I'm pretty sure this location opened while I was out of town for a few years. I just went to it the other day because I had a coupon for a $5 hamburger and I have to say for being fast food, it was delicious. I could only eat half of it it was so huge and saved the other half for breakfast the next morning. It was called The hangover burger and had egg and bacon on it as well as the burger. Great combination! I want to go back sometime during the hours they have the half-price shakes and try their chocolate shake. I haven't had one for ages. I usually try to avoid fast food places and high-calorie foods but everybody gets to splurge once in awhile. The employee was super nice and everything looked perfectly clean inside.

New computer generated ordering in the drive thru. NOT a fan!! I wanted very well done fries, but 'it' stated I needed to ask at the window. By the time my turn at the window came, my order was ready...with LIMP fries. No accommodation for ordering assistance with a live person is frustrating! Won't be back!!!

This is a good Carl's Jr. The food was better than most. The service from the staff was real good. The AI at the drive thru sucks. It's been at all the Carl's jr's I've visited in the last couple months and it is terrible. It gets my order wrong every time. Besides that, this was a good place to eat and I'd go back. I won't use the drive-thru again.

The food is absolutely amazing and customer service is also amazing my only problem is this newer AI menu. i’m usually here once a week but this thing just doesn’t work correctly and always takes my order incorrectly for example last week i asked for a large and it kept putting medium. and this week i asked for a regular western burger but it kept putting spicy just a bit frustrating as a regular customer when your order is always incorrect due to the AI service.

Writing this after I got home. I'm new kn the area and in the process if moving so just wanted to pick up something real quick. The robot drive thru is weird but worked fine and got me to try the new Diablo burger, picture looked good. They repeated my order before i paid and the guy at the window was nice. Come home to a burger that is literally just 2 patties and some cheese. I probably got some else's order and it taste fine but sucks to pay for a premium burger and get this. Nobody is perfect but just really lame experience

From the start of my close employment near here, I have started to get my breakfast before going to work. Over time, the woman who is at the window has repeatedly made excuses to hinder the process for making the meal as an example: the electricity is on and off, the computer takes forever to load, the cash register won't open, I don't have change ready for you....etc.!! This morning was: I'm very sorry, my phone did not charge and I was late for work. I have tolerated these events with an understanding about things in life. But NO more! I get my food from other Carl's Jr restaurants at other locations! This was a convenient place for me. This site has lost a customer!

Just trying to get a deal for breakfast or any type of thing.When I asked for it, they said we only have deals for breakfast.So I go ahead and order, then.They say there's no breakfast

I would give negative stars if I could. Bring back the humans! The AI order taking is atrocious. At a minimum, will be refusing to order through it from now on. It presents a horrible first impression for the customer - yielding an inefficient, frustrating, rude, and inaccurate ordering experience. It's had enough chances, it has been "learning" for over 6 months now. Please end the use of AI for ordering! UPDATE AFTER REPLY BELOW: Let me be clear. The people that work at this restaurant are top notch. The AI ordering must go. The link probided below takes one to an AI (bot) driven survey. The fact that you ask me (and other customers providing similar feedback here) to fill out an AI-driven survey to further document these concerns is not reasonable.

Stopped eating at Carl’s Jr because of the AI at the drive thru. Used to eat here once a week but stopped because it’s a headache ordering and making any addons. Much rather have a longer wait at CFA and Habit down the street
