Location v Atmosphere v Food v Service The location on 18539 kuykendahl always makes it right. My thin crust pizza was so cheesy and crispy mmm. The atmosphere was clean and felt energetic. Team members look happy and have great attitude. The manager always smiles and greets me by name.

It was an absolute pleasure visiting this Pizza Hut location. The store was spotless, and the service truly stood out. Brittany went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. She was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable as we asked a ton of questions and placed a fairly large order. She never rushed us and made sure everything was just right. On top of the excellent service, the pizza was absolutely delicious. The staffs hard work, positive attitude, and attention to detail made the entire visit enjoyable. Ordered a pizza for store pic up. Got to the store in fifteen min at the drive thru window. The store manager Justin greeted me at the window immediately with my order. It was hot and fresh and made correctly. I'll definitely be ordering from this store in the future.

The order we received was incorrect. We tried calling the store but you get redirected to a customer support line. After sitting on hold with support for over 5 minutes, they transferred us to the store to get our issue addressed. The stores line rang for sometime and we were hung up on. Disappointing there isn’t a way to reach the store for issues with orders.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. 2 hrs after placing an order, no one at this location can pick up the phone for an update. A call center answers and puts me on hold for 15 minutes while they attempt to contact. They could not contact the store or General Manager. The only solution they had was to place another order, with the same location!! I finally order food from somewhere else, and the pizza randomly shows up. Very rude delivery driver, and the order was incorrect and cold. The order was a large pepperoni and 8 lemon pepper wings…. I called for a refund and of course the call center cannot facilitate that. So the non responsive Pizza Hut location will email me. Safe to say I will never order from here again.

Ordered a pizza for delivery, get an email saying it’s delivered but was not at my door. Called to report the issue. Was told I would get refunded and never did. Never ordering from any Pizza Hut again

I was really disappointed with my recent order from this Pizza Hut. The pizza didn’t taste fresh at all—it was hard, overcooked, and barely had any sauce except around the edges. When I arrived to pick up my order, no one greeted me, and I noticed the employees making pizzas without wearing gloves, which was very concerning. This was not the quality or service I expected from Pizza Hut. I won’t be ordering from this location again.

If I could leave negative stars I would. When I realized I placed my order at the wrong location I called and cancelled but was still charged. I called customer service to let them know and got a BS answer that no one was available to help me at the store but I would be contacted in 3 business days. 3 wks later I still have not received a call email or my money!!!

Ordered breadsticks a few minutes ago they were taste brunt because they were burn at the bottom. Worker needs to be trained on how to make bread. Didn’t have time to go back because I was on my lunch.

The person that they put in charge in my order, I believe his name was John when I opened the box I put light sauce. It was overflowing with sauce, no vegetables in the order that had vegetables in it hardly any meat when I asked for it to be made, he looked at me like OK whatever then I said well I’ll just take a refund. He was like OK whatever horrible Guest Service never once offered to remake the order or anything. Then when I tried to call the store, he gave them my number which they could see for tracking and they refuse to answer the call since this is being done on a holiday. I will be calling Dominic Tomorrow to let them know how I was Treated

Certainly! Here’s an example of a scathing review based on your experience: Absolutely Disgusted I picked up my order from Pizza Hut, only to find a dead fly inside the box when I opened it at home. I was horrified and immediately contacted their escalation team, expecting some sort of resolution. Instead of addressing the issue, they brought up that this “wasn’t my first complaint” (which, by the way, shouldn’t matter when there’s a fly in my food!) and told me they wouldn’t refund my money unless I physically came to the store. Why should I have to go back to the store to fix their disgusting mistake? The lack of accountability is beyond frustrating. This experience was absolutely revolting, and their customer service made it even worse. Save yourself the trouble and order from literally anywhere else.

Update: had two channels of emails that reached out to me, neither replied over my food safety concerns, well over a month later. Eat here at your own risk. Owner replies are lip service, considering zero follow up after emailing them at the email address provided. The manager Cody there refused to listen to my complaint about an undercooked pizza, who began immediately talking over me and invalidating my concerns over an inferior product I was given. Cody cited that it was impossible to do so with their ovens, like it's scientific magic. Cody, if you are over stacking toppings, pushing or pulling the pizza into or out of the oven rather than let the conveyor belt do it's job, or even not distributing toppings evenly - yes it's certainly possible to serve undercooked product - I could go into a myriad of ways this can happen given my experiences in the restaurant world - but that's your job to diagnose, not mine. But telling me it's impossible is ignorant at best and potentially dangerous at its worst. However, I can say when there is a problem, you're there to solve it and retain customers! You did neither. It's also pretty evident when the "cupped pepperoni" in the center of the pizza isn't curled, and the cheese retains it's shredded shape towards the center versus melted on the outer portions of pizza near the crust - that this certainly isn't baked to standard, much less extra baked. So, maybe instead of talking over someone with a complaint and dismissing them, insisting you're right while you were in the manager room and didn't even see my order, maybe, just maybe, listen to a concern instead of trying to roll over someone with your corporate jargon. The picture here is what I got ordering extra baked - this pizza is whiter than I am. Apparently it doesn't matter to write that on the ticket, because no one sees it after the prep station - this is verbatim from Cody, once the order is bumped from their quick board and in the oven there is no accuracy check. Isn't that against pizza huts Standard Operating Procedures, specifically checking the product for accuracy? This is another excuse I was given to shut down my complaint, but wow did it make you look really, really, really bad. I've seen employees fired for less egregious violations of a SoP, but using it as an excuse for why my order is wrong seems like a you problem, not a me problem. But don't worry, Cody, if you want to leave the ball in my court, I'll make sure it's fixed! Instead of sticking a customer with your lazy work, maybe try to do your job with a modicum of seriousness in terms of food quality/safety so a customer doesn't have to dog walk you on here in front of your corporate overlords? Because you caught the right one today, sir. We are going to fix this problem! I hope to hear from your store manager within 3 business days before I escalate this as a food safety concern further.

Do not order from here. They never have stuff when ordering and always seem to mess up. I ordered a pizza yesterday and it was gross. Brunt, dry and when I called the location to speak with a manger to get my food reordered. He was to busy to come to the phone at 9pm. When I asked for his name the associate refused to give me her name or the managers. I love Pizza Hut but if you can do a carry out or delivery from another location plz do because last night my guest went hungry during a rockets game. 🤦🏼‍♀️
