Adrian, one of the guys there, is awesome. Honest and wholesome dude. The food wasnt great today tho. Very disappointing - almost $40 for 3 a la carte meals and it tasted like old re-heated chicken and beef.

Came in an hour and a half before closing and the employees complained amongst each other as if I could not hear. I have worked in food and I understand coming in 30 mins till close or 5 minutes till close but a full 1.5 hours?! At least speak where I’m not in ears reach??? Having an attitude because you have to do your job is mind boggling to me.

About 1/5 servings of orange chicken i have ordered were either raw or undercooked, with purple-red coloration inside. I tend to get such inedible chicken from this store when I order delivery. So it's like flushing $25 down the drain. Never again, not from this store. Almost vomited the last time. All it takes is consistent use of a thermometer to prevent this. I have informed management about this, but i have not seen any improvement; if anything it has gotten worse over time. I would be reluctant to eat again at this particular PE even for free. I do want to say that the employees are always friendly to me and work hard under pressure.

Awesome place & great services. The food looks good. Its not fresh. Orange chicken is hard, crunchy & not safe to chew. They always running out of items and you have to wait until it's being made. Its very pricey for such small portions. The boxes 📦 are small and thin. Wow! I think Since the prices are skyrocketing, this franchise is being stingy with the serving portions of the food. This is not right, nor worth coming here anymore. Not coming to this panda express.

Rude workers, I asked for a manager and they all were acting weird. They then brought someone who was in a regular uniform, who was clearly not a manager to come lie to my face. Talk about unprofessional 🤣🤣🤣

Ive been to dozens of different panda express locations. This location serves the smallest portions out of all of them. When i opened the plate i could already see the bottom. Feels like a rip off.

I came in at 8:20pm on July 2,2025 . The lady that helped me with my order was rude and inpatient her name was CHERRY . When I come in to any Panda Express the cashier’s are always so polite and friendly. Also there was no Benjiam beef or white rice . There was a wait over 15 minutes. Although Salis and Jemar were super polite and friendly. Hopefully this review gets seen from corporate it is not okay to have these type of attitudes in a workplace. She was also rude to the cooks raising her voice for sides without a please . Not okay !!!

Do not go here. They have four people walking around doing a one person job when they could be helping someone checkout. It takes four people to take the trash out or clean a table. And they just stand around on their phones. And the vibe sucks. To the workers who work there don't worry life gets better.
