Pulled up to Dutch Bros Coffee this morning on my way to work, and it was the perfect start to a busy September day in 2025! The drive-thru line moved super fast despite the early rush, and the baristas were all smiles and energy—total pros who make you feel like a regular even if it’s your first time. I went with the Golden Eagle, their fan-favorite blend of espresso, caramel, and vanilla breve, and oh man, it was perfection in a cup. Smooth, creamy, with that just-right sweetness that hits without overwhelming, and the caramel drizzle on top made every sip feel indulgent. It kept me fueled and happy all morning, no crash or anything. Portions are spot-on for the price, and the quality shines through—way better than the big chains. If you’re near a stand, do yourself a favor and swing by. Dutch Bros has a lifelong fan in me now—already craving my next one!

I absolutely love this location! George is absolutely amazing knows my name by heart and my order! His the sweetest and always makes my day better! This entire location of folks though is top notch they are so fast and have the best attitudes. I have never had a disappointment here what so ever! I go almost every morning it’s like stopping by my favorite group of friends before I have to officially start my day! Thank you team Kyle yall are the best! Not to mention when I first got Diagnosed with diabetes they were my biggest support believe it or not I didn’t have to stop drinking coffee I found better favorites and more enjoyable drinks as well as knowing I wouldn’t be lied to about what was in it super knowledgeable and unbelievable helpful! Seriously the best team!

We went to the drive thru for the grand opening on 08/12/22! The line was moving pretty fast considering the long line. My drink was delicious I got the cookie dough blended drink and my son got the Iced Gummy Bear Lemonade. Bruno my pup got a super fancy pup cup. The muffin top was good but there is nothing like a freshly baked muffin top. All the staff was super friendly! Make sure you download the app. I'm so excited to have a DB in the neighborhood. I highly recommend!

I’ve been going to this Dutch bros since it opened but for the last 2 times I’ve been, it is always something either my order is wrong and they have to redo it or they for get to charge me for a muffin top… and to top it off the past times I’ve gone their employees have attitudes !

Ordered on the app and picked up at the walk up window. At 11:22, the man said my order was being made. I waited a while as customers came and went. After a couple of minutes, I asked again about my order and the man said it was being made. I only saw him and another worker at the window and she was cleaning the prep area. I waited a while more and he finally called my name. The app said my order would be ready about 11:23, but it was 11:35 when I got my order. My order was one medium drink.

Rarely drink coffee and remember why I avoid this place. Slowest service ever. Doesn't matter what time of day you go. Expect 30 min wait.

Terrible service, the wait is far too long for a coffee. I ordered on the app and it gave an estimated time, but when I arrived I had to wait 20 minutes longer than the estimated time. I've only been twice and both times I waited 20 minutes longer than the app indicated. That's not an acceptable wait time for a coffee.

I absolutely love this location but our most recent visit was terrible. We ordered a campin cold brew and it came a bit different than usual, which is okay, so I asked if possibly they could add more milk or soft top - I was extremely nice. The staff member wearing a spurs beanie and pink hoodie responded in a very demeaning way and talked to me as if I was two. It was extremely upsetting because I’ve never had an experience like this here. He then told me I could buy a different drink if I wanted to, and I just said no thank you and left.

Visiting from WNY visiting in Kyle TX for two months AND have NEVER seen any place like this. Order first or wait in line takes 30 minutes for one cup of Americao coffee. Even going to the window takes 20 minutes or more. Outrageous! Store address is 20325 IH 35. KYLE, TX 78640

Food: got food poisoning from it. Sick and in the bathroom for hours. Service: I was ignored. They made eye contact with me several times but continued to clean. I had to say something for them to get my order for me. Atmosphere: Smelled like spoiled milk as you walked up to the window.

It was my daughter's birthday and she wanted a Dutch Bros coffee. We did a mobile order from home waited a few minutes and headed down at 1020 am on a Saturday. We arrive and instantly can't find any parking the drive-thru lanes were wrapped around the building and the crowd at the pickup window was growing. Went to the window said who the order was for and they said it'll be right up and that was at 10:40. Continue to wait until 11:10 we cut our losses and headed to Starbucks. We are unable to get a refund because you can't get a refund on mobile orders and if you call the home office they keep you on hold for 20 minutes and then you can leave a message. I'm sure I'm not the only person that got shafted for my coffee because there was at least 15 to 20 people waiting at the pickup window. Some came up and ordered from the pickup window and I thought they're never going to get their coffee. Needless to say I will never be back at that location or any others.

This location is good depending on who's working! How are u gonna give me a melted drink! When i asked for blended extra thick! Are u new or lazy! I even left a tip and drinks were still wrong. SMFH CHECK UR DRINKS BEFORE U DRIVE OFF AND DON'T PUT ANY TRUST INTO THOSE FAKE SMILING FACES!
