The employee is very nice and helpful but she is the employee her employer/ franchisee didn't empower her apparently he had strict guidelines as far as discount for seniors and one thing I resent going to subway is their portion of protein with lot of bread is not a balanced sandwich.

Was all excited about trying one of the new Subway subs The club . I walked to this location after leaving my car at Costco for some tire work. I was walked inside and was waiting the sandwich maker came out from the back and said I will be right with you when she returned I ordered a foot long Club and she seen I had a coupon in my hand a national one from subway for a combo for $8.99 . She looked and said they don't accept it and asked if I had the one for the sandwich only for $6.99. I said yes. and asked why can't you take the combo one and was told her manger/owner said to refuse it and not accept . I thought about it and ended up just walking out the door and not to happy But felt they did not want my sale . They not only lost a sale but also a customer for them but Subway also ! How much is the cost of the small soda and the bag of chips on a combo cost them it can't be more than a $1.00 . And the fact to loose the sale and the guest. Heck a lot of other sandwich places and fast food places even take expired coupons. As coupons are meant to bring in sales and customers! I ended up going to Jersey Mikes. I did try and call Subway Corp to make a complaint about this location and there way of picking and choosing what nation coupons to honor but could not get thru as there is a new system and you have to fill out a form what I did. Here is the lame response along with the I don't care from them ! I want to take a moment to thank you for contacting me and to extend my apologies for the less than ideal experience that you had in my restaurant. I understand that the location you visited did not accept the coupon that you presented during your visit and that did not meet your expectations. I know that we have let you down, and for that, our team at this Subway® restaurant is truly sorry. I am continuously looking for ways to improve our restaurant experience for customers and your valuable feedback has been shared with the restaurant team members to prevent this from happening in the future. This is the worse Subway I have ever been. The service is really bad. The girl that makes the sandwiches is always with a bad attitude like if you were asking for free food. The veggies are old and saggy. I asked if they had fresh cucumbers and tomatoes because the veggies in the display looked frozen and old, but she replied “No that’s all we have” Then went to paid for the combo, I asked the cashier guy if I could have an extra paper cup to double the one I have paid for because I was taking this meal to my son who was at school. His lunch was not until an hour after I got the meal and I was worried that the a paper cup with the drink sitting for awhile would get saggy. I explained the situation to the cashier, but he didn’t care. He told me that I had to pay extra $2.70 juts for and extra cup even if I wasn’t going to get any extra drinks, otherwise the business was going to loose money, but at the end they did lose money because I will never come back to this location and their horrible costumer service.

They should talk to the staff about the service they offer. An Asian-looking employee gave us the worst service. She didn't give me what I ordered and when I complained to her, she didn't like her attitude and her face, what they do to her clients. I asked them to give her extra. meat to my Subway and that's probably why he added extra tuna and since now you can't see if they are preparing it well, I realized until they put it where the vegetables are and I told him that what I wanted was meat, so I was going to pay extra. They should improve the attitude of their employees. When I come to this place, they don't serve you well.
Yep, I would never return to this place. I was in a rush for lunch, hoping to use a coupon for my $9.99 meal deal, but they refused to accept it, citing tough times. When I requested to speak to the manager, it turned out she was likely the manager herself. She directed me to Google, or to come back 11am to 2pm and here I am at Google now. **Avoid purchasing from this establishment**. I also plan to send an email to their corporate offices. Was it all worth it? 🤔

I came to this store at 8:55 pm on a Friday. They have a sign at the door saying that they close at 9: 30pm. When I park my car I saw the worker rushing to the door and locking it, a knock on the glass and make signs asking why did she close, she unlock the door open the door just a little bit and say what do you need? I told her; The sign says you close at 9:30 why are you closing? And with a broken English she says: I know but my boss says after 9:00 no more orders no paying any more.. I laughed because isn't her fault, but as a costumer I'm really mad.. It's false advertisement and a total disappointment..

Clean place in good location but very Bad service, the lady made no effort to make a good sandwich. She has an attitude when you ask for more onions! I paid for my food and she throws the receipt in my direct and doesn’t hand me my bag, just walks away. Never going back.
I’m an Amazon delivery driver, I asked friendly if I could quickly use a restroom. The basic human right was refused to me (using a restroom). This place is really not recommended..: The staff is rude, I don’t know how this place is still operational with such bad service.
I’ve gone twice to this subway and both times the workers have been rude to me. There was a pregnant girl who was beyond rude to me. I had a discount card where I could buy a 6 in and a drink and get another sandwich free and she wouldn’t let me use it because my aunt who was paying already was going to use it. The card said one per customer and according to me we were 2 transactions aka 2 customers. Horrible service with bitchy employees.
Doors say closed at 930pm, GPS says closed at 930p, however, at 9pm they closed early and refused a sale, not stopping here anymore!
