I rarely eat here because there are better options on campus. I went today to for something quick because I missed breakfast. When I went to order, there weren’t any instructions about who to talk to to order food or where to pick it up when it was ready. One of the workers noticed me, we made eye contact, but after waiting for a bit, she didn’t take my order, so I assumed I needed to order elsewhere. She eventually came over and told me that I needed to order from the original spot, she took my order and I paid. I waited for a few minutes before seeing a shelf where orders were being placed, so I went over to the shelf and asked an employee if he had seen my order on the shelf. The manager then stepped in to impatiently inform me that this was the mobile app shelf and that my name would be called when it was ready. I explained that nobody had taken my name when I ordered, but he dismissively told to go wait elsewhere and that it was almost ready. Maybe he was having a hard moment, but I was polite and just trying to figure out the process, and he was plain unkind. I left feeling frustrated, and my burrito wasn’t even that good (tasted frozen). There are so many places to eat on campus, and this is among the worst in terms of food, service, and atmosphere.

The food used to great before COVID but they’ve raised the prices and reduced the portions. Salads are so small now. They seemed to have calmed down about actually ordering in person. One time they said I could only order if I used the app.

Don't come here go to sixth dining hall or even burger king at PC instead. The food comes out slow and tastes terrible and overpriced.

If you don't have the app, don't bother. My phone broke today so I wasn't able to use the app, but I figured I could order a salad inside. Cashier said I needed to ask the people making the food before coming to him so I did. I went to the lady making the salads to put in my order and she ignored me. When I spoke up a little louder thinking she just didn't hear me, she glared at me and said "Just use the app, it's right there!" while pointing to the QR code. I said "I don't have the app. Can I just order through you?" The lady was visibly upset and annoyed at having to take my order. After I told her what I wanted she just said something again about the app and started ignoring me again. I ended up just saying nevermind and walking out. I was very polite despite her attitude. If they don't take walk in orders, they could have just said so.
