Very convenient place to grab a beer, it's not expensive, and they had (or still have) a promotion from Monday to Thursday where a half-pint is around $20 pesos. They have a variety of beers, from Victoria to Tecate Light. The snacks are delicious; I always order the French fries with Spanish chorizo. The atmosphere is pleasant; it gets crowded, but you have plenty of space at your table without being in anyone's way.
