Awesome place! I am hooked. Except for the last visit. I have noticed that their menu is so large and it is translated into Spanish and their local Peruvian lingo, so if you really do not specify what you want either by pointing at the picture board menu or the paper menu you might not get what you want but what they think you want and you will get other dish, other wise awesome food, also could be little more cleaner.

We recently moved from SoFlo to the Orlando area, so it was such a pleasant thing to see that the good quality we've experienced before is standard in Orlando as well. The food is delicious (as usual), it's affordable (as always), and the location itself is kept clean and organized. The staff are quick with the orders, which is always a plus. Absolutely delicious. Went in about 30mins before closing so was worried the full menu would not be available and thankfully that was not the case. I ordered a whole chicken, rice and beans and French fries. The fries were cooked fresh and hot and delicious. The beans were very well seasoned and just fantastic. Chicken was moist, flavorful, and seasoned very well. The employee working was friendly and very helpful. The inside was immaculately clean. I would recommend it and will definitely return

The fish plate I had was beyond delicious. I do not typically order seafood out as its never prepared well but I was completely floored at how well fried and seasoned the fish was. The beans were seasoned super well and all the sauces available were really spicy and tangy. Overall very excited to go back and try other dishes!

Quick serve with a huge menu of ethnic foods which are really good. Had the churrasco steak with chimichurri and it was great. The rice and beans and fried bananas as sides were excellent.

I had an issue with a past order that was double charged on my bank account. Called the bank to confirm and they advised it was charged doubled. They offer me to cancel the card. I wanted to go there first to prevent the whole canceling trouble and Josdeli the manager in charge spoke to her piers over the phone. Ultimately, she decided to give a store credit one of the same meal and that was fair enough for me. Their food is really good. And now service as well thanks to Josdeli, not her piers.

Overall I would revisit any of the locations.

I know this is a Spanish restaurant but they have to have more employees that understand English. The cashier had to find someone to translate our order. But the food is always fresh and good.

Food is great but you can’t Uber eats from this place... they don’t know how to follow directions. Even if you call them and let them know what you want they still mess it up. Happened more then twice already.

Tried La Granja for the first time by picking up takeout after the gym a few days ago: their 1/2lb steak with onions platter that comes with rice & beans, sweet plantains. Got there about 5mins past time it was supposed to be ready and there was no waiting even though on a Thursday around 9 p.m. they were super busy. Pickup was friendly and the place looked clean. Since the steaks are thinly sliced (thinner than a homemade burger) I ordered it medium-rare and it was cooked medium as expected but it was more tender than most places serving these thin steaks. Got sides of the onion/garlic, red, and green sauces. Although all the sauces were flavorful, they would be much better if not so salty; they could easily cut the salt by a third to elevate them. No pics but the food looks exactly like what they have online. Looking forward to trying something different next time.

My husband and I stopped for lunch on our way to Disney. The service was not overly friendly but was okay. There weren't a lot of people in there, considering a couple doors down that place was packed. We both ordered the half chicken, his with rice and beans and mine with double salad because I'm on keto. The chicken was very much overcooked. I ordered all dark meat, because it's generally more moist (higher fat) than white meat. Not in this case.. the meat on the outside edge of the chicken legs could not be eaten because it was hard and the top layer of one of the thighs was also dried out and brittle. I asked my husband if his breast meat was dry and he said yes. I was happy with the amount of lettuce that I received and the quality of it, but definitely not with the meat. Wish I could add a photo here. This place definitely has potential. People need to smile and have a more "friendly", rather than withdrawn manner and take the chicken out of the rotisserie before it's so overcooked. It seemed very clean and organized.

The food overall is not bad but beans are a bit salty. I really hate the Styrofoam containers. The hot food burns through it and I'm sure is not healthy. I have a high risk cancer gene and afraid of eating out of these kinds of containers. I will not go back because of the containers. The service was good and dining area looks clean. Busy parking lot but cars go in and out quickly. Prices have gone higher as well as compared to previous menu prices.

Overall this is a place you most visit(maybe other locations) if you don’t mind rude people, because the food is great, but the customer service is horrendous. The food is amazing. I have visited 3 times this places and food is always tasty and the servings are generous. So shout out to the cooks on that place, they deserve the credit for me always coming back. The customer service in the other hand is Horrible! The 3 times I’ve been there, they have been rude, and inattentive. First time the cashier was very rude, made a face if we had questions and messed up our order. Second time, another cashier, was more concern about her phone than the customer. After I have tell her what I wanted, she turns her back and goes to talk to someone else for fun, came back to me and says a complete different order of what I asked, and still after correcting her, my order came wrong. Third time, different cashier again, but this time the service wasn’t as horrible, the cashier was just there with a face, like she was forced to be there. It is sad, because the food is amazing, they just need some basic training about customer service. I may come back, but management should care more of how their employees treat their customers.

I ordered takeout. I waited almost an hour. I could see the cook taking a break and eating in the area where the food is prepared. When I asked why is the wait so long, I was told that the fish, what I ordered, was being cooked. When I got the fish home I was disappointed. The fish was dry. But other dishes I’ve had are good.

Imagine, I wanted something different to eat. I reviewed the menu and decided to try the shrimp bowl, which is described as seasoned rice with shrimp and vegetables. When I received the food, it was not as I thought. It was essentially white rice with black beans on top with excessive amounts of onions, green bell peppers and red bell peppers and the audacity of 3 single shrimp that cost $12.67. I have never ordered food from any restaurant that only provided three single shrimps. It was giving highway robbery. 🍤 🍤 🍤 I can't say if I'll try something from here again, but never say never!

Out of the granja places I've, been this location was very disorganized. I order to dine in and they did my order to go, I waited 40 min before I realize my number never got called. Once I asked they had my order mix up, and serve my food cold. When I asked Ana to make it right and prepare my food hot and right she refused and got mouthy, another nice lady worker came by and apologized for the whole team goofing off.. I rather drive further to the next location. Very disappointed

First time here. Service was fine. Ordered Salmon white rice and black beans and chicken empanada to go. waited about 10 minutes to be called. Looked at order at counter and the Salmon was dry. Given small portion of rice and beans compared to if you ate food in restaurant. Asked to have Salmon remade. Got the remake, better than first served however it has no flavor just crispy. Empanada was not good to be selling it for $2.50. will not be returning

I haven’t had la granja in so long that I was super happy to see one while visiting Orlando. Food was delicious, and my order was packed perfectly to go. I was even given sauces since I forgot to ask for them. (My husband reminded as I drove away). I want to point out that I forgot to ask for sauces because I was distraught by how management treats their employees here, Denise was the front lady that packed my food. She didn’t miss a beat doing what she needed to be doing But her supervisor was clearly on her high horse and wanted to belittle Denise even though she was getting my order ready. She proceeded to tell her that because she was on the phone there was a line when there was me my husband and a couple ordering, plus the food was not even out.This supervisor needs to be train on how to speak to employees especially in front of clients. She was rude and disrespectful, and honestly she was the one that looked bad. I really left with a bad taste in my mouth she was really rude.

Service has been good at that location, it has gotten worse. I always liked La Granja I will have to search for a different location. After give a try capital times I am not coming back to the one at Metrowest. Food was not as good as it used to be and we felt like people were just mad to be working on a weekend. Wish management could take over and treat customer with more respect.

The food is good but the customer service is horrible. Since the new Kirkman Road /Metrowest location has been opened we have been going there almost every night around 6pm after work - about 70$ each night for 4 people. Last night we invited our other family and she wanted some fresh jalapeños. All of the cashier and table attendants were hanging out by the condiment bar so I went and asked the cashier that took my order for some fresh jalapeños and right away she said that they don’t have any and then said something in Spanish and they all started to laugh. I walked away and came back again and asked a guy/manager/cook and he said it will cost .50 cents. I told him I just order about a $90.00 in food so what is .50 cents. Again the ladies said something in Spanish and they all stared to laugh. That was last night, So tonight we went to Pio Pio and spent our money there.because we will never spend our money at La Granja where they don’t appreciate our business and the cashiers are. prejudice of non-Spanish speakers. Very disappointing!

This place was nice before, now is super expensive. Trying to get someone to answer the phone to order is a miracle, they keep hanging the phone.

The taste is very different to the Granjas in Miami. Cheap meat cut and used white onions for a Lomo Saltado. The Gumbos cheese seems like it was there for a couple days.

I ran in to get lunch about 15 minutes ago. There were two cashiers one cashier taking orders and the other cashier was pulling orders for customers. The cashier that was taking orders finished up with a customer that was in front of me. While the other cashier was walking around doing nothing. After I was finally called to get my order the cashier that was walking around doing nothing she called the Spanish customer that was standing behind me. I’m disabled it’s hard for me to stand for long periods of time I’m in a lot of pain today. The cashier that was walking around doing nothing I feel refuse this is me because I’m African-American. I’d like to make a complaint with the owner.

I advise anyone from the black race not to eat here, they are rude send your food out half prepared the only lady there that do speak a little, don't care about you when she realize you're a black customers, they come to this country thinking they're better than black people ( my opinion) they need to be shut down serving food that's not all the way prepared to eat, I'll will spread the word as far as I can boycott this restaurant because we don't need these kind of restaurants that don't treat all customers the same.😠🇺🇸

Let me start by saying La Granja is my favorite restaurant in the world. But I will never return to this location because the service from the Female Manager was by far the rudest and unprofessional that I have ever experienced in my life.

Every time I come they only have the large size serving but never the small or regular size they do that so you have to pay more money not been considered of people diet and budget. Cashier always rude at this location.

I always liked this place a lot but lately its quality has gone down a lot! The protein portions are minimal, very small… and it wasn't like that before, I just ordered a chicken sautéed and it was barely visible… they gave me the fries raw. Very poor quality, used to be a good place

The fish filet was the worse fish filet I’ve ever had!! It was a thin piece of fried skin and fat! I usually get the snapper or salmon which I love but this was a horrible experience. I had it delivered so I couldn’t return it and just threw it in the trash.

I just went there today afternoon, the food is always great but today there was a server who literally called me “Chinese pick your food” ( in Spanish, she thought that I couldn’t speak Spanish) and I’m Asian Chinese. I don't know where to start. The food is always awesome and I have always had a good experience when I come. However, today 8/7/2021, there was a counter assistant who could not understand me and she could not give me the total of my order. On top of that the manager was very rude and between the both of them they got my entire wrong. I am so annoyed because I have friends visiting and now I have to go somewhere else, waste money to get what they wanted.

This review should be a flat 0 on the food experience. Our server was awesome, and the atmosphere was good. However, we came to this place hoping to get some good Peruvian food, but all we got was a complete disappointment. We ordered a papa a la huancaina and a lomo saltado. The sauce of the papa a la huancaina was "ORANGE" and tasteless.....wth??!!....whoever was in charge of making that sauce should be ashamed of themselves. The lomo saltado was no different....TASTELESS! and tell me... where have you ever seen a lomo saltado without fries on it...again wth!!??...I really don't know what these guys were thinking. We will never go back to this place. If you are looking for authentic Peruvian food, please do your research first and DO NOT come here...you'll be disappointed. You have been warned!.

Ordered uber eats and we only received 1 plate special. It was buy 1 get 1.. uber driver said he only received one and walked away from us😔

This kirkman location needs to do better !!! Just got hung up on 3 times by a lady who refused to give her name and act like she don’t speak english I asked her several times for a manager she hung up on me after she said they are not taking DoorDash orders . I called back she placed me on hold for 10 mins in this time I’m asking her if they are not taking door dash orders to canceled it because they already took my money out of my account and it’s sending a driver . She finally decided to get a manager in which come to find out the guy that came to the phone was not a manager he kept acting like he didn’t understand he’s saying there is no manager there. He also said they are not taking any DoorDash or Uber orders I’m telling him to cancel it on their end so I can get my money back to go somewhere else he hung up on me too . Now the app already sent a driver there and they are just waiting as much as I ordered from this restaurant I have never been treated disregarded or disrespected this is ridiculous I no longer trust to even order food from there any more I will be contacting corporate they refused to give their names and said there was no manager there . I order several times a week there this is ridiculous both of them need to have consequences for their actions !!!! So unprofessional the lack of customer service is appalling ! Definitely will spend my money elsewhere! The location in apopka would never I hate the fact that I moved !!! Customer service was always amazing!

Nice people working, but food sanitation-wise it is not good. The chicken tenders were mid , so was my family’s food according to them . The first time I received my food I found a coarse hair next to the salad. The server brought it back to the kitchen, and some time later the food came back, and I still noticed the salad being dirty. I didn’t manage to get a photo of the first plate . Don’t know how long it’s been without proper kitchen inspection. Cleanliness matters to me.

Came here with my husband. I ordered chicken breast meal. And after a long time of waiting. They mistakenly gave me steak meal. I talked to them about it, they didn’t even say sorry, and giving me bad faces. After waiting longer for my meal, I found a HAIR in my black beans. DONT RECOMMEND!!! Customer Service BAD!!!

I ordered a chiken fingers i though was going to be real chiken and I got some frozen like tenders they need to do better on that plate .
