from the bartender. About halfway into my burger I noticed it was quite “rare”. It Tasted good so I finished half but became concerned before continuing. All neighboring tables still un-bussed at this moment. Our waiter began bussing the table closest to us and I requested the manager. She arrived promptly and was polite. She asked me to verify I wanted my burger Medium Rare.. our waiter corrected her that we asked for medium. The waiter took a look and apologized describing the burger as “blue rare”. The point is, the burger was near raw on the inside. The manger requested she bring my burger to the kitchen to show the staff what had been done. She did not return to our table after. Eventually the waiter brought our check with the burger comped and apologized. … And that was the end of it. We left. We have been fond regulars of this restaurant until this point. Hopefully this was just a strange isolated incident. If I don’t get sick I will consider returning..

II walked into this restaurant looking forward to a good meal, as I know the food here is actually very good. Unfortunately, the service experience was extremely disappointing. I waited to be seated while several employees saw me enter, made eye contact, and continued on without any acknowledgment—no greeting, no “I’ll be right with you,” nothing at all. After waiting, I decided to step outside toward the lake area, thinking someone might come to assist me. No one did. After a reasonable amount of time, I chose to leave. I even thanked the employees for the “great service” on my way out, though it was clearly said with disappointment. It’s truly a shame, because the quality of the food deserves much better service. A simple acknowledgment goes a long way. I hope management takes this seriously, as moments like this can easily cost loyal customers.

We waited over an hour for our food. We never even got our food. The waitress did not bother to check on us, give an update, or even bother to refill our drinks over the hour we were there. We got up and left because it was that bad. Deplorable service. When we got up to leave the waitress didn’t even apologize or care. We also had a toddler with us and we asked if they could at least bring her food out so she could eat… nope never got it. One of the worst waitresses we have ever had. Awful awful awful service

The views and food are amazing The service is the worst Our waitress:Grace W Starting with the waitress to the manager The manager handed my wife a dirty glass and when questioned she talked back with a horrible attitude The waitress talking under her breath when I asked for utensils 3x Not even an apology from the manager That explains why the waitress is the way she is…it starts at the top! I think the bad service is with my family The manager is nice with the other tables…. Why just us? I just wanted an apology from the manager She never came back!!!

I’m really disappointed with our experience at Sharky’s Waterfront. We waited almost an hour just to be seated. Once we finally sat down, we waited another 20 minutes with zero acknowledgment from any server. We had to flag down a passing waitress just to ask for help, and even she said she didn’t know who was supposed to be taking care of our table — but said she would at least take drink orders. Another 20 minutes passed before anyone returned, and when they did, it was just waters, one drink for my friend, and the wrong beer for me. When I tried to return it to a different waiter, he didn’t even reach to grab it — I literally had to hand it to him myself. Then we waited another 15–20 minutes… still no correct drink. At that point, I went to ask for the manager. When she came over, I explained everything, and she didn’t even apologize. I told her we didn’t want to wait anymore and we would be leaving for another restaurant. She only said the food was “almost ready” if we wanted it to go, which we declined. Then she charged us for one beer anyway. Overall, the experience was terrible — and what makes it worse is this is the second week in a row we’ve had awful service here. We’ve always liked Sharky’s Waterfront, so I told the manager I was hoping they would correct whatever is going on, because they can definitely do better. But after this, I’m not sure we’ll be coming back.
