We had an amazing experience, the customer service was amazing fast and the food was so good, our server Maricela was very kind and polite very professional, the place looks impecable clean and everyone was very nice. I highly recommend going to Arby’s in Kyle ask for Maricela she is super nice

So glad there’s something new in kyle! And different at that! The family and I went there yesterday, it was so good! I had the turkey gyro (amazinnnggg) and they’ve got root beer and orange Fanta!!! We love mixing the two it’s delicious, that’s a plus! Daughter got the spicy chicken sandwich she liked it as well, husband got the beef in cheddar that’s always good! Son got something not sure what but he ate it all haha. Good stuff. Customer service was on point

You get fat a lot faster than other fast food places, like, you're going to notice immediately and for sure. But they're so good! Better chicken tenders than theme restaurants that charge $20 for a platter of sad burnt tenders, better mozzarella sticks than an Italian restaurant, and with so much cheese. When someone introduced me to Arby's I was like "Arby's? What's that?" and they called it a roast beef place. That's doing such a disservice. They do simple family restaurant dishes, but better than most family restaurants. Just don't let yourself start thinking of them as a good place to go all the time, or your chair will start squeaking in protest at how blobby you get.

Got up early and drove from Austin since the only one close by on Ben White and South Lamar closed down. I was the first one there at 9 a.m. LOL. The lady was very nice and I got two Fresh Gyros. 😁

I think this Arbys is pretty good, my online orders are always ready when I get there, staff is friendly and I've never had any issues with the food. Highly Recommend if you want fast food but tired of hamburgers!

Best customer service of any fast food ever. Better than chick-fil-a. Also the way they put the food together you can tell they take time and don't slop it. Andrew I believe is a supervisor and he is one of the most pleasant people to talk to. He really cares about his whole team and really boosts the morale it seems!

My husband and I ate that this location recently. The guy that took our order appeared to be the manager. He also circled the eating area checking on customers, offered to cut a man's sandwich in half for him.. visited with the patrons, and wiped off tables. I would drive from San Marcos to kyle to eat at his Arby's restaurant because if he is so attentive he also is attentive to the cleanliness and other important things. Kudos. Keep up the good work.

I like to stop at this location when I get out of class in the evenings. This also happens to be when they are slammed in the drive-through. They are still quick and friendly. I have only had one time that I ordered a half pound roast beef sandwhich to find out they gave me basically less meat than the normal roast beef lols I went back through the line and they fixed the problem. (Luckily, it was on a visit when there wasn't a long line.)

Arby's here in Kyle was on point. There sauces were excellent. The seasoned fries were crunchy yet soft in the center. The Oreo cakes were warm, and made us want to turn around and get more. Good cherry turnovers were good the next day microwaved.

Had the Deluxe Steakhouse Burger with curly fries and a coke and it was freak'n awesome! I highly recommend this Arby's for their food, the restaurant was very clean, and the service was impeccable. Definitely gonna stop by the next time I'm passing through

At this location in Kyle's Texas - Wow I was very impressed with the Arby's Chicken Beacon Club Meal. It was hot, fresh and tasty. Everything on this meal was right and the service too (the time they took to hand me my meal was efficient) was awesome. Thank you Guys, you all did very great job!

I like the Arby's grocery sandwiches and now they've got the little slider so I usually get a regular sized Arby's roast beef sandwich and then I'll pick up a chicken slider and a little ham slider so I have a variety with me and it makes for a good meal.

I don’t get Arby’s often, but when I do, this location always gets it right. It’s never too busy, and the wait times aren’t unreasonable at all. The cashier at the drive thru is named Stephanie and she made my day brighter with her personality and attitude!

Food: Fries were crispy and perfect. Double beef and cheddar looked and tasted like they just made it, and all the food was hot. Jamocha shake was pretty good too. Service: Employee initially got my order wrong, but the manager was paying very good attention and noticed / fixed it very quickly. Atmosphere: I ordered takeout so I didn't see the tables, but the front was very clean and the soda area looked well kept. The kitchen was decently visible fron the counter and also looked pretty clean. This is a great Arby's based on my experience today, and I definitely recommend stopping by this one.

Just went through the drive through in Kyle after a trip to Schlitterbahn. The lady on the headset couldn't have been nicer. She made sure we had everything we needed and didn't forget to ask what types of sauces. Food came out hot and was everything we ordered. Great experience!

It was a tough decision between the classic, the French dip, or the chicken bacon and swiss. The staff were really friendly and did a great job at working the upsale. Cannot be upset when they talk you into trying new and delicious things.

Quick service, friendly staff, food was good. It’s an Arby’s so no real atmosphere- but I’m not here for that. I’m here for the food. Toilets were clean. There was a table that hadn’t been cleared & at 11am it wasn’t busy, so that probably should have been done. Or the person eating it should have put their empties in the trash.

We're new to the area, drove 21 miles to this Arby's. Wow! We were impressed. Extremely clean, even the restrooms. Food exactly what we wanted, even made corned beef sliders for us. All three staff that we talked to were friendly, polite, welcoming and efficient. Of course we'll be coming back.

Very clean. Very fast. Friendly staff, and For once, it didn't seem like the fast food joint was working with their 5th string crew of rejected extras from the latest stoner movie. (Not that this location ever does, I don't know that. I've only been once. I mean in general) Hooray for competent employees! It has been so long since I'd been to an Arby's and I missed it so. The chicken, bacon, and swiss was different, but, to be expected, and I don't know what those dessert things y'all were trying to were# as some sort of Oreo thing, but could you just don't? 🤮 No. Yeah, let's just don't, with that anymore. Jk. Go for it. *Someone* might like them....4/5 of my party gave them to that one kid that liked them but he's weird and we don't know how he ended up in our group anyway. Just keeps showing up with an empty stomach. 6dI don't know when loaded curly fries became a thing, but I'd just like to thank the potato gods for that heavenly little dish! Omnomnom! All in all, it was one of the better experiences I've had in long while. Thanks Arby's, for taking me back to such a yummy place.

It's really slow here. Waited 15 minutes to get 4 sandwiches. Arby's is what it is. Sandwiches seem smaller and price is higher, but it's that way in many places.

Drive thru works! Food was fresh and tasty. They forgot my au jus dip but the food still tasted great. 4/5 star visit. Prices are slightly above average for fast food meals. Will be visiting again.

I'm happy to see their menu has expanded so much to include foods I can eat. Back in the 80's I tried to eat at several Arby's franchise stores and got sick each time. Stomach just could not handle the food. Now I can order a few things I'm familiar with on the menu and even ask about the sauces on the sandwiches in order to avoid a bad experience. Thank you, Arby's.

WE HAVE THE MEATS... Except ham lol I had some delicious mozzarella sticks and a turkey slider instead of ham. Maybe the Miami Arby's are different from Texas because they had ham, idk. I also don't visit often enough to keep up with changes. Oh well. Thank you for the mozzarella and slider, they were yummy.

Honestly would be happy to give this place a much higher rating, the food is great and the staff are friendly. Unfortunately the couple times I've been it's been a 25+ minute wait getting through the drive thru. I'm glad to see more business than the previous Carl's Jr. that Arby's replaced, if you speed up the drive thru times you'll be killing it.

UPDATE: Never heard from this company! Ordered a Hawaiian Deluxe Fish sandwich, A Reuben, large fries, a 3 piece chicken strips for the dog and a shake. Sat behind one person in the drive through for almost 20 minutes at 1:30 on a Wednesday. Even my dog was bored. Food was jammed into one bag and both sandwiches looked like they had been stepped on. The fish was about 1/4" thick, overcooked and dry. Nothing on the bun could save it. The reuben, compared to the picture, is about 1/2" thick and still sits in the fridge because no one wanted it. My dog, who will eat a 6 piece nuggets from popeye's, at 15 years old and 5 pounds, wouldn't eat the chicken strips and they are in the fridge. The fries were the end run, or twice cooked. Half the order went in the trash. The jamocha shake was ok until about halfway through the large, then it was flavored ice. I sat in the lot at Firehouse subs and chose Arby's instead. I won't make that $22 mistake again. I don't frequent fast food often but, this franchise is now checked off my list.

Arby's food is good assuming the place is open. It really is a crapshoot on whether they are open or not. All the other restaurants around Arby's are always open which tells me it's not a worker shortage but a management issue.

Stopped here a couple of days ago. There was a rude young lady on the intercom. The intercom speker was not broken. We were being rushed about our order. She was just plain out Rude! There was one car in front getting their order. We were going to leave but the car pulled up behind us, plus our timing for lunch was short. After getting our order we had to pull to the other side and park to wait for our food. The other team member who came out to bring us the food heard the conversation and apologized about the situation. The rude young lady should think about her response if the customer is not rude to her or her teammates.

Weird. 1st time there. Lady taking the orders was so very loud to the point of being annoying. Then in the stall next to me the employee answers a cell(personal? ) and obviously speaking to someone about supplies. No hand washing exiting. Gross.

So.... I went to get me and my lady that wagyu burger they have been advertising. It's good don't get me wrong but for over $30.00 for two combos. It's way too much for the size of that burger. And a strip of bacon on each burger it's offensive and blasphemous. I don't think I'll be going back, not to mention the lady at the drive thru has a very thick accent it's really hard to understand her. And I'm bilingual. If you want an overpriced burger that is good but won't get you full I recommend this place other than that head over to Whataburger.

Finally stopped by craving a burger & remembered their advertisement. Should have went home & ate cereal. The lady at the register wasn't rude but cold. Explained I had never been there & asked about the burgers. Again not rude but attitude I will call it. Before I could even walk to the drink station, the burger was brought to me. Cold..muschy...fries...cold hard. Anyway never no more. Waste of $12

Amazing service and food but someone needs to fix the AC. I was extremely uncomfortable and it took no time for the staff to get us our food. I can't believe management is making these poor kids work in this! We got our food to go as there was no way I could eat inside even though it was very clean.

Wow.. Drive thru time the most important part of the managers day... spent the last 20 mins listening to the manager belittle staff over the times, telling them not to slack off as the next drive thru orders could be coming very soon. Now I understand why my drive thru order is never hot and accurate. I would hate to work in such an environment where no positive feedback was given.

I only order wraps from here and every time I have they’re always different... some times they’re full, sometimes they’re empty, and sometimes, like the atrocity I jut received, there’s a giant piece of lettuce in the top to give the illusion that it is full when in fact it is not. I like the taste but I need at LEAST a consistent wrap, if not one that is full EVERY time. Thank you for coming to my TED talk.

They almost forgot about my meal. My roast beef sandwich seemed shortened. I never have been a fan of their curly fries. I paid almost 9 bucks for what? I ended up feeling sick to my stomach hours later. The whole team seemed lost. Great customer service!

Usually this place is great. Tonight (9:15pm) after unloading the family including an elderly Aunt we had a young man who met us at the door to say the lobby was closed. The door had a sign showing 10pm. He didn't offer for us to come in nor would we have when clearly this may upset the person who would be making my food.

Every time I come here, they jack up my order. I don’t know why I keep going through the drive thru. Today was the last time I drive thru and not check my order before I leave. This is the 5th time. I should know better. The girl in the window wasn’t friendly at all. I took my sack and said thank you have a nice day and her response was “mmhmm”. This arbys used to be so much better right after they remodeled it now it’s just trash again. Bring back that blonde girl manager from Michigan who was training employees. She was amazing and whipped this place into shape. Then she left after her job was done.. then so did all those employees. Do better, Arbys!

I love arby's but this last time going. My potatoes cakes were under cooked and the taste was was bad from dirty fryer oil. Sandwiches was good but it's kinda to mess up the basic roast beef sandwich of just meat and bread. For now it gets just 2 stars. Hope it gets better

its been a long day of work, and wanted some buffalo chicken sliders seen it wasnt busy no one in drive thru they have always been good but tonight the chicken was so hard I couldn't even eat it. Was so disappointing 😞 made a turkey sandwich from home. The person in drive thru didnt seem like she really wanted to be there i feel like the cooks just forgot about the chicken in the frys. Honestly dont know if there was a manager on shift or not. Come on guys do better.

Staff won't let you in because they're lazy. Restaurant is horribly managed. Drive through takes forever. Most of what you order isn't available because that means they'd have to do some work. Why are yall even open?

The customer service at this one is really why I can only give 1 star. If I could do zero stars I would. There is one lady who works the Kate shift by herself and she is the only person who gives half a $#!+. Cold food, wrong orders, bad service. Was literally told rhey won't put turkey on something for me. They have turkey, he just didn't want to put it on the gyro. Haha. Bye

I usually like this Arby’s but today was very disappointing. They messed up both of my sandwiches that I ordered. They were suppose to be roast beef with lettuce and extra tomatoes. Well there were no tomatoes or lettuce on either sandwich. I have tried to call their phone number all day to tell them about their error and no one will answer their phone! I’m not a happy customer!!!’😕

Updated: once again I'm here, open sign is on. And no one is working. This place is a joke. Can't believe they are still in business Kyle Arby's was open but no one working. Sat in the drive thru line for over 10 minutes. At least 5 at the order sign then at least another 5 at the window. Then traveled 10 minutes to the Buda location only for it to be permanently closed. No signs on the building anymore but not indicated at all on Google maps. 4 months pregnant and hangry. Thanks Arby's.

Came in ordered only person in the resturant they make my to go order leave my sandwiches sitting and guy looks at cook says you have chicken. Tenders she was like no so had to wait 10 more min for them to cook that while all my other food sat under that heat lamp. Yaaa horrible service everything should be made to order if noone is there. I sat there at the drive though speaker for over 10 minutes and no greeting or anything. I asked if they were there, open etc.. not a peep. Had to just leave. Prior experience here took over 45 minutes to get food. At this point I really miss the Buda location... at least they had service.

Lobby closed. There is a sign in the drive thru saying to call to order. Called to order, they said they would open in 30 minutes. Waited in car 30 minutes and called back, said they didn’t know if they were going to open in the next 30 minutes. I asked about the sign in the drive thru and they said that was just to keep people out of the drive thru. What a joke!! The parking lot was FULL of people waiting and calling.

Store was open but nobody was there. Sat in the middle of a line forever, while growing closer to running late for an appt., before people started giving up and leaving. Saw an employee walk out and leave in her car in the middle of the wait. Didn't try the door but it was 3pm, hours showed open, lights on, stuff all over, no staff. Insanely ridiculous situation for a business and lots of lost customers just from the time I was there.

My son wanted to try the boneless wings, so we decided to roll through the drive through as it did not look busy at all. Boy were we wrong. Arby's for the love of God and all things holy, stop using a "recorded" greeting. It is very strange when you hear a guy say "Welcome to Arby's, would you like to try our boneless wing combo?" and then a young girl pipes in, "just a minute". We waited at the drive through for a few minutes while Emory got it together. We placed our order and say in line for over 30 minutes until we got to the window. The downside of this place is once you are in line, you are stuck. You can not just leave the line. My car has an "auto stop" function and we watched the timer count up to over 25 minutes of waiting. My son mentioned that many Emory was working by herself which is why it was taking so long. I understand that good help is hard to find, not to mention everyone is short staffed. There is no need to be curt and rude while working the drive through window like I am inconveniencing you. I thought maybe it was just me that was being a little hard core reviewing this place. If you check some of the other reviews of this location, it is the same theme, bad service, long waits, etc. If this is the level of service you are going to get from Arby's, it is not going to be around as long as the previous restaurant it was.

Left out half the order, French dip sandwich had very little meat, and the rest was cold. Tried to call kyle location and never got a person to answer the phone. Called 37 times in a 40 min time frame just to try and get in when they had a sec to answer phone. This business obviously has no concern for customer service, unfortunately, neither do alot of local fast food restaurants. But they at least they correct their errors and at minimum, answer the damn phone. The owner of this location should consider wprkin there his or herself to understand what is actually going on. at there business.

This place accidentally charged my card for someone else’s order. the manager idk her name (African American lady) told the worker. (A young girl with purple hair on the ends) not to let me know that what they did just that they accidentally charged my card twice and it wasn’t going through the second time because the order they charged was a big order. Another time I went to order my one year old (who’s lactose intolerant) some roast beef and turkey sliders without the cheese. The order was repeated to me.. then they said it would be a 15 minute wait just for them to “not put cheese on it” I get my order leave & guess what CHEESE ALL OVER IT. This is by far the worst Arbys I’ve been to. Every other Arbys I’ve been to they are friendly(not rude like how they have been at this Arbys) they don’t mess up as much or anything! When I never got my refund I was VERY CLOSE to contacting Human Resources Management about this certain location. But I then received my refund 2 weeks late. Maybe that part was on my end of my card. Either way Arbys I use to love ordering from here and this location turned off my whole idea of it all together.

Food was pretty good. This was my first time eating at Arby’s. When I pulled up to the drive thru the woman asked if I was ready to order. I told her I need a minute since I have never been here before. She then replied with an “OH GOD....” very sarcastically. She was very rude the entire time which obviously made this an unpleasant first experience.

Both the Arby's website and Google show the Kyle location closes at 12am on Fridays. Pulled up at 9:30pm and they were already closed 😡 Fix your posted hours!!!! ***Update OMG this place deserves 0 stars! It's 12 noon Saturday, Oct 16. Once again this location shows to be open. Tried to go into lobby with my son and the doors locked! Apparently only the drive through open on this sunny Saturday afternoon!?!? Absolutely ridiculous. No wonder this place gets no business.

This place is the worst. We waited 20 mins for our $55.00 order. I watched our food sit on the counter for 8mins well they talked inside. When I was finally handed my food they forgot our 4 drinks and I had to ask for them. I also I asked for sauce for 4 meals. The girl gave me two sauce packets… won’t be back.

Does not have the meats. Was out of both roast beef and corned beef when I stopped at a still-reasonable hour to get food. Will not be back as this is concerning - I can get roast beef from H-E-B and know it will be there 7 days a week every hour of the day.

My family walked in and noticed that it was hot inside the restaurant like 90 degrees 😐 The lady at register had an attitude 😯 I ordered the dbl. beef cheddar and after taking my first bite it tastes like fish 🤢 I likey will not be back 🙃

Wasted $76 on dinner yesterday. 1st there was arbys sauce all over the 4 classics we ordered after requesting they come plain. A Lg drink was handed a med drink and was told they changed the sizes that day. The chick sandwich meal that was ordered had the wrong chicken in it. Ordered 2 kids meals and got 1. Told her we needed 2 so she then charged my card for $55 then for $16 then for $5. Been calling and the phone is busy since this happened. All the food got thrown away. I wouldn't even give it a 1 star. Call the San Marcos store and couldn't get no information as to corporate number manager at Kyle location nothing. Was told they only know the information of that store only. Tried calling the Austin store and it's busy as well.

Wish I could have actually gotten some food. I was literally the only person there. No one came to the register for a while, but a girl saw me and held up her finger for me to wait. I watched as she dumped fries into the fryer, and then went to get another bag to dump in. All the while you could hear people in the back talking and giggling. When she finally came to the register, there was no comment on the wait. I could tell that they had attitude and didn't want to be working, so I left and got food elsewhere.

The staff here needs customer service training. The large gray haired Hispanic cashier is rude and obnoxious, I’m not one to talk about people but someone like that holds a job in a food establishment at her age due to her personality.

I will NEVER go back to that place. I got a gyro and it was the weakest gyro I have ever had. At most it had half the ingredients compared to other locations. Half the meat, half the onions, half the lettuce...literally half of everything. Weak, weak, weak. A TOTAL RIP OFF. Also the air conditioner is broken. So while I was eating the weakest gyro I have ever had, I was also miserable and sweating. A horrible dining experience. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO to this place.

The order was 17 dollars in total. A complete scam, customer service is trash and the management sucks and lied by saying the order was correct, it wasn’t. I ordered a bacon burger that didn’t even come with bacon.

Staff was unfriendly. Waited at counter for several minutes just for Arby's sauce because they are out. Had staff walk right by me without saying a word as I waited at counter for assistance. And they are out of supplies so not everything on their menu is available.

We went for a order of 6 piece mozzarella sticks and out of the six only one was fresh. The other five were orange and chewy looking, looks like they were super old and they just refried them. Gross!
