The place is nice. The staff is excellent. It's just the males here. Seem to be easily overburdened although the ladies are outside and hustling behind the counter while the guys are trying to get the ego fixed someway somehow. And also at the time I don't know why but it looked like there was a moat of slippery floor signs blocking off the bathroom but the employees obviously had no problem using up. It just seemed like they were closed off when it looked like in reality they were being reserved

Chick-fil-A Takeout Chick-fil-A® Grilled Chicken Club Sandwich with American Cheese- the grilled lemon-herb marinated boneless breast of chicken was juicy. Loved the big pieces of bacon. Waffle fries dipped in the Chick-fil-A® sauce is so good! Watermelon Mint Sunjoy® (Unsweet Tea, Diet Lemonade) was refreshing.

It was my first time in a Chick-fil-A restaurant, eating my first Chick-fil-A Burger. I thought it was okay, though their famous burger was a bit salty for my taste. The service was good, friendly and accommodating to my request.

I’m not sure what’s going on but the hashbrowns keep arriving cold. Every time I order, I asked for a replacement and they gave me another one, but it seems like there were less hashbrowns in this one, and looks like one was half bitten. They may have remodeled but the staff os NOT as good as before. Pick up for drivers is terrible and the woman was so rude to one of the drivers. Bad customer service and poor new design.

Love Chick-fil-A. Food is always on point here. Sadly when you place a pick up order, they tend to always forget something in your order. It’s almost every time there’s something missing. There’s been drinks missing, fries, even a sandwich.

Restrurant was redone. Inside seating area is very small and congested. Uncomfortable, not homely like before. Have been in there about 5 now in 2 months and the service is neutral. No hello greetings anymore, no table side service greeting you asking how everything is, nor anyone offering if we need anything or offering to refill our cups. Not sure Why this location in LA Habra does not meet the CHICK-FIL-A values. I would recommend management from Brea or any other Chick-fil-a to come in and train, or take the service team to other Chick-fil-a and see and Learn the Environment of the strong Values behind Chick-fil-la.

Sorry but I spent that much money on this fruit cup that tastes old expired and very little for the amount that you pay for this this is ridiculous when I saw this right now. I would appreciate if you reach back to me and fix this problem here and I do not live around the corner for me to just come back up there. Stuff like this especially that you just reopened again this again..

Did a drive thru pick up, they gave no sauces, no napkins, no straws and the sandwiches were poorly built. This is not the same customer service they had before remodeling.

Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and nuggets nothing out of the ordinary and they made me wait in the parking lot for almost 20 minutes while I watched a ton of cars leave the drive through with their orders. I had to go inside and request a refund because that long of a wait was ridiculous. Worker told me have a good day as I walked out knowing I was clearly not happy I didn't get the food for my family. So much for that chic fil a hospitality.

One of the worst Chic-Filet restaurants I've ever been to. Tables are always disgusting and the trash is usually overflowing. Last time I was in the kid at the counter seemed like he was on something and made multiple mistakes. Even after me correcting him and him saying he'd "fix it", he didn't. Also my soda was 50% ice. Corporate needs to have a serious conversation with this franchisee. Definitely not a good representation of the brand.

Please read this, Chick-fil-A that's what all people say, Tonight i been to this location I ordered a grilled chicken wrap, when I received the meal at the table I opened the box to start eating and guess what??!!, The half of the wrap was letus only I asked for the manager, Then she came i showed her the food that I got and I told her the second half has no chicken in it and I wasn't happy I would like to have another one, the manager said this is my shift and we will not make any changes for your food and if you want another one you will have to pay for it, there was three customers that witness what she said to me. I called the police and they said they were on their way, i was so calm I did not scream to anyone I wasn't yelling there's cameras in that restaurant after a while a security guard came to the restaurant screaming at me front of all the customers he was harassing me,the police came i showed myself to them saying I am here the one who called you, two officers one of them said give us a second, the manager and someone employees went to the police officers I don't know what they told them about me, the police officers then came inside the restaurant aggressive one of them was and told me to leave the restaurant or I will arrest you for trespassing without even asking me why I called them on the phone and he didn't want to know what was going on at least the witnesses was trying to explain the situation but no way he forced me to leave, act of racism because I have accent. The manager have still my money $10 for a wrap that contains a teaspoon of chicken. So please people stop saying great customer service because its a lie you all friends with those employees. I got the badge number of the two officers and the names and phone numbers of the witnesses.
