Nice Dairy Queen location. The facility was clean for the most part. There was however, a large water spill in front of the counter which they did not clean up but simply put a warning sign up. The staff were really friendly and helpful. It did take maybe 7 minutes for them to make my blizzard however.

I'm gonna rant a little bit. I am fully aware that military discounts are a privilege, not a right at Dairy Queen locations. However, it's a little bit of a bummer to know that my military discount was acknowledged in the drive through. And then when I got to the window and I got my receipts, I looked at it. And there was no military discount, and the employees claim that the owner said it was too late after it was acknowledged in the drive through other than that. It's a great location. I love getting food here.

Waited for about 20 minutes for 2 large chocolate dip cones. The ice cream was soft and not cold enough. Staff was very helpful. So maybe get the ice cream machine to make colder ice cream.

Man do I miss when you could get through the drive thru in 10 minutes. Pulled up 8:15 three cars from the speaker. Pulled away at 8:40. Honestly ridiculous amount of time. Judging from similar reviews, doesn't appear anyone cares. Also, my wife and I both got strawberry cheesecake blizzard with hardly and cheesecake bites. Maybe 4 in mine. It's this stuff really that hard?

Food was very dry!!! One employee was very helpful and trying to help while the rest were standing around, ended up taking 20 minutes to get our meal, just my co-worker and I and when we got to the truck, ended up not eating more than a couple bites of our sandwiche

Had a mobile order for a burger & malt. 2 things, had the burger right when I walked in, was told malt was coming up. After waiting & hearing the most immature staff I ever have, one that kept yelling “I’ll walk out right now”After 15mins & hearing them tell multiple other people sorry for the wait I asked where my malt was, oh it was right back here melting behind the counter. Sweet now I can go drink my milkshake with my cold burger.

Worse experience ever, I came in cause my food was wrong the lady who made herself out to be a manager was ride as hell she claimed to be a manager I believe her co workers called her Chris but she's definitely rude does not need to be in fast food/ customer service. She told me my food wasn't wrong and she wasn't going to replace it and I asked to speak to her manager. She informed me she was the manager which I later found out she's just a crew member ... I asked for replacement was denied that by her and then was told I can take my business else where cause she's not dealing with my bullshit. This happened around 1pmish today and as long as she is there I won't be back

I’m ordering food and the big back manager ask me do I live in the area and I responded yes then asked me again in disbelief that I lived in the area. While being very unprofessional the whole time . This was not a pleasant visit . I went back another time and the service was mediocre . My advice go through drive

Normally I like this DQ just fine, though my last visit gets 0 stars ... I ordered a Mint Oreo Blizzard, but they forgot to put the Oreos in. What a disappointment!
